This is a direct adaptation of Fate/Koha-Ace. We already know everything that will happen in the story with the exclusion of some events pertaining to the Masters.

We already know the story is NOT a direct adaptation of Koha-Ace, since we have the new self-insert generic japanese teen MC, his family, and the whole possibly-time-travel shenanigans plot that wasn't in the original.

This is the result of taking the original story and making it a "proper story", alongside adding in a few new things (time travel subplot). So the gag characters have been stripped out and replaced by OC characters, and all the major plot points from the original story should have been carried over, but that doesn't mean that we'll only get those with some new subplots strewn about. It just means we will see everything from the original story but even more.

What happens to Fake Hitler is Maxwell use his NP on him and transforms him on that giant black monster thing you see Mitsuhide transformed at the end of the gudaguda 3 event (the design of that creature came from the Koha-Ace manga originally)

Here's a summary on Facebook, in any case. Chapter 14 was probably translated because it's the one that introduces Majin Okita and I guess people wanted some ever-so-slight context in GudaGuda 3 or something?

Also, one redditor weighing in on why the manga is mostly untranslated:

It’s incredibly difficult to translate Koha Ace due to its gag nature and the slew of obscure references that Keikenchi j-j-j-jams in.

tl;dr: translating gag manga is a bit of a PITA since jokes don't always translate well. Chapter 14 is a rare serious chapter.

Hunh. So the artist is telling us he's not afraid to mess up a pretty girl's face, eh? I can appreciate this kind of brutal honesty (if that's even the right word). This probably wasnt the intended takeaway, but I also got a pretty cool psychological vibe off of Grandmamiya's "Why did you come here?". Her body's been violated (not in that sense), so she doesn't want to be seen by the others in this state. Again with the brutal realism.
