Aniplex (Lasengle) or Marvellous are the most obvious picks, but the second tweet is saying Extra Record doesn't have a publisher at the moment.
Ah, I misread that part. Well let's hope for Aniplex, FGO's NA Team are definitely better at translation of Fate/TM IPs than Marvelous' XSEED division based on their works.
