That's not Pokémon Adventure (Pocket Monsters Special), that's a new manga for the anime. Think The Electric Tale of Pikachu for the Indigo League, except it doesn't look like it's drawn by a hentai artist this time. Pokémon's always had manga based on the anime (though the majority are based on the movies specifically).
The raunchiness and creepy looking pokemon were what made electric tale stand out.
Team Rocket are back...complete with new mecha it seems.
Hmm...is it just me or do they not look to be in the same artstyle as Ash & Gou?
