you suffer the same problems like jishara when it comes to reveal sheets. Barely any build-up makes reveals less impactful.
The formatting doesnt help either. no formatting makes it difficult for the eye to distinguish different parts of the sheet, it is not really pleasing to the eyes too.
Kubick died 1999, thats too early in my book. Camouflage is not a skill to change your looks. especially not from a large hairy dude like him IRL into the cute angel like Anya. So the technical premise is faulty. The theoretical basis is creative, i give you that.
He is a director, not an actor, so him playing is also weird imo. The Class choice is...idk. I can almost feel Morg breathing down my neck, ready to complain that "anyone can be a Pretender".
I could see him as an Assassin that uses his skills to force bystanders to act as other weak servants. This would distract from him and their fear and exhaustion might fit well with his directing style.
Idk, Bn is the one I can see pull him off like that.

I see him more as a nonstandard Faker for "faking" narratives the same way Madame Tussaud "faked" the concept of life with her sculptures. Your Assassin idea isn't half-bad, though.
I actually planned to use Kubrick as a shadow for a certain Watcher, but the overall concept of that sheet is just super wonky, so you probably won't see them anytime soon.

I do think that camoflauge does change your looks to a degree, at least in how I understood it. Plus, he explicitly says that he disliked having to pretend to be someone else. He just did the Anya reveal because when he starts out he has no actors. If I was making him normally, I would do Assassin or Caster, but the theoretical basis is "faked the moon landing"--> "Pretender". As for the time period, you're correct on that, but I personally like making a bit more modern servants and he's piggybacking off of the moon landing/ the moon landing conspiracy so that gives him much more mystery and fame than normal.

A Watcher that creates a MoonCancer, a conglomorate of different persons that harmed the idea of conquering the moon. Setting foot on it is insult enough, but trying to "pity" the moon and denying its shame might be another sin that the moon cant forgive.
Kubrick could be a perfect candidate. just leaving some random thoughts here that probably wont develop far since the landing is still so young

I must admit that I find sheets-within-sheets to be probably the only major annoying tendency of CaS, but it's sort of like diarrhoea: the price you pay for eating the food with the potential to be tastiest, even if itisn't.usuallysometimes
It's also like diarrhoea in that it has a nasty tendency to just keep on going even when you think it's over.
And that it's a pain in the ass to clean up after you're actually done.
Man, multi-collapse sheets are weirdly similar to diarrhoea.

Having made two sheets within sheets relatively recently, I find that my feelings are hurt so severly I shall now compose a two hundred thousand plus word count essay about why the collapse command is the greatest gift to mankind ever made.
I've witnessed this conversation at least once already and I haven't even been here that long, somehow people still make sheets within sheets. I don't mind them, others do, does it really matter?

I only really have a mild distaste for them that doesn't stretch beyond "oh, this again", if only because it's kind of exhausting that the payoff has yet to arrive after reading a whole sheet. Like, the first half almost always only exists to set up the second half (if you're lucky enough that there's only two), so it sort of devalues the first half if that half continues to matter at all.
Anyway, even though I seem to be well on the way to starting an argument, it's not my intention to do so. I don't feel that strongly about them.

It's one of those generational things. Happens when you have people from many phases of BL going about in a same thread. CaS has evolved a lot in recent years and not every evolution is good for some. For others it is, tho.

The magic did wear off a while after it became increasingly common, but still, I don't think you can match the sensation of a really well placed 'second sheet reveal' with just writing.
Remember kids, the best way to stop an internet argument from happening is to crack the whip and put your local Del to work.
