I'm curious what the intended divergence points would've been, since every F/sn route's beginning can be traced to the activation of certain flags.
Fate's is Saber slapping Archer, UBW's is Saber not slapping Archer, and HF's is more Sakura scenes and meeting Zouken.

One would have to include offing Rin early to lower Shirou's chances. It'd have to be either the second route or the third route.
Or, since this was supposed to be an anime project, it'd be really easy to just make it its own standalone thing,but there'd still need to be points of divergence, yes.

If I reading it right, it seems the shield uses the curses of the dolorous stroke and siege perilous as attacks (?) which activates if anyone else other than Galahad touches the shield

Also Assassin doesn't exist here because of Shielder so Ryuudouji is unguarded.
Caster is a lot more proactive and it feels like Fate with the Caster parts of UBW put in there.

Until proven otherwise, my headcanon'll be that they get owned off-screen by Illya and Herk in basically any other route in a story that they exist within but aren't the focus of.
