Honestly, as much as I love all your servants Wyvern, what stands out the most is how well organized your LB is. Unlike me, who only makes servants and then plans on expanding the Lostbelt with them, you do it at the same time. Its wonderful to see how you indirectly develop your lostbelt without touching it, merely using your characters as a way to develop the lore.

Interesting my Lostbelt servants i will include in the Armenian Lostbelt will are a mix between old ideas and servant candidates i have since a while in the consideration to make them and others caught my interest during the modulating of the Lostbelt .
I have understood your tipps wyvern and i try a approach where each figure has there point of spotlight for a moment .
But its truly astonishing that after so many servant and other things you revealed so little story is showing i must say .

Otr, child of Hreidmar, brother to Regin and Fafnir. Possessing shape-shifting abilities surpassing all others in the nine realms he was accidentally killed by Loki on a hunting trip, confused for a common otter, given this was a deed of the trickster god there are doubts if this was truly an accident, his animosity towards the dvergar was known to all. As a royal dvergar, descendant of those who built Gungnir, Mjolnir and the diverse miraculous tool used by the Aesir such sin would not go punished. Odin and Hroenir were captured by Fafnir while Loki had to fill Otr's dead skin with gold, now transformed into a bag capable of containing excessive treasure, even by the view of the gods, done so by Hreidmar in his greed
For payment Loki stole the ring of infinite gold, Andvaranaut, from Andvari, angered the dvergar cursed that any possessing his treasure would be destroyed by it. As tale would say Fafnir was consumed by greed and betrayed his family and people taking the treasure while Regin was driven away. Turning into a greedy poison-breathing serpent he plundered the lands of the dvergar and brought ruin upon them all. Such was the curse that even Regin would seek to kill his step-child (Sigurd) to obtain the gold
As a servant he manifests with the desire to make his ancestors proud. Regin's folly, Fafnir's selfishness, Hreidmar's shortsightedness thinking they could get away with such brutality towards their ancient benefactors left a bad taste. Loki alone should have been the target of their hatred and surely Odin would have agreed to some form of payment for forgiveness. The grail reeks too much of an Andvaranaut plot so he is unlikely to ponder or even chase it, instead being grateful for another breath of air and the chance to go on further adventures. A dvergar that breaks tradition, preferring the open air to the underground, the bounties of nature to the forge, the sounds of birds to the rough housing and singing in bars and brawls, a wandering soul that loves traveling and learning new things akin to the one-eyed god
Skills
Magical Resistance (B): A Royal Dvergar crafters of grand miracles and curses. Such was their skill that the symbols of the norse religion were forged by their hands alone. As one breathes they cast magic, be to create wonderful artifacts or enchant with their breath alone. Granted a knight class vessel it was enhanced
Shape-shifting (EX): The most extreme form of shape-shifting, an incredibly malleable saint graph that can absorb and reject with extreme ease to the point attributes can be taken and discarded as necessary in exchange of magical energy. A shape-shifting that fooled even the eyes of Loki, blood-brother to Odin, father to myriad monstrosities and greatest trickster of all realms. Normally a skill seen in villains....but Otr only uses it to engage in good fun and live with nature. Status fluctuate depending on the circumstance (what is needed at the moment+magical energy)
Nidavellir Crown (A+): The attribute of one born to rule over the Dvegar. Andvaranaut's curse reduced the attribute within Regin and Hreidmar while Fafnir has completely lost the skill due to his transformation into a dragon. In Norse mythology the world of Dvegar is also known as the world of darkness/void as such they are the closest to the Ginnugagap capable of working its primeval energy into constructs or spells. A deep connection to the planet, the greatest of them could be said to be terminals of the planet. Otr who could pass as a simple animal even to the gaze of Loki is one with a deep connection to nature and is blessed by it granting all sorts of benefits
Rune Magic (Yggdrasil) (C): Skill passed down from Dvalinn to the dvegar tribes. It is not the magic that exists under the purview of Odin but surges from the same source, by inscribing words and channeling magic energy staying effects can be summoned. Otr who had little interest in such things only learned the basics as expected of a prince
Noble Phantasm
Gungnir- War God's Sorrow and Favor Anti-Unit/Army Rank A++ Loki Odin and Hoenir proudly walked into the house of Hreidmar with the skin of the otter only to witness the despair and rage of the royal family, stunned by the accident Odin and Hoenir were captured while Loki ran away. Bound by the workings of the dvergar and his own emotions Odin attempted to negotiate and explain but Hreidmar would not listen and demanded treasure from Loki. From this event it could be said that Otr's life is of equal value to the King of Aesir....but such debt is long gone and the lineage is dead the War God has no need to answer for it and there is none that can force him to yet.....Otr manifests with a model of Gungnir surpassing the ones used by the Valkyries, Odin's 'daughters'.
Incredibly wise, knowledgeable, cold, and possessing a greater paranoia Odin is still a god that recognized the bravery and wisdom of those around him. A god that forged the Norse texture with the services of the Dvergar as such he still watches over them to this day and Otr who still bears the brilliance that once shone within his people carries the god's favor and debt.

Look at my Voyager John VI for example. I used a character that's his own version from a different timeline, but had him react to memories of the 'proper course' of history and developed his personality and goals through that contrast. I think that you need some basis for similarity when using Lostbelt characters. So they won't feel like you are creating a whole sale new person out of another.
I know I swore off doing any more Arthurian characters just a few days ago, but while writing Óengus it struck me that this dude was also one of my sheets and so since it was pretty much done away I just polished it up a bit and...

Berserker takes the form of Hueil mab Caw, a prince and warrior of Pictland - but more importantly he is also King Arthur's (self proclaimed) number one rival. A large (typically shirtless) man that is a tower of muscles with his scraggily hair pulled back into a top ponytail and a diadem wrapped around his head.
By his own admission, Hueil is a simple man who holds the core values of the Picts as gospel, that being might makes right and those with power should use it to climb the ranks and rule. It is for this reason that he cannot accept being ordered by anyone weaker than him and that includes his Master. Though he is not overtly a bad person, without someone to he acknowledges to rein him in his habit of doing whatever he feels like at the time can cause trouble, especially his lust for battle. Other than his father, the only person Hueil recognises as stronger than him would be Artoria but for whatever reason he chose not to submit to her but instead declare her as his rival that he must defeat. As a result, she occupies a lot of his thinking as he trains every day to get stronger and measures his opponents to how powerful Artoria was.
Other things he has strong opinions about is being upfront about everything. Even those whose hated Hueil would recognise he was always (bluntly) honest about what he thought and he couldn't stand those who were deceitful. Hueil is also very critical of modernity, seeing the conveniences of technology encouraging weakness which in turn promotes vices. For this reason he also despises the Picts who came after him as he views them as having kowtowed to the Catholic Church in abandoning their culture, language and gods in exchange for building up their simple tribes into dense urban societies in order to compete with the Anglo-Saxons. In contrast Hueil prefers to live under his own power: hunting, farming and sailing - all living in harmony with the land.
Despite his reputation as a battle loving brute, Hueil is actually surprisingly intelligent. He can grasp new concepts in a short amount of time and can pick up on even subtle social clues to understand what people are really thinking and has seen through attempts at disguises in the past. But he lived in a culture where strength was everything and so outside of rare moments where one would catch him discreetly waxing poetry, he would say he is "a stinker and not a thinker". Not to mention, the Picts' habit of engaging in Heterosis makes them victims of the Inversion Impulse of which Hueil is particularly vulnerable. Perhaps these two factors go a long way to explain his preference for a more solitary life outside of society.
In a Holy Grail War, Hueil is a rather straightforward combatant that would seek out the nearest enemy Servant and engage them in battle. He has no tricks, just a regular sword to his name and his inhuman strength with his motto of "if hitting it isn't working, just hit harder". Naturally this makes tricky Servants like Caster and Assassin his worst nightmare as he has little in the way of counters to things like powerful magic and poor defences for it. When it comes to interacting with his Master, Hueil will listen if they have something useful to say but won't automatically obey them - especially if it's in the middle of combat as he is reticent to put his life in the hands of someone he doesn't trust. One of Hueil's other weaknesses is that he (perhaps naïvely) holds a lot of pride in being an honourable warrior and won't try tactics like targeting the Masters but also is exactly the kind of guy who would just sigh and walk straight into a trap because the enemy has innocent bystanders being used as hostages.
His Wish upon the Grail? It would naturally be to go to where Artoria rests and confront her...but what then? Demand a rematch? Apologise to her? Even Hueil isn't exactly sure. But he does know time has stopped for him and to break through the stagnation of his soul he has to confront her one last time.

Class Skills
Mad Enhancement - (N/A)
The Class Skill that characterizes a Berserker, raising basic parameters and strengthens one's physical abilities in exchange of hindering mental capacities and/or in exchange for their sense of reason. In some cases, it also affects and/or seals away some techniques, Personal Skills and Noble Phantasms. Because of the fundamental nature of Hueil's Noble Phantasm, an inversion occurred and this Skill was sealed.
Personal Skills
Discerning Eye - (C)
A technique to observe and understand people. Despite his reputation as a brute, Hueil was surprisingly insightful at times when interacting with other people such as sensing that Guinevere was unsatisfied with her marriage or even some stories tell of Hueil realising a certain blonde haired King was not the gender she publicly presented as. By observing a person for an extended amount of time, it is possible to recognise even subtle cues and make hypothesises about their livelihoods and preferences and can potentially see through disguises so long as no magic is involved. In battle it is also possible to observe the enemy Servant and discern potential weakpoints in their fighting style should they exist.
Mixed Blood - (C)
The nature of a human bloodline that sought "outbreeding enhancement" by incorporating inhuman creatures into their family lines to strengthen their offspring. The Picts were a mysterious tribe of people and upon seeing them, Lucius Tiberius was reminded of stories of how traces of the Age of Gods persisted in the British Isles, whereas according to Prelati the King of the Picts physically resembled the Mesopotamian giant Huwawa moreso than a human. Yet despite this, Hueil looks mostly normal aside from being very tall and stacked with muscles - he doesn't even have the painted tattoos the Picts were supposedly famous for. According to him this is part of his summoning as a Servant because the nature of his Noble Phantasm suppresses this Skill and warps his appearance as to hide his identity. If he were to unleash his Noble Phantasm, this Skill would rise to A Rank and he would assume his old appearance once again.
Nature of a Rebellious Spirit - (B)
The temperament to never remain at one location and never embrace a lord. A wandering star that does not have the capacity to be king nor is capable of finding his own king. Hueil was a solitary spirit that was loath to work with others let alone submit to a lord that he deemed weaker than him - which was a problem when the only king strong enough to beat him was Artoria. So why didn't he join the Round Table? Perhaps there was simply something he could not accept about her...As a Servant, Hueil has the ability to cancel out other Skills that induce Mental Interference of an equal or lower Rank, however this also works both ways as it will prevent him from gaining any positive benefits from Skills like "Charisma" that an ally might try to use on him.
Noble Phantasm
Coron y Frwydr The Bloodstained Diadem of Battle
[Type - Anti Unit], [Noble Phantasm Rank - A], [Maximum Range - 0 Metres], [Maximum Number of Targets - Self]
The power and Mystery behind the Picts lay chiefly in their blood, the mixing of human and inhuman for the quest of greater power. But naturally that came at a great price, the constant risk of an Inversion Impulse and so to counter that the Picts created a tool to protect their kinsmen from destroying themselves. For Hueil it was the diadem "Coron y Frwydr" he wore around his head which (not always successfully) served to curb his fighting instincts.
Now incarnated as a Servant it has crystallized into a Noble Phantasm with a number of unexpected effects. Firstly to protect his True Name, Coron warps his appearance so that he looks as close to a normal human as possible with even his iconic painted tattoos being absent. This has the dual effect of lowering his "Mixed Blood" Skill by two Ranks in order to prevent any potential Inversions but also sealing his Mad Enhancement Class Skill allowing him to retain his sanity even mid-battle. But Coron can only handle so much as every time Hueil takes damage his rage continues to build and without an outlet it will eventually reach a threshold that Coron cannot contain and so as the diadem shatters an unholy fusion of Inversion Impulse and Mad Enhancement bursts forth. Hueil's body starts to swell up even larger than he already was with his skin darkening to a muddy red and black tribal tattoos spread across his body - making him look more like a demon now than a human.
True Appearance
It can take up to several hours for Coron to regenerate and so having completely lost his sanity, Hueil will attack anything in sight as he cannot distinguish between friend or foe, making him a danger to everyone. But even if the other Servants try to pacify him, it will not be easy as the Inversion brings forth Hueil's inhuman powers as his skin becomes as hard as steel reducing physical damage by 20%, an increase in Mystery giving him Magic Resistance of around Rank C compared to the Knight Class Servants and finally he becomes resistant to death with an equivalent of Battle Continuation allowing him to keep fighting for several minutes even after being fatally wounded. All of this added onto the Bonus Modifiers to his Parameters from Mad Enhancement makes Hueil a force of nature that few Servant could face alone. But once the time is up and Coron returns onto his head, Hueil becomes exhausted from the strain and collapses making him extremely vulnerable to enemy attacks and requiring a Command Seal to force him to withdraw and even if that happens he will be out of commission for a couple of days at least. Upon awakening, Hueil will be back to his normal sealed condition.
Lore
A warrior and prince of the mysterious Pictland, Hueil was always something of a thorn in Artoria's side. When Artoria went on her quest to unite the country under her leadership, the King of the Picts, Caw sensed the source of Caliburn's power and acknowledged her Kingship. But Hueil refused to accept this as his philosophy was "Might makes Right" and so he led a number of violent and sweeping raids into Artoria's territory. In response, Artoria marched into Pictland and fought his forces, chasing him down to the Isle of Mann where they had a one on one duel and Hueil was forced to admit defeat. However, though he acknowledged her strength Hueil refused to become a knight under Artoria and returned to Pictland.
The next time they met was during Culhwch's great trials set by the Giant King Ysbaddaden. Artoria agreed to accompany him on the journey and during the hunt for the Demon Lord Boar Ysgithyrwyn, she enlisted the help of Pict King Caw who agreed and brought along his nineteen sons. Though he was loath to assist, Hueil was intrigued by the idea of hunting such a great beast. Artoria's favourite hunting dog Cavall managed to track the beast down and Hueil with the help of his brothers used their superhuman strength to hold it in place so that their father Caw, riding Artoria's steed Llamrei was able to cleave its head in two with a battleaxe. Despite the great teamwork between the knights of Camelot and the Pict warriors, Hueil didn't feel like sticking around and so headed back to Pictland.
Any chance of friendship between Hueil and Artoria ended when one day Hueil stumbled across a convoy escorting Queen Guinevere back to Camelot. Taken with her beauty, Hueil pushed aside the knights and demanded that Guinevere leave the King and become his woman instead. In the midst of the confusion and facing this giant of a man, Guinevere simply froze up and so instead a voice rang out to back off and a sword swung at Hueil who jumped back. After a few seconds Hueil recognised the knight who stood before him as Gwydre, the son of Hueil's sister who had joined Artoria's service. Raising his sword, Gwydre said that he would strike down all who would dare insult the Queen even if they were family. Bemused, Hueil drew his own sword and the two clashed with Gwydre being cut down but not killed. Seeing the young knight in pain because of her hesitation, Guinevere walked right up to Hueil and slapped him square in the face. Time seemed to stop for a moment before Guinevere spoke up saying that Hueil wasn't half the man Artoria was and should leave now. Though angered, Hueil saw the other knights emboldened by the Queen's words were starting to draw their weapons and so he begrudgingly turned and left. When Artoria heard what had happened, she declared Hueil a criminal and should he ever step foot out of Pictland he would be captured and executed.
For the next few years Hueil largely kept to himself within the bounds of his homeland, only really leaving his father's court to go hunt the occasional great beast that wandered too close to human villages. But at the end of each day he would sigh to himself as something vital was missing from his life. Then the fateful day came where whilst Artoria was away conquering Rome, Mordred declared an insurrection and naturally went to meet each person Artoria had alienated in turn to gain their support. Eventually Mordred stood before Hueil yet the man was unmoved by her words but at the same time wouldn't lift a finger to stop her. Then as news about Mordred's plans reached the continent, Artoria came racing back she saw Hueil standing alone on the cliffs of Britain waiting to greet her. Artoria accused Hueil of being a part of the rebellion but Hueil just silently gestured towards a nearby field and Artoria ordered her troops to go on ahead without her. The pair squared up against each other in the plains and drew their weapons, with the clash of their might echoing out for miles around. After what seemed like an eternity later Hueil dropped onto his knees having lost a lot of blood from wounds across his body while his sword was cracked in multiple places - whereas Artoria was unharmed if short of breath. Yet despite all this, childlike laughter escaped from Hueil's mouth which took Artoria aback. Upon being asked what was so funny, Hueil replied that it only took until the end of his life to finally realise what was missing from it. Rising to his feet, Hueil made one final charge at Artoria which she met head on and Excalibur finally smashed through Hueil's sword and cleaved open his chest making the giant of a man stagger past her and collapse onto a nearby rock. With haggard breath, Hueil asked Artoria to give him an honourable death and she sighed that it was a shame that things could not have turned out differently before putting Excalibur above Hueil's neck and then bringing it down.
Afterwards Artoria turned to leave but noticed that blood was dripping from under her tunic. Lifting it up she saw that her knee was cut open and realised that when Hueil's sword shattered against hers, a chunk of shrapnel ricocheted off of the ground and struck her knee. Without Avalon anymore to heal her, Artoria chuckled and said that Hueil should be proud to be one of the only people to leave a scar on her.

Creator's Notes
I know it's a fools errand trying to make a Pict Servant when it almost certainly won't align with canon but I can no longer resist the temptation when the Picts are such a fascinating people.
Man this sheet went through so many changes. It started out with Hueil being in the Avenger Class and basically being the Shan Yu to Artoria's Mulan in that he represents everything she isn't but must overcome. But as I wrote and rewrote, I tried to get more in his head and so I ended up trying to present him as a more rounded person, though still incredibly dissonant with our current values as a society.
The Faceclaim this time around was Aoi Todo from Jujutsu Kaisen. Although I will say the idea for using the Diadem as a restraining bolt comes more from Broly from Dragonball with a dash of Kenpachi's Bankai mixed in.
