I'd say the chance is zero after this chapter. The flashes of grandma mid-conversation show that Kanata very clearly doesn't see Tsukumo as a person his own age.
I'm more worried about Tsukumo, who's still unaware about what their true relationship is. She strikes me as a Rin-like character, so it'd be best for Kanata to spill the beans ASAP before any potentials grow.

I have to say, the juxtaposition between elderly Grandma and young Tsukumo just makes their relationship all that much weirder for the reader (and I don't just mean the romantic sense of the word).

I guess this confirms that there is no romance between the two at least from Kanata.
I wonder if it talks about a romance between Kanata and Okita or if it is one of the few destinations that avoids the romance between Master and Servant, after all, I am very curious how romance with someone like Okita would be handled.
It really amazes me that Tsukumo still keeps the mark of the command seals.
Although in hindsight that makes me wonder if everyone who participates in a holy grail war keeps it, after all, even when you spend them, they still leave a mark on your skin.

How many chapters are out right now it's hard to gauge because of the constant use of second parts of each chapter, but if we were to combine every chapter regardless of their pages, what would be the total number?
Officially there are 10 chapters right now. But with each chapter divided unevenly by each release, it's technically 23 chapters in total.
