Thanks BananaShiki. While it's true that Magatsu plotted for Japan to be the center of war, a few chapters back Reiter impersonated Magatsu to instigate even worse chaos inside military compound, so they thought real Magatsu was the one who rallied them all. Third Reich completely exploited him.
