Well you just started. New events have recommendation like E2 level 10 (even though they can still be beaten by E1 max level oftenly). It's hard for me even with like E2 level 20-50 because I mess up my ops positioning

Did you try looking at some of the video guides? Some of the crazy people out there manage to do amazing things with low-rarity and low-level units.
Yeah, problem is level and skill of those units. Turns out, when you concentrate on few units to make up your core team, you don't have the resources for other units.
If there is a map with bottleneck area (i.e: 1 exit) my team can just burst power that area. This event though, you need multiple units that have overlapping function.

Day 1 R18, check. Took all day, and got really close on my own (mostly). I knew the general idea, because I'm part of the community, of course, but I'm happy I could get R16 without any help. Even so, though, I kept missing out on killing a unit here or there by just a tiny bit, and all my attempts of R18 were close failures. Eventually I looked up some detail strats for the main map to get the timing right - secrets like "Just let your vanguards soak damage for 40 seconds while you place the supporters and get their skills charging". Even so, I kept leaking a wraith or two with <10% health... until I decided to brute force it. After Eyja+30 levels, suddenly there were no more leakers.
It was actually harder for me to do the Crownslayer lvl 3 Buff challenge after that. I have some real respect for anyone that got R18+ using the CS buffs, as those things turn her into a movement monster.
Ya know - It's a shame that 90% of this map is unusable. They should have given players a few bricks, to allow some different routes (and maybe actually use those Stun Towers). Instead, you MUST cluster around that one corner.

I used the Stun Generator to deal with Crownslayer, after taking the risk that buff you canīt kill her before she disappears. Besides that, yeah, I donīt think you should use them.
The biggest problem for me was figuring out how to start the map and when to retreat units so that I can use them when Crownslayer appears again, dealing with her is half of the map because you need to spend a ton of resources on her.
Anyone maxed out their 6* potential?

Thanks to the CC store and wasting the last 2 weeks on AP-5, I now have P5 Bagpipe! That's almost max pot (my closest) and an actually useful pot upgrade.
The two weeks of wasted sanity (in game and IRL) can be ignored.
Breezing through past stages that gave me trouble back then is quite refreshing in this Rerun.
Got me a cute Beeswax. Can be a wee bit odd to use though.
