What do you mean by called to the Grand Order? Which character is summoned in the game or which character was supposed to be summoned in Tunguska?

The latter was summoned, but she's borrowing her husband's Saint Graph/abilities for reasons I forgot.

Damn, why couldn't they just take the original Nastasya Mikulishna?

Dobrynya was supposed to be summoned but he doesn't know how to be a good dad so his wife Nastasia went in his saint graph instead.

FGO likes their genderbends? (Though this is only a genderbend, technically speaking.)

Pinetree already explained the in-lore reason, but I would wager that the actual reason why stuff like this happens is that they want to use popular names while still keeping the ratio of female characters the same it always is. Dobrynya is more famous than Nastasya. There are many historical, legendary and folkloric female characters that they could use, but they don't carry the same "prestige". Also in some cases it makes it harder to guess the character, but I don't think that's always a priority.

You've been approaching this with the wrong mindset from the moment you assumed the Servant is only either one of the two.

    Class: Berserker
    Other Classes: N/A
    True Name: Miran Shah
    Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Place of Origin: Mongolia (14th Century)
    Stars: 3/5

    Parameters:

    STR: B
    END: D
    AGI: D
    MGI: C
    LCK: C
    NP: B

    Height: 169cm
    Weight: 190lbs
Likes: Destruction of beauty, beauty, holding power
    Dislikes: Letting beauty remain standing
    Talent: Destroying beauty
Natural Enemy: Tamerlame, Anula of Anuradhapura
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Humanoid, Male, Weak to Enuma Elish
Armament: A long, hooked lance, a battle axe, a mongol bow
Catalyst: Ancient rubble from what is now Iran

    Class Skills:

Madness Enhancement B: An obsession with beauty and with being the only one to see it, viewing the world as undeserving of beauty, which he sees in all sorts of things, including not just standard things like art or music but in death and bloodshed too. As such, Berserker also views the world as undeserving of himself, and this, combined with his Agility stat, causes him to prefer to not engage in melee combat.

    Personal Skills:

Laughter of Bloody Slaughter B: Berserker personally beheaded the last Kartid prince, supposedly chuckling as he did it. This laughter manifests in the form of a skill held by Berserker, which due to his mindset works as a type of mental interference, producing the image of the most beautifully grotesque scene possible in the target's head, exerting mental damage.

Maranshah C: Berserker was called "Maranshah" by numerous people within his kingdom after the execution of the Huruffis. This roughly translates to "King of the Snakes", and as such as a skill it allows Berserker to temporarily take on a guise that is more snake-like, gaining a forked tongue as well as sharp fangs and increased flexibility. However, this is only a great help if Berserker for some reason enters melee combat.

Raze the Rebels A: Berserker's brutal commands to his army, having them raze every town that refused to surrender. This tie to them allows Berserker to manifest soldiers, although only one or two at a time due to many of Berserker's major accomplishments being done solo, as well as Berserker's fundamental mindset. These soldiers' damage exerts bonus pain, but they have low-ranked parameters and only Madness Enhancement E. These are Berserker's primary method of offense, having them capture targets and then dragging them to Berserker to kill.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Goo Saiknyg Ustgakh
Destroy All That Is Beautiful In This Ugly World

    Type: Anti-Beauty
    Rank: B
    Range: 30 meters
    Max Targets: 100 targets

Berserker's noble phantasm is the manifestation of the destruction that he did to the finest buildings in the entire surrounding area. In truth, this was due to his philosophy about beauty. As such, this Noble Phantasm is one that serves as the "Ultimate Anti-Beauty Noble Phantasm". When the true name is called, if Berserker chooses he can attack using a weapon, or instead he can sacrifice a soldier, either way creating an immense explosion that destroys all that Berserker views as beautiful.

Lore: Miran Shah, the Son Of Timur (1366-1408) was a powerful regional governor and general for his father, Timur the Great, better known as Tamerlane. He was initially highly successful, but as he settled into his role as regional governor, he began to do strange and peculiar actions such as destroying beautiful buildings just because they were beautiful. This, along with his plans for betraying his father, lead to his loss of power.

Personality: A seemingly serious commander focused on victory and the joy of battle, entering it. However, in Chaldea as he gets towards leisure, he will attempt to create and destroy beauty in other forms, as opposed to on the battlefield as he primarily does. His wish is to rid the world besides himself of all beauty.

    Relationships:

Anula of Anuradhapura: "Love and beauty are two sides of the same coin, are they not?"

Caroline Lamb: "That ribbon is lovely. Allow me to destroy it."

Yangdi: "It shall be quite beautiful to rip your head from your body."

"Hah! Behold my magnificence as the slayer of Halfdan and Soti! Rider, at your command!"

    Class(es): Rider/Archer/Berserker/Avenger/▅ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▅
True Name: Orvar-Oddr; The Man Named Arrow-Odd

Source: The Saga of Örvar-Oddr, The Saga of Hervör and Heidrek; Iceland
    Attribute: Earth
    Traits: Male, Human, Brynhildr's Beloved
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Likes: Adventure, fighting
    Dislikes: Horses, "old hags"
    Natural Enemy: Völva
    Stats
    Strength: B
    Endurance: A
    Agility: C
    Mana: D
    Noble Phantasm: A

    Class Skills
    Riding: A
A Skill denoting the ability to ride mounts and vehicles. All vehicles and all creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. Even on his first voyage Rider showed tremendous skill in controlling his personal ship.

    Magic Resistance: C

The ability to cancel the effect of spells. Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against magecraft on the level of greater magecraft and Greater Rituals. While Rider is slightly older and more experienced, he still has yet to truly find and observe great mystery yet.

    Personal Skills
    Prophesied Death: A
A Skill representing that a Servant's death was prophesied, providing both strengths and weaknesses. Rider was told by a seer as a young man that he would die from his own horse, which gives him both an unaging body and resistance to injury. While still capable of being injured and killed by conventional means, Rider is incredibly susceptible to curses and poisons. As a more matured pillager, Rider has both greater handicaps and greater benefits from this skill.

    Viking Warmonger: B
A composite of Golden Rule, Berserk, and Incitement, all the necessary abilities to lead and prosper as a pillaging viking lord. Rider can be considered an archetypal example of what a viking should be, but Rider still is when he was fairly inexperienced and just before he had turned into a proper legend of his era.

    Voyager of the Storm: C
A Skill showing the talent to sail vessels recognized as ships and lead them effectively in combat, acting as a hybrid of Charisma and Tactics. Rider, while a competent leader and a powerful force to follow behind, only led a small handful of ships mostly made of entirely loyal men to his cause and followed mostly out of mutual benefit.

    Noble Phantasm

    Gusisnautar
The 13 Arrows of the Immortal Pillager

    Anti-Army
    A

Rider had found 13 magical arrows and an accompanying bow on his travels through the world, enchanted to never miss and always return to his quiver. This manifests as one of his Noble Phantasms.

Rider can use the arrows in place of regular ones, imposing a Law that the arrow must always hit its target. While dodging becomes impossible, it is still entirely possible to block said arrows as it still follows the Law. This also allows Archer to fire multiple arrows at once, either on one target or multiple without diminishing his accuracy.

Differing from his younger self, these arrows are far more destructive and potent, allowing them to pierce the defenses of opponents B rank and lower, but if the target has the blood of a Jotunn or similar being such as an Oni, it can completely invalidate any natural defense they may have.

    Halfdan's Gift
    Fearsome Dragon Ship of Vikings

    Anti-Army
    B+

A ship Rider claimed after defeating the fearsome Halfdan, it is a longship that holds a dragon's head sculpture at the bow. Staffed by shades of the vikings who once fought by Rider's side, it is a fairly powerful but still not too extraordinary Noble Phantasm at first glance.

However, if Rider can beach the ship like he did after stealing the Lappland silver, it will have an unusual effect on local air and mana currents. The second it has been beached, a loud boom will echo through the surrounding region, and cause a crosswind that makes maneuvering through water near impossible, and also temporarily redirects the mana from leylines to also be caught in a "crosswind" that can damage or even disable any Bounded Field in the region that relies on those leylines flowing to keep it operational.

However, the obvious drawback to this is that the ship has to stay manifested on a beach, which leaves it in the open to attack.

    Lore
    A Journey's Beginning
Rideris Orvar-Oddr, a legendary Icelandic heroic figure, noted for living for over 300 years, his journey across the world, and his overwhelming might in combat. Born the son of the king of Halogaland, Grimr Loðinkinni, Rider spent his childhood as a spoiled brat. Playing around with his incredibly dangerous arrows and stating his opinions, no matter the time and place and especially if it was in an inappropriate setting.

And so when the Völva, the incredibly powerful shaman that consulted Odin himself, had stopped at his home, the seventeen year old Rider acted as he always had. He was rude, and on a horse so high he couldn't see just who he was messing with.

So the Völva cursed the teen, that he would be killed by his horse Faxi at his birthplace. Rider seemed to take this grim prophecy on the chin, as he simply had his horse killed and buried, then promptly took his step-brother Asmund on a voyage across the world, pillaging as he went.

Against his stepmother’s wishes, Rider and Asmund left their birthplace and home, venturing out on the seas of the cold north. After stopping at Rider’s fathers place where they acquired a small army of men to help them, the brothers made for Lappland.

While there, they stole the silver that had been placed at a burial mound, but discovered the treasure was cursed after being caught in a crosswind and they both lost their treasure and were stranded on an island from the constant winds threatening to tear their ships apart.

While Rider enjoyed himself immensely on the island by acting as a survivalist, they were set upon by a massive Jotunn woman sent by her tribe, who Rider only managed to drive back after sending two arrows through her eyes and out the back of her head. Rider and his brother were eventually able to get the local Jotunn chief to let the winds fade so they could flee. Only after nearly being crushed under three massive stones the chief had tossed at the brothers while they were stuck in a rowboat to see if they were strong enough to dodge it.

After their narrow escape and returning to their father with what treasure the two could plunder, Rider still hungered for new adventures.

After staying for several weeks to rest, the brothers went out seeking battle with five ships as support, and stumbled on the Viking captain Halfdan and his fifteen warships with him.

Rider challenged Halfdan to see which of the two was stronger, and Halfdan eagerly accepted, even limiting his forces to match Rider's evenly.

The battle lasted for three days, each side retreating to rest and bandage themselves at sundown. On the third day, Rider managed to break through their defenses and land on Halfdan's imposing dragon ship and defeat him single handedly.

Taking his ship and loot, along with some of his men who swore loyalty, Rider named his new ship after Halfdan to honor such a powerful opponent, later gilding the whole vessel and fortifying it’s bow with an iron blade.

Not yet satisfied, Rider asked his father if there was another viking he could prove his mettle against, and the king told him of an even stronger foe named Soti who possessed thirty massive ships outfitted with hundreds of men loyal to him.

When they found Soti, who knew of Rider’s search for him, he had docked his personal ship following bad weather. Soti had bound his ships all together with rope to keep them connected, but also meant that it would be easy for his men to surround and overwhelm any force that came after them.

Rider, a true gloryhound, put his sheep at full speed under the cover of the storm, and before Soti or his men could react, cut the rope binding Soti’s dragon ship and jumping aboard, and before Rider’s fleet could even catch up he had already slain his target.

Such great victories sent the young man’s fame in the Northlands sky high, and he felt as if he was untouchable

    Personality
Rider differs greatly from his younger self, now with actual victories under his belt and having a taste of conquest.
While still youthful, Rider is still full of pride and a massive ego, but he has become confident in his own strengths, but is now smart enough to listen to advice from people he trusts.
He will plan his attacks ahead of time, but his bold nature and glory hunger drive him to end a fight as flashy and explosive as possible.

Of course he doesn't get along with people who want a more reserved or cowardly approach, and will completely ignore orders that don't sound fun.

"Sure, you say I could have simply attacked with my bow from range. But ramming into their position on Halfdan's Gift while they were fighting someone else sounded way cooler."
    ~

    Creator Notes
Part 2 of, like 5-6 sheets I have planned for this bastard.

I'm kinda dumbfounded, because if you look at his Wikipedia and other synopsis online you'd think there wouldn't be a whole lot of meat to his story.
But as someone who finished the full saga I can say that is definitely not true, and is actually an engaging read if you can tolerate the kind of simple language used.

Anyways, back to the dungeon I go to write more of this magnificent bastard

    Class: Lancer
    Other Classes: Saber, Archer
    True Name: Ae-Oyna-Kamuy
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Place of Origin: Ainu Mythology
    Stars: 4/5

    Parameters:

    STR: B
    END: C
    AGI: C
    MGI: C
    LCK: E
    NP: A

    Height: 178cm
    Weight: 140lbs
    Likes: Aiding people
    Dislikes: Imperialism, famine
    Talent: Slaying famine
    Natural Enemy: Akkurokamui
    Attribute: Sky
Traits: Male, Humanoid, Weak to Enuma Elish
    Armament: A mugwort spear
    Catalyst: A mugwort plant

    Class Skills:

Magic Resistance A+: As a true deity, he can barely be touched by any form of magic, leaving it outside the gates.

    Personal Skills:

Smoldering Heart A: The flames that constantly burn around Lancer are a manifestation of his virtue and power. Fittingly, they are controllable by Lancer like extra limbs, and usually are used to snake over his weapon. These flames grow in power against those with less virtue, I.E. those who have Evil or Chaotic alignments.

Tradition Teacher A: An evolved version of Expert of Many Specializations held by the one who taught humanity so many things. The capacity to use Eye for Architecture, Medicinal Techniques, Alluring Euphony, Lawspeaker, Beastslayer, Gathering, and Ritual Magic at ranks C~A, and teach them to others at rank D.

Oyna Kamuy A: Lancer's title of Oyna Kamuy means the Kamuy told of through tales. This becomes a skill that fuels his existence based on the tales. Ironically for a standard Grail War, this skill empowers Lancer and provides him with Mana the more he is talked about, and as such he must reveal his existence to gain any major boost from this skill.

Divinity B: As the one who taught humanity about the rituals for the gods, as well as a god himself, he naturally gains a somewhat high rank, though he is still summonable due to this manifestation being an incarnation in the same way that many Ainu gods take form on earth as reincarnations.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Noya
    Spear That Pierces Through Ailments

    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: B
    Range: 40 meters
    Max Targets: 1 target

Lancer's magical spear of Mugwort is his first noble phantasm. This spear was used to slay numerous enemies who brought famines or plagues with them. As such, the spear has accumulated a strong purifying capacity, when touching an ally healing them. When the true name is called and the spear is stabbed into a target, it steals their mana, spreading it to all those around to revitalize and empower them.

    Ainurrakur
The Tradition God's Bag Of Tricks

    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: B
    Range: 10 meters
    Max Targets: 1 targets

Lancer was noted for his extremely clever tactics, allowing him to usually outwit his opponents remarkably fast before having to take the field and attack them. In the form of a Noble Phantasm, Lancer's countless tricks take the shape of a curse, propelled from his spear, that instantly drops the target's luck to E, as well as debuffing one of their other statistics of Lancer's choice.

Lore: Ae-Oyna-Kamuy, The Kamui Teacher, was an Ainu folkloric deity who taught humanity numerous tricks and defeated a lot of evil beings and dangerous entities. Some of the most famous include the famine crone, the giant char, the dragon, the swordfish, and even the goddess of the North Wind, whose defeat would become more prominent were he to manifest in the form of a lancer class.

Personality: A classic type of strict teacher figure. He dislikes those who refuse to learn his teachings. But the biggest thing he hates are the Japanese, and more specifically imperialism and conquest in general, seeing it as destroying numerous amazing places. As such, his wish is to split humanity back into small groups.

    Relationships:

Akkurokamui: "...What on earth happened to you?"

Yamato Takeru: "HOW DARE YOU? GET OUT."

Poliahu: "You again?....no, different person. Sorry."

Ae-Oyna-Kamuy: Shouldn't he have a Divine Core if he's a 'folkloric deity'? I know that for some cultures the idea of what is or isn't a 'god' can end up being difficult to define, but here, with how you've explained who he is, it really doesn't make sense for him to have nothing at all

    Class: Ruler
    Other Classes: Watcher
    True Name: Baucis and Philemon
    Alignment: Neutral Good
    Place of Origin: Greek Mythology
    Stars: 4/5

    Parameters:

    STR: E
    END: A
    AGI: D
    MGI: C
    LCK: C
    NP: A

Height: 181 cm (Philemon) / 159 cm (Baucis)
    Weight: 170 lbs (Philemon) / 158lbs (Baucis)
    Likes: Each other, trust, charity
    Dislikes: Greediness
    Talent: Charity
Natural Enemy: Heraclitus, Chaos Butterfly, Draco
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Humanoid, Duo, Weak to Enuma Elish
Armament: A pair of staffs, one carved from oak and one from linden, a clay amphora
Catalyst: Summoning at a pair of trees, an oak and a linden, that are close together or intertwined

    Class Skills:

Magic Resistance D++: Low-ranking magic resistance despite the age. As a result of their Protection of the King of the Gods, against certain types it massively ranks up.

God's Command C: Low-ranked commands, Ruler can utilize three command seals, which can be used on any opposing parties.

True Name Discernment D: Ruler's true name discernment is minimal outside of their temple.

    Personal Skills:

Protection of the King of the Gods C: Ruler was granted protection by Zeus himself, in gratitude for their hospitality and charity despite how little they had. This manifests as a combined skill. Firstly, Ruler gains bonuses to their Agility and Endurance when they enter the battle. In addition, they are close to immune to magecraft based on water, lightning, air, or clouds.

Hermes' Pitcher B: The endlessly-filling pitcher that Hermes transformed their pitcher into is naturally a skill, which allows for the rather simple "endless liquid manifestation", though the liquids that can be manifested are things like water, wine, and milk and not acids or poisons or any such offensive items.

Hospitality Commandments A: The hospitability commandments of Ancient Greece, which ruler can force those within the Grail War to follow. A host may not harm their guest, nor vice versa. Hosts must provide gifts and refreshments to their guests, and guests must provide stories and news, along with be willing to reciprocate if the host ever comes over.

Combination A: The two of them work almost perfectly in sync due to their extremely long bond.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Asylo
    First Request: The Sanctuary

    Type: Bounded Field
    Rank: A
    Range: 50 meters
    Max Targets: n/a

The temple that Zeus transformed Ruler's home into, and which they were granted the privilege of living in and maintaining. As a high-class Temple created by a Divine Spirit himself, this Temple is naturally extremely powerful, amplifying their Protection to nullify most damage they can take, while allowing them to cast spells through their canes akin to a low-ranked High-Speed Divine Words, enhancing the types of liquids within Hermes' Pitcher, gaining a better chance at True Name Discernment, collecting extra Command Seals, and forcibly placing the Hospitality Commandments on all those who enter within.

    Dentra
    Second Request: The Growth

    Type: Support
    Rank: C
    Range: 0 meters
    Max Targets: Themselves

The second request Ruler made, that they could live and die together, which was granted through their transformation into a tree. Passively, this allows Ruler to control their staves like they're a part of their physical body. A partial activation (without need for True Name) would partially transform them, hardening their skin into bark, transforming their nails or hair into leaves to collect Mana from light, extending a root network for communication, and so on. When the true name is called, the two intertwine into a huge golem formed of intertwined Ash and Linden, which possesses all parts of the partial transformation and gains much higher Mana, Strength, and Agility stats.

Lore: Baucis and Philemon, The Ancient Greek Hospitable Couple, were a couple who were visited by a disguised Zeus and Hermes, who had been turned away by all of the couple's rich neighbors. But Baucis and Philemon, although not having much, shared all they had with the gods. Upon realizing they were gods, through seeing the endless pitcher, the two apologized for the poor repast and decided to slaughter their goose who guarded their home to properly honor the gods. But Zeus stopped them, and told them to head up a nearby mountain. When they looked back, they saw every house besides theirs covered by water. Theirs had been transformed into a beautiful temple. Then, Zeus offered to grant them two boons, and the ones they chose were: The first one was to be allowed to live in and take care of the temple, while the second was to live and die together.

Personality: Kind and charitable people. They love aiding people as much as possible. But they will withdraw their protection if the people dont follow the rules of hospitality, and refuse to tell stories or news, or refuse to let them in to return the favor. Their wish for the Holy Grail is nonexistent as they had a life with no regrets, hence why they manifested as Ruler.

    Relationships:

Selene: "We didn't expect you to be..." "This powerful. It's not that it's bad, it's just..." "Strange to us."

Semele: "Oh! Interesting to meet you. Is that ... a god in the form of a slug? What ?"

Paul and Athenagoras: "Another duo. How lovely, right, dear?" "Right." "But can't you two get a bit less obsessed with synchronising with the world and not each other?"

    Saber of Listening

"Nice to meet you, Master. I am your Servant, a Saber this time around, I believe. I will help you realize your dreams to the best of my abilities."

    Class: Saber
    Alignment: Lawful/good
    Region: Japan
    Height: 170 cm
    Weight: 55 kg
Likes: Peace, protecting the weak, being listened to.
Dislikes: Unnecessary violence, tyrannical rulers, not being listened to.
    Talents: Diplomacy
    Armaments: Sword
Natural Enemy: Mononobe Moriya, Oda Nobunaga.

    Stats

    Str: D
    End: C
    Agi: C
    Mna: B
    Lck: B
    NP: A

    Skills

    Class Skills

Magic Resistance (A): A Skill which grants protection against magical effects. At this rank, it will Cancel spells of A-Rank or below, no matter what greater magecraft it is. In practice, Saber is practically untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title this Servant a "Magus Killer".

Riding (A): At this rank, All vehicles and all creatures except those of Phantasmal and Divine Beast-rank can be used by Saber as mounts. This rank is high enough for this Heroic Spirit to have an aptitude for the Rider Class.

    Personal Skills

Divinity (C): The level of one's aptitude as a Divine spirit. There are plethora of stories about Saber's birth being a result of Buddha's compassion entering his mother's womb, and he is still revered nowadays as a guardian deity of construction due to his establishing of multiple temples. However, in the Saber class he is summoned as "Ruler" rather than "Saint", which limits his rank in this Skill. Should he be summoned in a different Class, perhaps Saber's Divinity could be higher.

Clairaudience (A): Much like the Skill Clairvoyance represents acuity of vision, this Skill represents one's exceptional hearing capacity. A divine blessing which led to him being called "Abundant, Clever Ears", Saber's sharp hearing extends for kilometers, and he often relies on it rather than his vision. Not only that but, at this rank, Saber is also capable of hearing the internal dialogue of others, allowing him to peer into one's true nature and predict their actions in advance.

Regent of the Rising Sun(B): A Skill exemplifying Saber's role as the son of heaven ruling over the land of the rising sun, a title he gave himself on the letter famously sent to emperor of China, in a blatant political move of defiance against the Chinese Emperor's refusal to recognize Japan as a kingdom. This is Skill is similar in Nature to Imperial Privilege, allowing Saber to manifest a plethora of abilities which are deemed as necessary or exemplary of a leader, such as Charisma, Military Tactics, Swordsmanship, and etc…

Six Virtues, Twelve Ranks (A): Named in reference to the Kan'i Jūnikai, The Twelve Level Cap and Rank System, created by Saber as the first system of promotion by merit in the Japanese Government. As a Skill, it allows Saber to grant multiple beneficial effects to a group of upwards to twelve people, including himself. Each specific effect is connected to one of the six virtues of Confucianism (Knowledge, Justice, Sincerity, Propriety, Benevolence, and Virtue) and the quality of the effect is tied to the quality of the respective virtue shown by the beneficiary. Because he possesses all six virtues at great levels, Saber can demonstrate all six effects at maximum power.

    Noble Phantasm

    Sword of Stems and Branches
    Heishishorinken

    Rank: Anti-Unit, B

"Heishishorinken. The world is transient, let go of your ambitions for they will cause your death."

The first of the swords owned by Saber, a chokutō (single, straight edge) blade of 65.3 cm with a minimalist design, simply engraved with the characters 丙子椒林 (Hei Shi Sho Rin), from which the swords name is derived. It is a treasure obtained by Saber from China, and is still kept at the Shitteno Shitennō-ji even today. This sword is the same as the one who was used to decapitate the Mononobe no Moriya, during the Mononobe Clan's conflict with the Soga Clan over the place of Buddhism on japan.

As a weapon, it is an instrument to exercise one's will and ambitions, reminders of the transient nature of the world. After striking a target, Saber can call the weapon's true name and force the target's body to remember every single wound it has ever suffered, causing them all to open at once and possibly leading to immediate death. Because of the mechanics of this attack, it will have a stronger effect against entities with physical bodies such as human beings, while conversely having a much weaker effect on those with spiritual bodies such as Servants.

    Sword of the Seven Stars
    Shichiseiken

    Rank: Anti-Self, A

"Lord Myoken, give me strength, and guide this soul towards nirvana. Shichiseiken!"

The second of the swords owned by Saber, another chokutō blade, this time of 62.4 cm, which is engraved with the image of the big dipper, as well as with three-star patterns (Tanabata stars), cloud-shaped patterns, dragon heads, and white tigers. Like Heishishorinken, it was also obtained from China, and is still kept today at Shitennō-ji. There are multiple Seven Star swords in Buddhism and Taoism, but the one wielded by Saber is the most famous, and one of the few who has become a Noble Phantasm.

It is not a weapon for defense of an individual, but an instrument that protects the nation by destroying demons. After calling its true name, Saber invokes the authority of Myoken Bosatsu, guardian of the north star, and unleashes a slash of light which does not actually deal any physical damage, but instead cuts through one's ego. An opponent hit by this attack is forced to pass a resistance check and, if failed, are freed from the illusions of the material world and sent directly to the pure land, or in other words are dealt an instant death.

Because of the mechanics of this attack, its effects are greatly reduced on beings with a physical form such as living humans, but are amplified against spiritual entities such Servants. Of note, there is also the spell used by Onmyouji called Chintaku Reifu, which seems to have a similar but lesser effect as this Noble Phantasm.

    Background

Saber 's true name is that of Umayato Toyosatomimi no Mikoto, more famously known as Prince Shotoku. He is a semi-legendary ruler of Japan, his life and accomplishments are known mainly through the Nihon Shoki, and he is recognized as one of the most influential leaders of Japan due to his establishment of courtly ranks and encouragement of the spread of Buddhism.

Saber is the son of Emperor Yōmei and Princess Anahobe, both of whom were associated with the Soga Clan. In 593, after his aunt Empress Suiko came to the throne, he became crown prince and was appointed as regent, and established 12 courtly ranks indicated by colored caps, supported merit-based promotion, drawing up a 17-article constitution, and advocating politics based on harmony. As a devout Buddhist, he gave lectures and wrote commentaries on the Lotus Sutra and other such texts. He also dispatched envoys to China and encouraged the adoption of culture from the Asian continent.

A famous anecdote about Saber as a regent refers to his correspondence with the Sui Emperor of China. The Chinese Emperor had sent the message "The Sovereign of Sui respectfully inquires about the Sovereign of Wa" (The term Wa was used with the meaning of Dwarf, an indication of the Chinese emperor's view of Japanese people as inferior and uncivilized). In response, Saber sent a letter with the introduction "From the sovereign of the land of the rising sun to the sovereign of the land of the setting sun", which firmly established him as the emperor's equal. This letter is also the first instance of Japan being referred to as "The Land of the Rising Sun".

Toward the end of his life, he collaborated with Soga no Umako in compiling histories of Japan, as well as with the Soga clan's conflict against the Mononobe Clan, which were enemies of Buddhism. Saber also initiated the movement that would lead to a centralized state in the second half of the seventh century, but ended up dying before he could achieve all he wished to do.

    Personality

A man of extreme confidence and a natural leader, Saber's great intelligence and charisma motivate people to follow him regardless of what his goals are. As a person, he is extremely empathetic to everyone, never holding grudges against those who oppose him and selflessly helping others fulfill their desires when possible. However, it is this same empathy that allows him to completely understand and predict others, a skill that Saber is not afraid to use by speaking what people want to hear so that they do what he wants.

He believes in himself as a "Son of Heaven", who has the right and an obligation to rule. As such, Saber's main motivation is always in favor of protecting and caring for those around him, but this care comes from a place of inherent superiority. Someone that was born above has a duty to shelter those below, but he cannot see others as equal unless they also possess "the soul of a king" as he does. The one thing that does get under his skin are tyrants who abuse their powers at the cost of their subjects, and Saber will refuse to acknowledge them as equals.

When it comes to his Master, Saber's attitude will depend drastically on the particulars of their personality, but the underlying tone will always be one of "It's easier if you just follow my instructions, and better for you too". As he is both very patient and has great diplomatic skills, unless his Master is dead set in fighting against Saber's wishes (and even then only if they are skilled enough to be successful), he will often get what he wants.

Servant Assassin... you made a very bad choice, Master.

    Class: Assassin
    True Name: Fedor Kuzmich
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Place of Origin: Russian empire
    Armament: none

    STR — C
    END — C
    AGL — C
    MGI — D
    LCK — E
    NP — B

    Class skills:

    Conceal Presence (C+)

Suitable for espionage. You can completely disappear and become almost invisible, even contrary to the perception of the Servant. However, the effectiveness will decrease as soon as preparations for the attack are made.

Despite the fact that Assassin has never tried to hide in his life, he has a very good skill rank. Maybe it has something to do with some spirit...

    Personal skills:

    Mana Burst(Frost) A

This is the increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with Magical Energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of Magical Energy.

Assassin in life was a relatively good magician, however, in this state, he has a terribly strong rank in this skill. His strength is such that he is quite capable of freezing to absolute zero.

The power to freeze the whole world... that was a mistake

    Winter Spirit A

A skill that reflects the current state of the Assassin as a person possessed by the spirit of General Frost, the common perception of the Russian climate in winter as a decisive factor influencing the failures of Western European armies during military operations on Russian territory, a mythical general. This obsession is manifested in Assassin's white hair, pale skin, and very cold touches. Assassin can freeze with one touch and it is extremely difficult to be in the same room with him without fear of freezing. Assassin controls his cryokinetic abilities poorly, which is why he tries to have as little contact with people as possible.

Wanting to win, I made a mistake. Be careful, Master. I don't want to freeze you

    Imperial Privilege (C)

Due to the insistence of the owner, Skills that are essentially impossible to possess can be obtained for a short period of time. The Assassin can have Eye for the Arts, Riding, Swordsmanship, Military Tactics, and Charisma skills.

Some skills are not so easy to get rid of

    Noble Phantasm:

    Мороз-Воевода
Warriors of the long hard winter
    B

Crystallization of the cold of the war of 1812, which, according to most, caused the death of the army of one pompous Archer. When activated, an icy mist will burst out of the Assassin's body, which will hide the servant and spread for many kilometers around him. The fog is very cold, the area it covers will immediately be covered with snow. In addition to the bitter cold, this fog is dangerous in that anyone killed in it will become an icy corpse, a soldier in the army of General Frost, into which Assassin will turn. This is a huge figure in a general's overcoat and with an ice-covered skull instead of a head. He also calls on the frozen dead from that war, both the frozen French and the dead Russians. His army is quite mixed

    Description:

    Likes: his country, art, theater
Dislikes: remember mistakes in his life
Natural Enemy: Paul I, Napoleon Bonaparte

Assassin’s True name is Fedor Kuzmich, also tsar Alexander I Romanov, Emperor and Autocrat of All Russia, Grand Duke of Finland, Tsar of Poland, who carried out moderate liberal reforms in Russia. However, in his current position, one can hardly see a royal origin.

Alexander was the only one of the three sons of Paul I who had magic chains. However, he could not fully develop his abilities, only after becoming an emperor, he managed to more or less get at least some kind of magical education. During his reign, Alexander, in addition to attempts at liberal reforms, also studied spirits, under him the Romanov family entered into a contract with Viy.

During the war with Napoleon, Alexander, having doubts about the tactics of his generals, shortly before the surrender of Moscow, concluded another contract in secret from everyone, this time with the spirit of cold and frost - Morozko, he is the one who will become known as the General Freezing. The step was desperate and thoughtless, and the price for it was great. The winter was very cold, and in some places there were cases of attacks by the risen frozen dead. This part of the story was not preserved in the chronicles, and Alexander's health was slowly depleted. In this state, he could not rule the country, because of which he secretly changed his name to Fedor Kuzmich and went to Siberia, where he lived the rest of his life in regret for that mistake.

As an Assassin, Alexander is in a state of great despondency. He needs to be encouraged so that this condition does not worsen. Alexander is afraid of his strength, he also does not like touching.

Notes: Well, I continue to work with Alexander I and distort his history. Until something good comes out. Alexander had to take the war with Napoleon and the story about General Frost. And Del, with regards to Fedor-Feodor - there is a special story here. Previously, this name was recorded as Feodor, but then there was a language reform and this name began to be written down without o - Fedor. I do not have an error, however, I am not so familiar with the peculiarities of writing Russian names in English. I know about the features of the name Semyon, perhaps

    LCK: B
    NP: A

    Height: 183cm

    Natural Enemy: Chujo-hime
    Attribute: Earth
Traits: Female, Weak to Enuma Elish, Aquatic
Armament: A whip made out of flowing water.
Catalyst: A whip inside a jug of water

    Class Skills:

Presence Concealment C: Capable enough to trick the deities several times as to her location.

    Personal Skills:

Water-Repellent Pearl C: The water-repellent jewel that Assassin held in myth. As its main note is being stolen from her, it's lower rank than it would normally be. Its properties serve as allowing Assassin to become aquatic, capable of breathing water by breaking it down into a mixture of H2 and O2, as well as enhancing her swimming as water tension doesn't take effect

Tidal Wave A: Assassin's control over the waves manifested in the form of a skill. The capacity for Assassin to cast magic associated with the water, sucking things into a swirling whirlpool, shaping water into assorted weapons, or simply firing massive tidal waves at Assassin's enemies.

Dragonkind A: Assassin's status as a being that is a member of dragonkind. Normally replaces her legs with an extremely strong and flexible serpentine tail. Can be enhanced to cause Assassin to gain more of the transformation, whether it be claws, dragon breath, fangs, or even draconic legs.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Liushui Bian
    Whip of the Ocean

    Type: Anti-Fortress
    Rank: A
    Range: 100 meters
    Max Targets: n/a

The whip that Assassin famously used in her legend. It manifests as a whip made out of pure water, which Assassin can control, disappating, stretching, freezing, and so on. This whip, when the true name is called, causes a powerful, high-pressure stream of water to jet out of whatever it touches. At a maximal activation, within an enclosed space such as a bounded Field or Reality Marble, Assassin would flood it with massive amounts of water at massive pressure.

Lore: Shuimu, the Old Mother of the Waters, was a Chinese dragon who held te source of the rivers in a whip. She frequently flooded villages, in particular Suzhou. One day, a philosopher tried to have his donkey drink the water, but it failed and she flooded the city. Following this, Guanyin trapped Shuimu in iron chains inside a deep well.

Personality: A calm person, in general. She loves being underwater far more than land, and doesn't understand land's importance or purpose. As such, her main goal (and wish) is to have all land reclaimed by the sea. However, she is also willing to help you as long as you treat her with respect and don't disrespect the oceans.

    Relationships:

Gertrude Jekyll: "Plants? Well, seaweed is far more beautiful, anyway."

Chujo-hime: "You trapped me. You tricked me! But still, I must admit, you were clever."

Yangdi: "Get away from the ocean with that sludge!!!"

    Rider of Relentless Freedom

"Progress at any cost, victory against all who oppose freedom, and the tomorrow of humanity, today. That is my guarantee Master."

True Name: Thomas Cochrane; Le Loup des Mers/El Metálico Lord
    Class: Rider
    Alignment: Chaotic Good
    Attribute: Man

    Likes: Tinkering, money
    Dislikes: Budget restrictions, being underpaid
    Natural Enemy: Napoleon Bonaparte
Wish: Humanity to progress to the next age

    Stats:

    Strength: C
    Endurance: C
    Agility: D
    Mana: E
    Luck: A
    Noble Phantasm: EX

    Skills
    Class Skills:
    Riding: A

A Skill denoting the ability to ride mounts and vehicles. All vehicles and all creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts.

    Personal Skills:

    Voyager of the Storm: A++
The talent to sail vessels recognized as ships. Because the ability as a group leader is also necessary, this unique Skill also has the effects of both Charisma and Tactics. Rider is one of the most accomplished admirals in history, and can be considered unparalleled in the leading warships.

    To Deny All Tyrants: A-
A skill given to those who repeatedly fought against tyranny and oppression as a leader. Grants one advantage in opposing luck checks when fighting kings and military leaders that quelled rebellions during their lifetime. While a prolific warrior in multiple rebellions, Rider served under the British monarchy, which makes him less effective against British kings and other leaders.

    Navy Creation: EX
The talent and skill to create a functional navy, from training sailors to building the infrastructure necessary to keep that army afloat. Given time and resources, an incredibly powerful navy can be built relatively quickly so long as Rider remains admiral of that navy. Rider is the founder and the first commander of the Brazilian and Chilean navies which survived to modernity.

    Noble Phantasm

Le Loup Des Mers/Admiral of No Equal

    Anti-Army

    Targets: 1~1000
    Range: 500~1200
    EX

Rider has access to every one of the battleships he commanded during his decades long military career. While he is technically capable of summoning all of them at once, that would place immense strain on his meager mana reserves, meaning he typically must limit it to one ship unless empowered through large amounts of magical energy or a Command Seal. However he can't give direct orders to the ship's phantom crew unless he is physically aboard the ship.

If a ship is destroyed at any point, Rider becomes incapable of using it at any point afterwards in the same summoning.

These ships are included in the below list, along with their unique capabilities:

    • HMS Speedy

      • The fastest ship in his arsenal, but also lacks firepower
      • As he used Speedy in a way that limited El Gamo from being capable of firing, if he is able to get his ship close enough to an enemy servant he can seal their Noble Phantasm for a short time

    • HMS Arab

      • As Rider holds great distaste for this ship, he refuses to even use it, and this ship is inaccessible unless forced by a Command Seal or he has run out of other vessels to command
      • While it has moderate firepower, the ship is incredibly difficult to control even with Rider's leadership, and prone to crashing.

    • HMS Pallas
      • One of Rider's strongest ships, moderately fast and high damage
      • It has the ability to "conquer" territory, so long as Rider is within a 700 meter range from the Pallas, he can absorb mana from the environment.

    • HMS Imperius
      • Moderately high level of firepower but slightly slower than the Pallas
      • In terms of durability, this ship is superior to all his others, being a Fortress rank vessel

    • The O'Higgins

      • Has a high level of firepower, in more ways than one
      • The ship can access alternate ammunition, fire bombs. The fire will burn for about half an hour, but can be safely ignored with a C rank in Magic Resistance

    • Pedro I
      • Overwhelming firepower with the highest number of cannons on all his vessels and multiple puckle guns that hit harder if the target is airborne along with multiple smaller cannons for precise firing
      • The ship is capable of creating illusions at the limit of Rider's range, that appear to be a massive fleet of similar sized warships that number in the thousands. These ships are just illusionary, and Rider uses them as a way to convince opponents he has a force far greater than what he currently possesses.

    Lore
Rider is Thomas Cochrane, one of the most decorated Royal Navy admirals in history, founder of the Chilean Navy and Brazilian Navy, and a famed captain during the Napoleonic Wars. He is also the subject of multiple fanciful and exaggerated stories of his exploits both from his lifetime and afterwards.

Rider comes from a very long history of military service in his family, and while he was initially sent to the Royal Army, he begged and fought until he got into the Royal Navy during the early years of the French Revolutionary wars in 1793. Following seven years of service at lower ranks, and butting heads with his superior officer Philip Beaver that resulted in a court martial that was thankfully, acquitted.

Despite having built rivalries with Beaver and the 1st Admiral of the Fleet, John Jervis, Rider eventually became commander of his own ship, the HMS Speedy, one of only two ships built with its unique design. The ship, fittingly, was designed to be as fast as possible, something Rider's keen mind took advantage of.

In a famous battle, Rider and the Speedy were able to capture the Spanish El Gamo through baiting tactics and preventing the frigate from firing it's cannons, despite being outnumbered almost 6 to 1. This capture was just one of many, as he captured, burned, or drove ashore 53 ships in only a sinlge 13 month cruise

When the Napoleonic Wars began in 1803, Rider bounced from ship to ship and up rank and rank, displaying both a relentless and fearless personality. No matter the siege, no matter the battle, Rider always tried to be the man firing the first shot, and the man firing the last. However, the hardened captain soon took to politics in 1806, bribing voters into a seat on the House of Commons.
While in the House of Commons, Rider was incredibly popular with the common man of Britain, but very unpopular with most other members of the House, the same personality that saw his court martial in the Navy gave him no allies in politics.

After allgedly partaking in the 1814 Stock Exchange Fraud perpetuated by delieberate rumors of Napoleon's death, Rider was temporarily expelled from his position. He was given a guilty verdict, ordered to be imprisoned for a year, pay a £1,000 fine, and was thoroughly disgraced by the government and Navy. His knighthood was revoked, his banner pulled frome Westminster Abbey and kicked down the stairs into the street. The famed and beloved captain just had everything taken from him, and he was enraged.

Leaving Paliament in such disgrace, Rider did what many a suddenly desperate and jobless man would do for years and years to follow. He put an ad in several newspapers saying he was willing to serve in the New World militaries. Shortly thereafter, he was approched by the secretary for General José de San Martín, with an offer.

Rider became the first Vice Admiral of Chile, leading their navy in the Chilean War of Independence. He quickly established a chain of command and composure modeled off his past experiences in the British Navy. Rider served as their Vice Admiral and leader from 1817 to 1822, before a rumor spread that he secrelty planned to free Napoleon from his exile and make him the full ruler of a unifed South American state. These rumors, while untrue, led to him leaving the Chilean Navy he had created.

However, after he left Chile's service and the war for independence, he joined the Brazilian War of Independence the next year, yet again as the "First Admiral of the National and Imperial Navy". Taking the patriots head on, Rider was able to help push back the forces of Portugal from Baiha, then on his own intiative sailed deeper in Portugese territory, successfully bluffing that Brazil was secretly hiding a massive fleet of mythical proportions. Thanks to him spreading this rumor around, he freed Brazil of any Portugese military influence almost immediately. For these deeds, Emperor Pedro of Brazil gave him a title, and a coat of arms.

However, history began repeating itself, and Rider claimed that members of the new Brazilian government were conspiring against him likely because of his anti-authority personality and seemingly constant need to butt heads. He transferred himself to a different ship, and returned to Britain in 1825.

Apart from being a minor player in the later years of the Greek Revolution, the rest of Rider's life was fairly quiet. He spent the last decades of his life in his homeland, being promoted to Rear-Admiral of the Blue and spent his last years refining his love of invention, before dying from surgery complications in 1860.

Rider is still a big influence in Chile and Britain, being regarded as a heroic figure by both nations.

    Personality
Rider is a cautious but detirmined man, with a firm belief in human's potential and a hatred for tyranny. He will be constant in deveolping strategies, organizing allies, and fighting those who are against humanity's potential. Rider will throw himself wholeheartedly into humanity's future, never relenting if it means that he can create a better world. It's for these reasons he wants the Holy Grail so he can push humanity to the next stage of progress, to the limits of Earth, to the stars, and perhaps beyond even them.

However he's also a massive jerk at times, and has major problems with authority and seems almost like a man possessed by the constant omnipresent NEED to piss someone off. He'll backtalk, question decisions, all seemingly just so he can establish himself as highest on a mental totem poll. He's only a team player if he's captain, and is bitter when he isn't the center of attention.

It's for this reason he cannot stand Napoleon. A sharp eyed, well dressed and loud person who has the constant energy as being the most important person in the room. He may acknowledge that Napoleon is by all accounts someone he should like, but his own personality and grudge that Napoleon was indirectly responsible for his loss of knighthood drives Rider to try and settle the score.
