Everyone jokes about Tsukihime being turned into Fate, but Tsuki's minimalism visually and narratively is still a pretty defining feature. Said it time and time again. It won't feel like Tsuki either way. You will simultaneously have more detail to make it look fine and more visual, while removing anything remotely edgy originally described in narration *only beginning* with Shiki's blood spaghettios from the visuals. It is the fate of anything that is meant to make money to be neutered to PG-13. This kills the Tsukihime.
Collab with Arcsys and make a TM 2.5D fighting game, the dream...

Mahoyo came out 7 years ago and the sequels, which I’m still not convinced were ever actually a legit concrete plan and not just Nasu talking out of his ass in post release hype, are said to be behind Tsukihime in the work queue. they both dead as shit, murdered by fate and the target audience dwindling, but tsukihime has the illusion of being worked on.

Well. I don't think there was ever a concrete plan. Just that the Mahoyo story was written as part one of a trilogy. In it's original edition however many decades ago.
