Meido realises that her coughing blood is probably caused by the mental strain from the long argument and decides to look around the church to see where she is and what is happening.
Your coughing is obviously due to the strain on your lungs due to your enormous breasts.

Meido Karen decides to follow the rule better safe than sorry and go check out the hospital. It will only cause undue stress if she finds an employer and keels over and die from something serious or gives her employer something because coughing up blood is almost always bad and nosebleeds come from mental strain no up chucking blood.
