Oh, seems Go have to attent classes or at least have to make homework and shit and seems the school of Koharu is a normal school not Pokemon school like the ones we have seen so I wonder if they are going to make something with Ash being a errr, who is the word? dropout?

Probably, but if is somewhat like in game, they can only do that in specific spots of Galar.

I remember reading one theory where Trainers were kids that "failed" or had scored very low on certain special tests to see their future potential. Having low expectations of them & their possible non-contribution to their society, they are therefore thrown out into the world early on under the guise of "Pokemon Mastery" to see if they can make something out of themselves.

Would explain all the small dead bodies in the tall grass & mysteriously abundant dropped pokeball/items in the wild.

Zubat caves are filled w/ both but the skeletons are buried & hidden under all bat guano. (remember all the kids you've doomed who doesn't have escape ropes & such?)

^ I mean, there was an entire side quest in S&M dedicated to a guy who wanted to relive his youth by seeking out a bunch of legendary trainers from 30 years ago only to find that all of them had quit to get real jobs and one had even tragically died quite young. Thd quest basically ends with the dude learning to let go of the past and face reality.

It was surprisingly deep and sombre coming from a Pokémon game.

Nah, what will explain those dead trainers is the irresponsible parents who think letting your kid go adventure only with their pokemon is fun and they're gonna be ok

Dude, stop making me feel guily for those items. The thoughts of kids go adventure and die in a cave like some light novel we know bother me
