Aren't servant's also ridiculously strong/fast compared to humans? F = M . A, so since people can easily be beheaded even by blunt objects going fast enough, I'm pretty sure Okita with her ludicrous speed could turn Tsukumo into confetti in no time flat.

Okita's stats are kind of garbage in terms of Servanthood, but not to digress- why would you put yourself in a pose that actively hinders your use of your strength, however overkill it may be?

I didn't notice before, but the stat bars for Okita's stats are messed up as well.
It's also possible that whoever's responsible for stats fucked up again. IIRC one of the FGO Material books literally copy-pasted Lancelot's stats onto Tristan's page or something along those lines? I have to imagine that it's not the author who's manually putting all the ranks into that design layout.
I doubt there's anyone "responsible for stats".
Which is probably the root cause of the problem.

A competent proofreader can catch errors of expression or even some in-work inconsistencies (like, say, giving an Archer Territory Creation instead of Independant Action) but cross-checking numerical values isn't really part of their job.
