He gets along well with Fou, funny how that works out."

    Class Skills
    Magic Resistance: C++
The ability to cancel out magecraft and reduce the effects of spells. As a being both with the heritage of the Pendragon and a being in tune with the darkness of Britain, Sabers gains tremendously higher resistance against curses. However, overall his rank is fairly low for a Saber, which he finds a bit insulting.

"I fight against the goddamned Black Insect, and I get a low rank because my father hogged the glory and is credited as the one who fought him? My father was a great warrior, but you think that old man could have lasted a second against Vortigern in his prime?"

    Riding: B
The ability to use mounts and vehicles with great skill. Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above average skill, even vehicles that did not exist in the time period one was alive in, for they are no exception. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Species such as Monstrous Beasts.

    Personal Skills
    Imperfect Dragon Core: B+
A failed attempt at imprinting the core of the Red Dragon left Saber with an imperfect and painful to activate core. While it contains a great deal of magical energy, and Saber can take advantage by activating to fill his own reserves. However, using it will lower his stats drastically as if under the effects of Weak Constitution.

"The Core is, odd, within me. It is not my primary circuit, think of it more like taping a nuclear reactor to a flashlight. It's power is great, and vast, but I must show restraint. Even a sample of it's power is painful."

Comprehension of the Curse of Britain: C-
The ability to understand and cast basic Witchcraft, using the inherited power of the Black Curse of Britain as a fuel source. For Saber's use, it is used often to inscribe curses on his body that are beneficial in the short term but can be harmful later on. If used to "increase the strength of my attack" he must add a caveat of "will sap my strength when the mana flow has ceased."

While Saber could likely avoid using it in such a manner, a lack of training and overall personal distaste for it's energy means he refuses to expand his understanding of his inherited power more.

"I was not the one destined to wield this energy. Yes, I have access to it, but just because you CAN use something doesn't mean you truly should. Play with fire, get burned."

Foundational Blade of the Once and Future King: EX
Saber's sword is Calibrun, a prototype and later forging element used by Merlin to create the sword
    Caliburn
    Golden Sword of the Victorious
. Similar in effect but nowhere as potent as it's later incarnation, Calibrun is not capable of being a Noble Phantasm, but has the effect of reducing and slowing Saber's aging, and being able to draw in and expel mana as a beam of light at a low power yield.

    Noble Phantasm

    "My strength is needed? Understood."

    Range: ~

    Rank: B

An artificial secondary persona, handcrafted by Merlin's magic and Saber's own mental conditioning. Saber cultivated this persona over years of battle in preparation for the last duel with Vortigern, despite knowing he was fated to lose. Similar in practice to the Noble Phantasm of a Norwegian king's, it is a bloodthirsty and ruthless mental state that empowers Saber's body. When activated, his persona as Madawg consumes his normal mindset, cutting off his ability to feel pain or fear akin to Madness Enhancement, but as Saber he is able to restrain his NP enough in order to remain lucid enough in battle so as to still be able to recognize allies from enemies.

In this state, Saber gains a rank up to his Agility and Endurance, and cannot be readily reasoned with beyond pointing him to a new target to fight. Only when all his enemies are dead or utterly defeated can Saber regain his full sanity. In this state he can be considered "blunt", where even basic illusions can fool his mind into believing he is still facing an active enemy.

    ~=◉=~
    Lore
Saber is Madoc ap Uthyr, the firstborn son of Uther Pendragon and older half-brother to Morgan le Fay and Artoria Pendragon.

"Kinda odd how none of us have the same last name."

Born several decades before the birth of the Future King, Saber's life was a violent one start to end. Never knowing his mother, Saber spent his early years training, learning how to temper his massive well of internal rage into a weapon, and with the assistance of Merlin, was tested rigorously in order to exploit his bloodline's magical potential.

In compared to his sisters, Saber can be considered "in the middle" of their inheritance. While not the one destined to wield the Primeveal Black Curse of Britain, nor the Factor of the Red Dragon, one can consider him to be the Temporary Heir to the King of Britain, and has limited access to these two abilities. While he was born with the curse, at Uther's insistence Saber was implanted with a sliver of the power of Albion, one clearly not designed nor fated to be used in his body.

During his later teens, Britain was under repeated and brutal assault from Saxon invaders near constantly. With such necessity that Uther sent his son, then planned to be the future king, off to fight them as a lord of his army. But the conflict was hampered by disloyal kings and knights that did not want to unify under Uther's rule. Saber soon found himself as "the knight who guarantees loyalty," with the fairly harsh position of ensuring subordinate lords loyalty through threats of violence that broke the oaths of chivalry, flimsy as they were during the invasion.

It only got worst when Saber's uncle Vortigern suddenly returned, married to a Saxon princess and leading the charge against the forces of Londinium. Despite power grabs and squabbles being common in the Saxon ranks, they were just as prevalent as the ones on Uther's side, and Saber often found himself with few or no allies in battle due to his quickly gaining reputation as a villainous knight fighting for only violence's sake.

Saber felt conflicted in those years, trapped in a cycle of violence without greater purpose. A crisis of identity on what his reason to fight even was anymore. A growing divide between him and Uther, and discontent with Merlin's plotting left an isolation that consumed him deeply and made him even more hollow and cruel in battle.

Five years before the death of both the King Uther and Prince Madoc, Uther saw the rise of the Usurper, and Saber found a purpose.

He had no faith in himself, but mere words of the glory his sibling could bring lit a fire in his soul that burned so bright he practically transformed overnight. Merlin crafted Saber a sword, the holy sword of Calibrun, which reduced Saber's age by years and was a blade unlike any other. While he never trusted Merlin during his lifetime, he did thank the Mage of Flowers for the gift. The sword served also as a symbol of his transformation.

Saber fought with a smile, inspired others to fight, becoming a beacon of hope as he no longer fought for today, or the glory of the past, but for the radiance and hope for the future. The feared and reviled lord changed and found a cause he could truly believe in after years of drifting. In that time, he dropped the surname of Pendragon and opted to simply be known as "the son of Uther."

Saber was there to welcome his baby sister Artoria for just a brief moment before they had deigned to send her away. And despite their father cursing the fact that he had only sired daughters and not a new prince, Saber saw the light in his youngest sister.

"I will not say you can really sense kingship from a baby, but I could sense something."

"I saw that little girl, mewling and whining in her crib as my father cursed himself, as my step-mother comforted him."

"In that crib, I saw the King of Britain, and I wanted to see her on the throne, clad in silver and a golden crown!"

"But, I didn't live long enough to see that."

The day Vortigern pushed to Londinium was a day of horrific destruction and death. An army of the finest knights drowned in a horde of barbarians, and Vortigern clashed with his brother in a duel that shook the Earth.

Saber fought with all his might, dwindling as it was. He only fought to keep people as far from the castle as he could, holding a line that crumbled around him until he found himself alone, battered and exhausted. The biggest and strongest of the barbarians was a monster of a man named Erof, wielding a wicked axe.

Saber fought him for what felt like hours, and despite his exhaustion, kept Erof at bay, until a cry resounded through the ranks, and through the battlefield, he saw Uther impaled on Vortigern's blade. The split second of shock and fear was all it took for Erof to bury his axe into Saber's chest, who knew decapitating the Saxon was an empty gesture of a dead man.

As the Saxon's retreated, Saber chased them on his failing legs, carving as many as he could as he ran deep into the woods of Britain, until he could run no more.

He found a clearing with a few stones, and a good view of the midday sun, and died, holding out hope for the little babe he saw in a crib, to save the day where he couldn't.

    Personality
Despite his dour upbringing and tragic life, Saber often is smiling. He is curious of the modern world and the stories told of his family, as dark and painful as some can be. But he takes the pain at face value, letting himself feel and understand the pain so he can better appreciate the brighter moments.

The chirping of birds in the morning, the warmth of the sun, must also be met by the silence in the evening, and the chill of the moon.

For good to happen, evil must happen, and while he detests evil or wrongdoing, he also is fully willing to evil acts in the name of a greater good. A knight who will stain his honor in darkness a thousand times over if it means his King is only cloaked in glory and light. This can definitely lead to conflicts with his Master as if he believes an action is necessary to ensure a better path, he will do all he can to perform it, regardless if it is what his Master believes morally.

Artoria Pendragon Lily: "I met my sister's youngest self. I feel unworthy of her presence, but if I can guide her in some form, I feel, validated.""I found Father's knight! I guess he wanted to train my perception by hiding from me. He showed me new sword techniques after I badgered him, but only a little bit!"

Artoria Pendragon (Lancer): "That spear, what great power my sister wields!"

Castoria: "She isn't my sister? But she seems so, similar. Would it be overstepping my boundaries to try and assist her growth as well?"

    My Last Day

"Knowing that you won't be alive tomorrow can be liberating."

"Or at least, I thought so."

"When you had so much stress, so much fear, all the regrets and pain. The fact that it will all be gone the next day, means you no longer need to worry."

"So that last day, I let it all out. The hate, the pain, my full, unrestrained wrath."

"A whirlwind of death, of rebellion."

"I laughed in the face of my attackers, smiled and cheered on my fellows, and I fought even as my body was more and more mutilated."

"Then Father's scream, it made me slip, made me freeze."

"I died, blood in my throat, axe in my heart, sun on my face."

"Londinum fell, the alliances all shattered. It all came apart, broken into a thousand pieces."

"I knew she could fix it, and that was enough."

Arthurian Legends was the line. The Mad Dog was the sinker. Deeper and deeper into the bloodshed that paved the foundations for the Walls of White Chalk. The Transition of Eras can only be slicked with the bled iron dye of the previous Cycle. Uther was a fool who led his people to their destruction, but...

It is in this destruction that the greatest of souls burn brightest.

It would be unnecessary to doubt that he and Kay would get along swimmingly. Though, Kay would most certainly share more than a few gripes about their Once and Future King.

And yet despite the tragedy and dismay,

    Madoc still smiles.

Because he knows that Britain has shone brightly once again.

And because he is a very good boy.

He deserves a neat little spot in my memories.

And a good rub behind the ears along with a giant steak.

    Presence Concealment C
The denoting skill of Assassin-class Servants, allowing them to hide in plain sight and become near invisible to the naked eye. Assassin was quite skilled at concealing himself, mutilating the horses of Matholwch in secret and undetected, and later sneaking into the pile of the dead of the Irish army, so he would unwittingly be placed in the life giving cauldron of Matholwch in order to destroy it.

However, unless he deems it absolutely necessary, Assassin generally doesn’t like to hide himself from other people. This is not because his abilities in stealth are subpar compared to other Assassin-class Servants, but rather because Assassin derives some form of joy out of openly and blatantly taunting his opponents.

"What can I say about my ways? I am a terrible man with a sinister disposition and a tendency for violence. It is probably fitting then, that I am, beyond that, also a coward. Though, at the very least, a coward brave enough to admit to his cowardice. Besides, another’s suffering is so much more splendid to behold when viewed from the shadows. Regrettably, men have a tendency to disguise their pain when they know they are being watched and that is no good to me, is it?"

    《 ~~ ★ ~~ Personal Skills ~~ ★ ~~ 》《 ~~ ★ ~~ Personal Skills ~~ ★ ~~ 》
    Instinct (Misery) B
A particular variation of the Instinct skill seemingly unique to Assassin. Just like its unmodified counterpart, this skill serves as a sort of sixth sense to Assassin that passively feeds him with information about what his best course of action in the current circumstances is, kicking into high gear particularly during combat. It is unique, however, in that it doesn’t tell Assassin the best possible course of action for his personal well being, it tells him what the course of action is that would result in the most misery and excessive anguish in anyone around him. He always knows how to hurt someone, emotionally or physically, the very moment he sets eyes on them no matter who or what they are.

Assassin, within the story of Bendigeidfrân, Branwen, and Matholwch serves as the instigator of conflict. He is a somewhat psychotic source of misery and with his every action fuels the animosity between his brother and Mathowlch. First by mutilating the horses Matholwch brings to the Island of the Mighty when he proposes to marry Branwen and later, just after having committed a heroic deed by saving Bendigeidfrân from an ambush, pitches Branwen’s and Matholwch’s young son, named Gwern, into a fireplace. Though his sacrifice is eventually the thing that ends the war between Matholwch and Bendigeidfrân, it was Assassin who is to blame for the war in the first place that cost the lives of himself and all but five men.

It should be noted that his compulsion to follow the advice given by this skill with almost no regard for his safety is not actually an effect of the skill itself, but just Assassin personally being unable to resist the urge to make other people suffer.

"Inflicting pain upon another person is more of an art than I am given credit for, really. You need to develop an eye for it. Sure, every person is hurt when something important to them breaks, or one of their loved ones mysteriously passes on. But you have to have an eye for the details! If you just break any of their possessions the pain will be momentary, fleeting. If you want it to stick, to really affect and damage the other you must have the finesse and the talent to hit upon the things most precious, most sentimental and most dear to the other and then you don’t just break them, no… No, breaking them would be too easy. You do your best to defile them, destroy something key to its function, its core and then destroy it utterly. I assure you, the pain then following will be so much sweeter for you to savour."
    Sadistic Constitution C
A skill that causes one’s aggression in battle to grow exponentially as one causes more damage and harm. The more damage and misery Assassin causes the more this skill raises his offensive parameters, however, the further Assassin is empowered by this skill the more he falls into a sort of manic hyper focus, becoming blind to reason and common sense just so he can cause more pain and suffering.

It was when Assassin saw through the trap of the Irish that he displayed a particular bit of cruelty toward the hiding Irishmen, whose heads he viciously and painfully crushed while they were still trapped in the flour bags hung from the pillars. And it was the residual rage over such a trap that caused him to be so cruel and vicious as to pitch a young child into a fireplace to murder it.

"Have you ever crushed a head before? With your bare hands? Just squeezed and squeezed until… Pop! Well, in truth that’s not what it’s like. A skull cracks gradually, slowly, it doesn’t just pop and it makes these terrible, wonderful noises all the way through while you’re pressing down. What I found most impressive is that none of the men I killed then screamed. Not even one of them. For that at least, I commend them. Giving someone a slow death is truly a cruel thing, but… Oh, have you ever looked into someone’s eye before and after they’ve died? Before a man’s eyes reflect the light so beautifully, the colour in the iris is almost alive, the eyes react and move, the pupils dilate with the light, so much happens in those little organs. Then, when they’re dead? All of it ceases, no light, no movement. And when you murder someone oh so slowly you can observe the change. You can see eyes turn from wellsprings of life and emotion to useless balls. It’s beautiful in a way, in a very sick and twisted way that I love so very much. I ought to show you next I sense the opportunity. Maybe you’ll see my fascination with it too."
    Mind's Eye (Fake) D
This skill represents a kind of innate sixth sense that allows the Servant to naturally foresee and avoid danger. Assassin is particularly good at recognising traps and ambushes, although he can also use this skill to great effect in combat, allowing him to avoid otherwise unavoidable attacks. Although, he mostly understands it as a signal for when it’s time to start running away.

When the Irish king Matholwch offered a house to Bendigeidfrân that was large enough to house him, something that had previously not existed, as a peace offering Irish warriors hid in bags of flour tied to the pillars of the house to ambush and murder Bendigeidfrân. Assassin, however, suspected the betrayal. Killing them, before they could escape their bags.

"It’s a feeling very different from my ability to distinguish what would make someone miserable. When that happens it’s like the moment I focus on planning what to do to them a whole new world opens to me. It requires thought. This? When danger is near I just get an awful knot in my stomach. I used it many a times to avoid harm coming to Bendigeifran or Manawydan or dear Branwen. Most notable of course when I murdered those Irishmen in the flour bags. You would think I would see a word of thanks for the bits of good I do, but never is there anything. No. Why bother showing that decency to little Efnysien? So, when I foiled that ambush of Matholwch and he had not even the courtesy to apologise to Bendigeidfrân and then sat at the same table as him and Branwen, to drink and eat with the man he’d meant to murder and the woman he’d mistreated and my family at that… So I got this sick thought and grasped the boy and tossed him to the fire. Ah, the smell of it is with me still… Have you ever smelled a human’s flesh burning? It smells very much like pork. And it makes you… hungry. It’s such a sickeningly intoxicating feeling. When next I get the chance, do remind me to show you as well. I am convinced you would enjoy it, even if you wouldn’t admit it."

    Magic Cauldron Breaker
    Fracturing Phantasm

    Anti-Unit | A

Assassin’s most notable and possibly only heroic feat was performed when he broke a cauldron capable of reviving the dead used by the Irish king Matholwch against them in a war between him and Assassin’s half brother Bendigeidfren because Matholwch mistreated Bendigeidfren’s sister Branwen.

As a Noble Phantasm it allows Efnysien to almost instantly break any object infused with magical energy. The second he touches a mana-infused object, he essentially supercharges all the mana inside until it can no longer be contained and the object in question breaks. Typically in a rather anticlimactic fashion, with few bells, whistles or large explosions. Notably, this Noble Phantasm isn’t just incredibly effective at breaking vaguely enchanted objects, it is also capable of irreparably breaking Noble Phantasms with considerable ease.

It should be noted, however, that this Noble Phantasm is not all encompassing. Assassin is not actually able to directly kill anyone with it, meaning that it has no effects on creatures such as Servants or Homunculi. Further, to actually use his Noble Phantasm, Assassin must touch the object he wishes to destroy with at least one of his hands. This means that any Noble Phantasm that does not possess a physical manifestation is completely immune to this Noble Phantasm.

Nevertheless, the power of this Noble Phantasm should not be underestimated. If Assassin can lay his hands on it, he is even able to break world destroying Noble Phantasm beyond repair with considerable ease.

"There is something special about seeing someone’s favourite magical toy break right in front of their own eyes that excites me beyond description. So many kings, conquerors, soldiers and proud warrior folk place so much faith, so much pride, into their little knick knacks, baubles and fripperies. It makes them weak. And seeing them realise that they’re weak, that their most powerful possession in my hands is little more than a tree branch playing at being a weapon… It is an experience I revel in, and one that you may soon share with me. I knew Matholwch was weak when he buckled at the slightest sign of damage to his precious little toys. But nobody wanted to listen to me then, when I told them all he wouldn’t make a good husband to our dear little sister… ah, but who listened then? Why listen to mischievous little Efnysien? And then? Then? “Woe! O’ Woe!” They cried, “Who could have foreseen such a horrible thing?” They cried when we went to war over Matholwch’s mistreatment. And who, in that war, was it in the end that had to come and save the day?"

    《 ~~ ★ ~~ Background ~~ ★ ~~ 》《 ~~ ★ ~~ Background ~~ ★ ~~ 》
Matholwch, the King of Ireland, comes to Bendigeidfrân to ask him for the hand of his sister Branwen. Branwen's half-brother Efnysien is angry that he was not asked for permission. In revenge, he massacres Matholwch's horses, which almost leads to a fight.

Bran manages to calm the heated minds by giving the Irish, among other things, new horses and a cauldron that brings the dead back to life.

Matholwch marries Branwen and together they travel to Ireland, where their son Gwern is born. However, the marriage is not happy and when his subjects learn of the massacre of Efnysien on the horses anger begins to grow within the Matholwch’s subjects and court. Matholwch exiles Branwen to the kitchen, where she has to work hard and is beaten every day. Branwen, in desperation, trains a starling to carry a message to her brother Bendigeidfrân, seeking his help.

Upon receiving Branwen's message, Bendigeidfrân gathers a massive host and sails to Ireland to confront Matholwch. When news of a mountain wandering in the Irish Sea reaches Matholwch, he becomes frightened, for he suspects that it is the giant Bendigeidfrân wandering through the sea. To calm him down, Matholwch has an enormous palace built for Bendigeidfrân, the first building that could house his massive form. He also promises to make his son Gwern king.

However, Irish nobles who are unhappy with Matholwch’s sudden hospitality for Bendigeidfrân and still angered by Efnysien’s slight against the Irish hide in flour bags hung from the pillars of the palace to ambush and murder Bendigeidfrân. Efnysien, however, suspects their plan and murders the men in the sacks by crushing their skulls. Later a feast is held within the palace, but Efnysien, now feeling insulted at the murderous attempt on Bendigeidfrân, takes Matholwch’s son Gwen and tosses him into the nearby fireplace, murdering him. As a result a vicious battle breaks out between Bendigeidfrân and Matholwch. Seeing that the Irish are using the cauldron gifted to them by Bendigeidfrân to revive their dead, Efnysien hides among the Irish corpses and is thrown into the cauldron by the unwitting enemy. He destroys the cauldron from within, sacrificing himself in the process.

With the Irish no longer having Bendigeidfrân’s magic cauldron to aid them, the army of Bendigeidfrân is eventually victorious. However, only seven of their men survive and Branwen had died of a broken heart. The survivors are told by a mortally wounded Bran to cut off his head and to return it to Britain. They eventually bury the head on the White Hill, where later the Tower of London would stand, facing France, to ward off invasions of Britain.

    Causing misery and pain

"You saw this coming, hm? Well, there is little to say here. By my very nature I am a torturer, the more pain and misery I can inflict no matter how petty or juvenile the more alive I feel. I see others suffer the consequences of my actions in front of me and I feel sick to my core, and in that feeling I find my pleasure. Maybe it’s some masochistic urge, maybe the gods destined me on this path, maybe I have just lost my mind a while ago. Who’s to say? Who’s to care?"

"…Oh don’t give me that look! This should hardly come as a surprise to you by now. After all, “my family” does still include that wretch Matholwch too, much as it abhors me to say. And the rest of them… Argh! So noble, so stubborn. Why pay any mind to little Efnysien, who lacks such grand nobility? Had I the gift of prophecy those fools would run our kingdom to the ground within the week, trying to spite every word of advice I’d give."
    Bond 5

"I see that glint in your eye. You don’t believe me do you? I don’t blame you, I can barely believe myself. But somewhere deep in my heart and soul there’s some form of sick love buried deep for my family, for Nissien, for Manawydan, for Bendigeidfrân, and most of all of Branwen. Those two interests - My compulsion to inflict misery and my love for them - conflict sometimes. Poor Nissien could very likely tell you for ages about how from early childhood I’ve relentlessly slighted and tormented him. But I do care for them. I did give my life trying to save them from a war, did I not?"

"Present to me a king or lord who thinks themselves not worlds above their subjects and I shall present you with a liar. All their pompous arrogance and noble bravado and in the end, they’re all the same. Step upon the bodies of those who are beneath them. It would not be half as bad if they did not all lack the spine to own up to their own cruelty. Then they would be just as terrible as I am and at least derive some joy out of their whole act. Matholwch was one such man. Such a cruel bastard. A terrible kind and worse husband. To the depths of whatever hell he believes in, there he can take his whole ilk with him too."

    Wish for the Grail
"I’d wish oh so desperately to exist in a world where one can follow his every desire, his every urge and all for no reason other than selfish gain or pleasure. Hedonism and freedom to live it for each and every man. If two people’s desires are at odds, who is the rest of the world to care? Shall they murder each other over their trifles whilst the rest of us indulge ourselves in our every urge and pleasure. To me, a place such as this, that is what paradise must be. Alas, such is not our world… truly a shame."

    Taliesin
"Ah, look, the bard of bards! Such a venerable man he is and so gifted in the art of twisting words, no? I believe he goes on to survive the battle that saw my death and belongs to the group of fools tasked with lugging around my brother’s head for decades, no? I also recall him as one of the most useless members of my brother’s army. Really, I would not put much if any faith in him on the battlefield. Leave him to his words instead."
    Bendigeidfrân
"Ah! Brother… I- I did not know you had made it here yourself. We… I mean, surely we can let the past rest, no? It’s been so long and, well, I did try my best to help, there, toward the end a- and I did save your life from those men in the sacks? Right? Surely we mustn’t fight over this anymore?"

    Author's Note
This guy was supposed to be done before the end of DracoScribe's last MCaS prompt, then life happened. Now I clawed my way out of my pit of stress and finally got this guy done.

If it feels, at certain points, that two different people wrote this sheet that may be because I sometimes had to take week long breaks from writing this guy and normally I try to get all the character quotes at least out of the way in a day or two so they feel cohesive and like they came from the same person. Not so much here.

I wanted to write him for two main reasons, the first being that I don't think I actually have a straight up villain in my Servant roster. The closest I have is Ernst Udet, but he's all angsty about it, so I wanted to write a character who is evil, knows he is evil and revels in it. Secondly, weirdly enough, while reading the Second Branch of the Mabinogion Efnysien was for some reason the character I was most interested in. He's a right heel through and through yet I really liked him for some reason.

Also, how do you spell this guy's name? I know that Welsh spelling is a nightmare already, but this guy in particular is just infuriating for some reason. I've seen his name spelt with a Y, with an I, with one S, with two S's, I've even seen his name spelt like this: "Ev-Nissyen" and I genuinely have no idea which is correct anymore.

    Caster of Heliocentrism

Servant Caster at your service. I don't like wars, but I'm ready to defend you.

    Class: Caster
    True Name: Nicholas Copernicus
    Alignment: Lawful Good
    Place of Origin: Poland
    Armament: flame

    STR — D
    END— D
    AGL — C
    MGI — B
    LCK — C
    NP — EX

    Class skills:

    Territory Creation(C)

The skill of creating a special area that is beneficial to oneself as a magician, for example, to collect mana. Caster is able to create an observatory

    Item Construction(C)

Caster is able to create objects for observing celestial bodies

    Personal skills:

    Pioneer of Stars EX

This is a unique skill given to heroes who have become turning points in human history. All difficult journeys and trials considered "impossible" turn into "events that can be done". Caster’s work was the signal for the start of the first scientific revolution. He was the one who was able to create a heliocentric system of the world, although Caster’s version was not accurate and complete, but true

My theory led mankind to the stars... but it was once a simple mathematical formula. I... I'm happy, master. I wish I could show tears of joy

    Innocent Monster A

An attribute possessed by Servants whose history and existence have been distorted by the monstrous reputations they accrued across the course of their life and thereafter. As a consequence, the Servant's abilities and appearance have been rendered to conform to the specifications of their legend. Incidentally, this personal skill cannot be removed.

There is a misconception that Caster was burned at the stake for his labors. Despite the fact that his theory had a conflict with the church due to the fact that it contradicted the Holy Scriptures, nevertheless Caster died a natural death. This skill turned him into a burning skeleton. This allows Caster to attack with fire and be immune to most attacks and spells - he is technically dead - but it leaves him vulnerable to the sacraments of the church.

Ah... it's good that my skin and meat burned long ago, otherwise I would have gone crazy with pain. Do you have flame retardant clothing, Master? I'm not used to being naked even in this state

    Economist C

A skill similar to the Golden Rule, however, it allows you not to accumulate wealth, but to handle money. Custer was the first to postulate that "Worse money drives out better money." This skill allows him to plan economic schemes that involve using the worst money.

    Noble Phantasm:

    Solaris centrum Universum
    Rotation of celestial bodies
    EX

Caster’s suicidal Noble Phantasm, his theory that gave him fame. When activated, Caster sacrifices his core, his flame shrinking into a miniature sun, into which the servant's consciousness is transferred. This sun is similar in properties to a real daylight, it can emit solar winds, and it is incredibly hot next to it. In addition, this sun has its own gravitational field, due to which it surrounds itself with rotating debris that takes the form of planets. This NP is most dangerous against Dead Apostles and other night creatures.

    Description:

Likes: Astronomy, space exploration, bread and butter
    Dislikes: Easy-to-burn clothes, ignorant

Caster’s True name is Nicholas Copernicus, Polish and German astronomer, mathematician, mechanic, economist, Renaissance consultant. He is best known as the author of the heliocentric system of the world, which marked the beginning of the first scientific revolution.

Even in the state of the burning skeleton, he remains a pretty good person, apart from the fact that he is sad that he can inadvertently burn someone alive. Because of this, Caster has a strong fear of being rejected. He likes to be praised, and he tries to help the Master, to be at least somehow useful. He especially likes to do astronomy and he likes how far mankind has advanced in the study of the starry sky. His delight is comparable to the delight of a child who learns how beautiful the world around him is.

intriguing character, DesReploid. good stuff. I think the skills couldve been ordered differently perhaps and dont think this dude should be able to destroy physical NP of "world breaking nature" like Ea or Excalibur. I get it, a cauldron able to bring back the dead, but still, he is not on the same level as them. just destroy those of a level below.

    Other Classes: N/A
    True Name: Kumuhea
    Alignment: Chaotic Evil
    Place of Origin: Hawaiian Myth
    Stars: 4/5

    Parameters:

    STR: B
    END: B
    AGI: D
    MGI: C
    LCK: E
    NP: B

    Height: 167cm
    Weight: 200lbs
    Likes: Leaves, romance
    Dislikes: Being looked at
    Talent: Eating leaves
    Natural Enemy: his father Ku
    Attribute: Sky
Traits: Male, Weak to Enuma Elish, Insectoid
Armament: Jaws, sharp tail, acidic spit
    Catalyst: Caterpillar, especially Eupithecia species

    Class Skills:

Madness Enhancement D: A hatred of vision that makes him more likely to do unpredictable and strange moves rather than those expected, such as the time he tried to eat all the plants and the animals in retaliation for being seen. More specifically, this is more likely to trigger whenever he is seen by anyone.

"Keep your eyes closed if you can. You can do that, right?"

    Personal Skills:

Caterpillar's Divine Core C: The divine core possessed by the god of caterpillars, who was a child of the god of war. An immutability of mind preventing mental effects not preset, as well as a divine status.

Swarm Growth B: Berserker was splitted upon his death into thousands of caterpillars. Naturally, he can do this once again, splitting off his own tail segments, which can transform into caterpillarrs the size of a small dog, who are fairly powerful allies of Berserker and enable his main powers to work far better.

    "Hey, buddies. Let's do this!"

Envenomed Caterpillar B: A large number of the caterpillars of the world are poisonous through their spines, and the same goes for Berserker. He possesses retractable spikes on his hands, legs, and tail, each imbued with a poison that reduces enemy physical stats and distracts them through burning pain or strong irritation such as itching.

"Hey, you're not gonna evade me now!"

Rapid Strike C: Power bestowed on him by his father Ku, the god of war. Caterpillars in Hawaii took on a very different role than in other places, due to the power of Berserker. They became hunters akin to the praying mantis. As such, this takes the form of a "hair-trigger" that alows Berserker to strike with devastating speed for a brief moment, accentuating his strength.

    "Three, two, one.... dead! Great!"

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Kumuhea
    Caterpillar God's Might

    Type: Transformation
    Rank: B
    Range: 10 meters
    Max Targets: Self

The ultimate shift of Berserker. When the true name is called, caterpillars converge on him, before he transforms into an incredibly large caterpillar, retaining his same skills. He gains bonuses to his statistics, which increase more and more as he eats, as does his size. In this state, he may also use his most powerful attack, Monarch Kumuhea.

    "You looked... Didn't you?"

    Monarch Kumuhea
    Consume Endlessly

    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank: C
    Range: 10 meters
    Max Targets: 100 targets

When activated in his giant caterpillar form, Berserker breathes in, sucking all plant and fungal material in the vicinity in, along with the animal matter as well. Any matter that arrives at his outh is quickly digested, naturally The Absorbtion speed is increased the smaller the items covered. The manifestation of him eating all the leaves of Hawaii.

Lore: Kumuhea, Hawaiian God of Caterpillars, was a Hawaiian minor deity and the son of the god of war Ku. His most notable myth is when he took a bride, who was extremely lovely, and asked her to never look at him at night. But one day she did, revealing his form as a giant caterpillar. In rage, he ate all of the leaves of hawaii, until Lono slew him and split him into countless caterpillars.

Personality: A shy and nervous person who hates people looking at him, especially in his giant caterpillar form. Whenever no one is looking at him, he's much more boisterous and outgoing, loving to do eating competitions and cheerfully wandering through the forests to meet his caterpillar kin. His wish for the grail would be to remanifest and enjoy his life in the modern world.

    Relationships:

    Pele: "....You looked....How dare you?"

Hopoe: "Hmm... mind if I try? Don't look, though!"

Oberon: "...What have you done to my caterpillars??"

Poliahu: "The frost is so beautiful. But it's killing my caterpillars. Stop."

On that note, here is a friend for Copernicus. Another one of my old sheets.

    GALILEO GALILEI
    Class: Archer
    Alternate Classes: Caster
Master: Rin Tohsaka, Waver Velvet, Zolgen Makiri
    True Name: Galileo Galilei
Titles: The Father of Astronomy, The Father of Physics, The Father of Modern Science, Killer of Mysteries
    Sex: Male
Origin: Historical Fact (16th Century Italy)
    Alignment: Lawful Good
    Attribute: Star
    Armament: Staff
    Manifestation Cost: Insignificant

    Likes: Science, Freedom
    Dislikes: The Church, Thieves
    Talents: Inventing, Astronomy, Science, Maths
    Natural Enemy: Thomas Edison
Holy Grail Wish: To Travel The Stars

    Parameters:

    Strength: D
    Endurance: D
    Agility: C
    Mana: A
    Luck: EX
    NP: A+

    Biography:

Bond 1: A genius amongst geniuses. The lawmaker of science, mathematics and astronomy, who was called both the Father of Modern Science and Killer of Mysteries. During the 16th century, his work on the laws of space contributed towards many spectacular discoveries that changed the world forever –– and led to the further decomposition of Mystery.

That man is, of course, Galileo Galilei.

Bond 2: Both a Magus and a scientist, he refined the telescopical model created by Johann Lippershey in 1608, discovering and pioneering the modern astrological method. As such, he was able to correctly identify and observe many ‘absurd theories’ during his studies –– such as the controversial idea of heliocentrism, first proposed by Copernicus in 1543.

Defending that theory with his life, Galileo came under scrutiny by the hands of the Church. This was due to having decried the works of God, which had stated the Sun moved around the Earth –– and not the opposite way around. Therefore, he was told to stop spreading his ideals and keep quiet, even with the support of his close friend, Pope Urban VIII.

–– in his arrogance, Galileo never listened.

Bond 3: In his book ‘Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems’ he defended his idea on heliocentrism while also insulting the pope. In his battle against the Church, this was the final blow, where he was suspected of heresy in 1633.

As such, his life works were banished from public view, while he was sentenced to a lifetime of house arrest until he had died. However, his legacy did not fade away, instead inspiring even the likes of Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein within their own theories of relativity –– until he was eventually vilified in 1939 by Pope Pius XII.

Having an iron will and by always defending his dreams, he has elevated his existence into that of someone who sought the truth in a faith-dominated era. In that effect, he is a ‘hero to all scientists, everywhere.’

Bond 4: Strict, yet fun-loving. Serious, yet a joker. Has a kind personality belonging to a grandfatherly man, while still acting somewhat harsh. Though he used to be rather arrogant and attention-seeking, thanks to his experiences during house arrest, he has changed into a more humble person.

In terms of compatibility, he is best paired with Masters who love learning and share his ideals to be free of restrictions, while he dislikes working with those who accept fate and destiny. Will always follow his moral side and never turn his back on his beliefs, no matter the case.

Though he dislikes the Church, he has no hatred towards God, whose miracles he observed directly. He does, however, hate those who take and steal other’s ideas without giving a single coin of credit, due to the misconception that he himself stole Johann Lippershey's invention –– the telescope.

Really, he is just a perfect gentleman.

Bond 5: Despite all that Galileo got correct, his studies were not always perfect nor accurate. In one tale, during his early years, he had dismissed Kepler’s idea that the Moon controlled the tides as nothing but ‘pure fantasy’ –– which is now known to be true. There were many more cases like this, such as not identifying Neptune as its own planet, during his observations upon it.

In terms of his abilities as a Magus, however, he was an expert of divination and clairvoyance, thanks to his readings of the stars.

–– he could not predict his own end, of course.

The reason he is summoned into the Archer-Class is due to a unique Noble Phantasm and his desire for freedom. Therefore, when summoned as Archer, he appears representing his side as a scientist, rather than himself as a Magus. Though he does not mind this, it has not changed his wish on the Holy Grail –– his desire to travel the stars themselves, seeing them with his own eyes.

A wish to be free, to fly, to know. That is honestly, the real Galileo Galilei.

    Bond Lines:

Bond Level 1: Does this place have an observatory, Master? I would like to see it, if you do. If not, then I’ll just have to make one myself! Ahahaha! What a fantastic idea, no?

Bond Level 2: Astronomy has come so far since my time, Master! Ahahaha! All this new knowledge I’ve gotten, it’s so astounding! I never thought, never dreamed, that people would ever accept my work one day, but…

I cannot believe it. It seems so unreal. I am happy, more than you could ever think...

Bond Level 3: The Church and I, we disagreed on a lot of things. What the Bible says, and what actually is –– are different things. We may have gotten it wrong, but the times can change and books can be rewritten. Is not the majesty of the universe and the countless stars in the sky, proof enough of our Lord’s existence?

I do not understand the Church, sometimes.

Bond Level 4: My daughter, Virginia was certainly a wonderful woman! She had such an exquisite mind, a singular goodness and was most tenderly attached to my side. Taking on the name, Marie Celeste, out of love for me and my work, she was a wonderful sister at her covenant and helped me so much!

I could not have asked for a better child…

So, I shall miss her with all my heart, then spread her name to the stars. Perhaps then, she can be known as a ‘hero’ like me too. Yes, like me...

Bond Level 5: The Galileo Affair? You want to know about it? Well, if I were honest, it was my fault, to begin with, really. While the people of my time told me to stop, I did not listen, decried the work of others and then insulted my friend, Pope Urban in one of my works.

That...was terrible of me, I know. But I was so angry and so upset that they would not listen. In the end, they took me away, lambasted my books and banished me to house arrest. Even that wasn’t that bad. It was a nice little villa after all. Still, I cannot forgive them for not listening, just once. Perhaps then I would not have lost a good friend.

I know better than that now. I shall put my trust in you, Master, and help save God’s wonderful world! Ahahaha!

    Relationship Comments:

Leonardo da Vinci: So, that is the legendary man from Vinci. Why on earth is he a woman of all things?

Hmm...the Mona Lisa, you say Master? I see now. How very odd of him to choose that form. Still, there is much I wish to discuss with her. After what my good friend, Makiri Zolgen, told me about her, I have always dreamed of meeting her like this.

Eh...you say that you’ve met Zolgen before? Wonderful! I’m glad he is doing well in this day and age. We must catch up one day.

Neil Armstrong: Mankind made it to the stars then? Ahahaha! What a wonderful thing to hear at last, my Master! Knowing that my life’s work has been put to good use, it lets me rest easy. I must meet with him one time. I’m sure he has much to say about what I got wrong!

Yes...it would be nice to meet this Armstrong fellow. Ahahaha!

Thomas Edison: Edison. A thief and a charlatan, that is what he is, Master. Do not trust his words, ever. He is a cruel person that abuses animals, steals the work of others and patents it out of greed.

Hmm...the telescope was not my invention but Lippershey’s instead?

Well of course it was, I never said otherwise! It was the view of the people who spread the idea that it was mine. Lippershey was certainly a master of his craft and deserves his recognition, that is absolute. But...that Edison does not deserve anything, except death.

    Bond Craft Essence:

Sidereus Nuncius –– Message from the Stars

This book contains the works of my life, and all that I ever found. With my observant eye and Lippershey’s creation, I saw the wonders of the world –– the marvels crafted by God. But, then the people lambasted me and named me ‘heretic.’

That is not who I am.

I am just a simple astronomer, charting and drafting that which was already there. It was not trickery, nor an illusion –– delusion. All it was and is, is truth. I will refuse to accept my role as a tool of the Church lying down and shall never back away.

They say that the Earth does not revolve around the Sun, but what I saw is reality, not fake. Though they may decry my words and hide my ideals, that immovable fact will never change. They say the Earth does not revolve around the Sun...

    And yet, it moves...

    Class Skills:

    Independent Action: A+

A skill that allows for the ability to remain independent, even when rejecting a magical energy supply from one's Master –– or actually, the ability that allows for action, even in the absence of the Master, remaining in the world for extended periods of time. By acting autonomously, they can allow a Master to concentrate on their own magical energy for larger feats of Magecraft, at the cost of being much harder to control without a Command Seal.

A man who refused to remove his theories and ideas from the common-sense of mankind. As he strongly desired to be an independent existence, free to spread his word, creed and truths, even in the face of punishment, he possesses ‘absolute freedom’ when manifested as a Servant –– since he was unable to achieve that as a human.

He is one who defied his own religion for his ideals, binding that desire to be unimpeded onto his Saint-Graph.

Allows the ability to remain in the world for an unlimited time –– without a Master. However, when using Noble Phantasms of great magical energy consumption, a Master’s support is necessary.

    Magic Resistance: B

A skill that grants protection against magical effects –– such as Magecraft and Charms. It can either resist or outright cancel spells, depending upon their ranking.

Though he was a Magus, he came to be called as the Killer of Mysteries –– by those who knew. In hushed circles, when they spat on his grave, he was that person, changing his nature to that existence. When summoned into the Archer-Class, his Saint-Graph is warped to create a rejector of magic.

All spells of a B-rank or below are cancelled outright while those higher are reduced in damage output. Even against High-Thaumaturgy or Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected.

    Personal Skills:

    Natural Born Genius: A

A skill for those who possessed an unparalleled natural intellect –– showcased in their work –– that allows one to use most skills, apart from those inherent to the body or unique existences.

Galileo Galilei was a polymath –– an expert in mathematics, physics, engineering, philosophy and of course, astronomy. A once-in-a-lifetime genius, who helped remove gloom of the Dark Ages and bring about the Age of Enlightenment. One who can be called a real ‘Renaissance Man.’ That is his legend.

Can switch between a variety of skills relating to talents of a polymath –– at the proficiency of a B-ranking or above. These skills include ‘Clairvoyance, Astrological Knowledge, Eye for Art, Item Construction, Mass Production, Single-Mindedness, Territory Creation and Technique Elucidation.’

    Pioneer of the Stars: EX

A skill unique to individuals who achieved the unthinkable –– defying society and becoming a turning-point in human history, which renders challenges and voyages considered ‘impossible’ into events that can be realized.

A man who altered the fate of the world with all that he discovered. An existence beyond others, an absolute, certain, unchanging self who is the true ‘pioneer of the stars.’ The moons of Jupiter, the spots of the Sun, and the laws of heliocentrism –– he brought that and more to the masses, by recording the movements of the heavens.

Thanks to those contributions, it has even been said that without him, man could have never reached towards the Moon and changed the world. Truly, he is the ‘man who conquered the stars, Sun and Moon.’

When in a location or Reality Marble that conforms itself towards outer-space, buffs all own basic parameters by two ranks, debuffs all basic parameters of foes by one rank, and turn battles in his favour. Against an opponent with an equal-level of this skill relating to outer-space, each effect cancels the other out.

    Soul of a Martyr: C+

A skill that acts as a mental protection, negating mental interference which has been given to those who never sacrificed their faith and beliefs in the face of overwhelming persecutions and punishments.

Despite having being told to give up and abolish his own works by absolute threat of the Church, he refused. Even after being acquitted, he continued to write experimental theorems and texts until his indefinite imprisonment in 1633, branded as a heretic. His faith in his own theories never wavered, however, and he would not change his beliefs –– not even in front of God.

While he is not a martyr for a religious faith, his certainty that his work was accurate in the face of punishment has become a legend to the people, elevating his status to one who ‘gave his life for his ideals.’ Thus, he is a martyr for the truth.

All mental interference techniques of a C-rank or below are cancelled outright while those higher are reduced in effect. However, if any and all techniques attempt a forceful rescindment of his beliefs, they are resisted completely, producing no alterations to his mind.

    Noble Phantasms:

    E Pur Si Muove...

    All Revolves Around One

    Rank: D-A+
    Type: Anti-Fortress/Anti-Mystery
    Range: 1-45
    Maximum Number of Targets: 1-450

The sublimation of one who defied the law and the Church –– and also God. Through the words of a heretic, he disregarded the words of the Bible, and formatted his own opinion onto others, never taking them back.

A Mystery-killing declaration, that further removed the Age of Gods and brought about the Age of Man, by stating that the ‘Earth revolved around the Sun.’ Called common knowledge in the modern era, it was an absurd existence to the people of his time, who lambasted his works and named him a heretic, when he refused to decry it as fakery. Even in the face of opposition, he never fell down –– never faltered –– and spread his absolute confidence in his understandings with one, simple sentence.

    –– and yet, it moves...

Defies the law of physics and throws all objects directly at an opponent in his sights. Representing heliocentrism, a lightning-quick attack that always swings around to strike from the opposite side, regardless of an enemy’s facing direction. Any object of any size can be launched, gathering immense amounts of strength and speed –– pebbles becoming bullets and boulders becoming meteors. An always moving –– never stopping –– destructive throw, blasting through all barriers, defences and shields.

An unstoppable force made manifest through the absolute law of the world’s unending motions around the Sun and his declaration against God, which cuts down even the highest defensive Mysteries. An ‘enemy of the gods’ sort-of-strike.

There are no limits to what can be thrown, as long as the object is not anchored to the ground or walls. Of course, larger objects thrown drain mana greater than those of a smaller size, so it must be utilized smartly.

On Motion, Mass and the Moon

    Lunatical Principle

    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Army
    Range: 1-99
    Maximum Number of Targets: 500

A Reality Marble controlled by the one said to have understood and scribed a certain law of motion, confirmed as true by men travelling to the Moon. Though it is unclear if his experiment was a falsification of history, the legend surrounding it has reached the common-sense of man.

According to one legend, he attempted to disprove even Aristotle by creating an experiment atop a leaning tower –– using his theory that objects in a vacuum fall at the same speed, regardless of mass. While it would be proved correct sometime in 1971, during a certain spaceflight, it is unknown if the experiment ever took place at all, or remained just a thought inside his head.

He still believed in it so strongly, that through the perception of pan-human history, this belief is reflected outwards in the form of a Reality Marble. Because of that, it can represent his declaration against the laws of God and then, the world, with an alien common-sense.

Replicates the laws of the lunar body, through crafting a celestial space by the power of the Moon –– and a high mana output. Manifests an area-of-actuality in which enemies are slower-paced, where gravity is weaker, and the fastest run becomes the slowest leap, all brought together in a breathless, freezing vacuum, depriving one of words and incantations.

Acts as a ‘dominion over humanity,’ representing the Moon, which does not affect the creator nor his Master.

Heroic Spirits who have ‘physically reached the Moon, or have an uncursed connection towards it’ –– are equally unaffected, through a blessing granted by their legends and achievements. Servants or humans connected to the Moon Cell’s SE.RA.PH System do not count, however.

    Class: Caster
    Other Classes: N/A
    True Name: Girolamo Segato
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Place of Origin: Italy (18th Century)
    Stars: 3/5

    Parameters:

    STR: D
    END: C
    AGI: E
    MGI: B
    LCK: B
    NP: D+

    Height: 168cm
    Weight: 150lbs
    Likes: Magecraft, parlor tricks, learning
Dislikes: Attempts to struggle for secrets
    Talent: Egyptian magecraft (cobbled together)
Natural Enemy: Nitocris (Alter), Nitocris, Qebhet, ancient Egyptian magi
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Humanoid, Male, Weak to Enuma Elish
Armament: Cane wrapped in and filled with gauze
    Catalyst: An ossified corpse

    Class Skills:

Item Creation C: The capacity to create tools for use in burial rituals, specifically sarcophagi, gauze, hooks, and mildly magical water.

Territory Construction C: The capacity to create a territory for use in magic. It is lower-ranked than the usual Magus workshop, but guarded through hieroglyphic traps at the sides of the territories.

    Personal Skills:

Mummification Techniques C: Techniques of the traditional mummification ritual of Ancient Egypt. However, the techniques Caster is using aren't truly the proper ones for the mummification ritual, as a far weaker alternative that's more offensibly usable. Holds the idea of "pacifying angry souls" within it, so in the form of a skill it reduces anger in all Caster fights.

    "No... where's the true technique?"

Technique Erasure C: Caster burned away his techniques and his scrolls before his death, every last scrap of knowledge he held, fitting for a Magus with no true heirs. In the form of a skill, the capacity to "burn away" knowledge of his techniques, so although enemies remember what they were, they can't quite remember how they were activated.

"HAHAHA... you leeches thought I'd leave it to you?"

Hieroglyphic Magecraft B: Magecraft Caster picked up from his studies of Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and magus records. The capacity to scrawl the hieroglyphs in the air or on physical objects, setting up magecraft to be triggered. Spells such as the Ankh for healing, the Eye of Horus for attack, and so on.

"I know more secrets than you'd expect."

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Impietre Salvatorum
    Preservation Eternal

    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: D+
    Range: 10 meters
    Max Targets: 1 target

The modification from mummifying techniques that he developed. At base, this wouldn't seem to be very powerful, its low rank stemming from the ritual itself not being one that Caster performs very well. But he has used this. When activated, the gauze around his cane springs out, latching onto a target and draining the water from it while keeping its form, leaving it solid and immobile. If used on a Servant, however, this would most likely merely just absorb the Mana from them and stun them for a brief moment.

    "Engineering reverse magic."

Lore: Girolamo Segato, the Petrifying Egyptologist, was an Italian naturalist, Egyptologist, and anatomist best noted for his work on petrifying cadavers. He went to Egypt multiple times and studied the mummies and the relics from there. Upon his return, he reverse-engineered it in the form of a type of petrifying technique. Fairly frequently other Magi attempted to seek out his secrets, but upon his death, he burned them all.

Personality: A secretive and somewhat serious person. He doesn't care much at all about human life, feeling it to be fairly worthless, at least for all besides himself. He far prefers ancient records, which he will freely use, and even modern records of magi, which he will also freely use without sharing his own. His wish for the grail is to accumulate more knowledge.

    Relationships:

Nitocris: "My techniques will not be seen."

Nitocris (Alter): "I am not... subverting your ancient techniques."

Ozymandias: "How dare you call me a weakling?"

Qebhet: "I ask for your favor."

"What a fool you are, 'Master'."

"You actually intended to summon not just an ogre, but a man eating, stone-skinned monster, unkillable by any mortal man!"

"That would be stupid, BEYOND stupid to do!"

    Great Ogre Lord of Permia

    Class(es): Caster
True Name: Ögmund Eythjof's-Killer; Great Enemy of the Immortal Viking

    Stats
    Strength: B+
    Endurance: B+
    Agility: E
    Mana: C++
    Luck: D
    Noble Phantasm: C

    Likes:
    His beard coat, easy fights
Dislikes: Plot Armor, his beardless face
    Alignment: Chaotic Evil
    Attribute: Earth
    Talents: Betrayal
    Natural Enemy: Orvar-Odd

    Class Skills
    Territory Creation: C++
The ability to create a territory advantageous to the Servant as a Magus. At this rank Caster can create a Hall, essentially a glorified dining/war room common among jarls and leaders of warbands.
Ranks up to A if he stole that territory from another magus.

"Why waste my energy and PRECIOUS time on something so trivial!"

    Item Creation: E
The ability to create items, mundane and magical, of various uses. Caster finds the process of creation to be beneath him, favoring only the act of destruction.
Can create only a few items with no magical properties.

    Personal Skills
    Natural Demon: EX
A skill granted by those born as a Natural born Ogre, which grants immense bonuses to one's Strength and Endurance
Half the son of the King Harek and the ogress Grimhild, Caster's body is supernaturally durable and strong, and spiritually he has no trace of humanity within. Every bone can be broken, every drop of bled split, and Caster will mock and laugh at the failures to wound him fatally.

    High-Speed Demonic Words: A
ASkill that assists with magical incantations via a power to activate Thaumaturgy without the use of Magic Circuits. Differing from High-Speed Divine Words, this skill accelerates the casting of Curses and Withcraft, the utterance of the words barely understandable to modern magi. Caster's voice and utterance causes fear to rise in those who hear it, his words sounding like nails on a chalkboard and the grinding of stones. Can use Greater Magecraft as if they were Single Action spells, and damages one's resolve.

This skill is cultivated only by Caster's own experimentation and practice, something he takes great pride in.

"To reach such PINNACLES OF POWER! Yes, I am the greatest warrior and witch to ever be born!"

    Binding of Great Beasts: C++
The ability to bind and control Phantasmal Beasts to do one's bidding. At high ranks, one can even bind and control Divine Beasts for a short time.
While for only a short time, Caster was able to bind and control the twin sea monsters, the "Sea-Reek" and the "Heather-Back" to attack Orvar-Oddr and his son Vignir.

    Noble Phantasm
"Oh, you should know, foolish weakling!

"Those who cross the path of Ögmund Eythjof's-Killer only know suffering!"

    Eythjof's-Killer
Let All Who Cross Me Suffer

    Anti-Unit
    Max Targets: 1
    Range: 1,000
    B

Every time Orvar-Oddr crossed Caster, he never walked away without losing something. Caster is personally responsible for the deaths of multiple of Orvar-Odd's brothers, his men, and being the source of all his woes.

Whenever Caster receives hostile actions from an enemy, a curse will inform Caster of those who his attacker hold dear, be it friends, family, or close allies.

Depending on his foe's Magic Resistance and Luck, Caster will gain either vague information:
"The enemy, Rin Tohsaka, has a sister and a crush."

    Or direct information:
"The enemy, Rin Tohsaka, has a sister named Sakura Matou, and a crush named Shirou Emiya."

This also relays the approximate locations and residences of his enemy's allies and friends, often just a single word or sound that will serve as a guide for Caster to hunt and defeat them.

With this knowledge, Caster will orchestrate either the indirect death, or with his own hands murder and brutalize those his enemy cares for, but only one at a time. He believes in not only using these victims as warning about crossing him, but also to savor the suffering he inflicts.

    ~=◉=~
    Lore
Caster is Ögmund Eythjof's-Killer, a witch and ogre from the Saga of Orvar-Odd, the titular hero spending decades chasing after Caster, losing more and more of what little the immortal had left.

The King of Permia, a vain man by the name of Harek who, through the offer of great magical power to the ogress Grimhild, fathered a child with her.

The boy Ögmund rapidly grew, to the point by the time he was five he was already the size of a full grown man, and began leading his own warband by the time he was ten.

With wild and coarse hair, that obscured his face, glowing eyes the color of sulfur, and sharp teeth yellowed and cracked,, he had a face that only two people loved. His mother Grimhild, and the man who took him as his ward, Eythjof.

Despite his horrific nature, the human warrior took an inkling to the young Caster, letting him sleep in the same room.

Caster thanked the man who was planning on adopting him, by ripping him to pieces as he slept, usurping his warband, killing the disloyal, and replacing them with more ogres who were even more detached from humanity than he.

Several years passed as he plundered and killed, before his paths crossed with the immortal Orvar-Odd.

After discovering that their blades could not cut each other's skin, Caster felt something he thought was sealed, a part of his human self.

The old yet young warrior, the man who's skin caused swords to shatter, the man who could not be killed.

    Orvar-Odd made Caster feel fear.

Caster felt like he had been left at a disadvantage, and took the life of Orvar's bond-brother Thord as payment for making him feel something he detested.

    ~

Orvar, on his own, spent years in pain, until he was rescued from the clutches of a monstrous vulture by a giant named Hildir, a resident of Giantland. Believing him to be an orphaned giant baby, Hildir brought him home to his wife Hildirid, his daughter Hildigunn, and their newborn son Godmund. Orvar, despite insisting otherwise, was treated like an infant by the group.

After being put in the cradle besides Godmund, Orvar managed to taunt Hildigunn enough she took Orvar who even at his proud height only came up to her thigh, and taunted him to prove he was a man...

    ...

    They were lovers by morning.

Orvar helped Hildir through tactical advice on how best to win kingship of Giantland, Orvar left Hildigunn pregnant and went pillaging, meeting a strange man known as Red-Beard, a drifter who spent most of his time offering vague prophecies, warning about dangers on the horizion, and complained about his wife.

    Sounds familiar...

After meeting and befriending several more heroes in Sirnir and Gardar, they set out to finally kill Caster .

They stopped at an island, and while Orvar's men went to bathe, they were ambushed by Grimhild who with her two swords and monstrous body carved through a dozen of Orvar's men, and Signir was barely able to hold her off with his sword Snidill.

Orvar killed her in two shots, his desire to hunt and kill Caster only magnified.

    ~

Caster's attempt to curse his mother into a mad rage had failed to kill Orvar or his fellow warriors, so he turned to differing plans.

By binding and mind controlling the massive monsters, the Sea-Reek and Heather-Back to kill him next, but was thwarted by the intervention of Orvar's son Vignir, who had known of these beasts and prevented his father from stepping into their gaping jaws, so wide and tall they looked like islands.

When they finally stormed Caster's fortress, he unleashed his fellow ogres, his wife Geirrid and fahter-in-law Geirrod, similarly driven to mandess through Caster to rage and slaughter in his name against Orvar-Odd. This did nothing to stop father and son from charging to him, so he set his strongest men upon Orvar, and Vignir was left alone against him.

But the ten year old giant, already heads and shoulders taller than even Caster, was far from an easy foe. After being brutally beaten and savaged, he retreated to a cliff, overseing the ocean. As Orvar charged to assist his son against the foul beast, Caster bit the distracted Vignir on the throat, killing him instantly.

He taunted Orvar, how his precious son was so close to killing him but faltered at the last moment, that Caster had snuffed the life of a hero that would be more powerful than Orvar could have ever dreamed of, before his heroic journey had even begun.

Orvar raged, and before Caster could escape from burrowing into the stone with his magic, Orvar gripped his beard, tearing Caster's face off as he retreated, howling in pain.

And there is the end of the terror Ogmund Eythjof's-Killer, for now...

    Personality
A vicious and brutal monster, Caster is a beast of no redemption, not that he desires it. He relishes in causing pain in misery in others, but not in a way a sadist or psychopath might. His love of other's suffering stems from his ogre nature, and unlike those with similar constitutions or resolves cares not for disproving his nature.

An ogre lives to kill, mutilate, laugh at the dead, and repeat it all again the next day. There is no greater design, no further motivation.

At least, Caster believes, despite his heart pounding whenever he hears about Orvar-Odd. He fears that man, more than he thought he could feel fear!

Orvar-Odd is his great obstacle, and he will never feel comfortable unless he destroys all evidence of that man from history itself, for he knows that as long as Orvar could theoretically exist, he will never know peace.

    Freedom

    I, am not free!

No, No I will never be free! Ever, NEVER FREE!

    I am the greatest,

    THE GREATEST WITCH!

    SPEAKER OF THE FOULEST INCANTATIONS!

    DESTROYER OF HOPE AND JOY!

But, so long as Orvar-Odd exists, I will never be free!

    Freedom to live!

    Freedom to maim!

For he is my enemy, my shackle that restrains my freedom!

I shall break him a THOUSAND MORE TIMES!

UNTIL HE CAN NEVER FIND HIMSELF AGAIN!

    A/N: Wait this isn't Orvar!

Yeah in this part of the saga, he doesn't really do anything TOO crazy, so I thought I'd show off his greatest enemy in an absolute dickhead of Ogmund.

Don't worry, the next sheet is literally crazy.

Also yes, he is a Caster, which I find just as weird but the story constantly calls him a master of withcraft despite primarily using his hands and swords, so I added in some events of him bewitching and cursing to help sell the image of an absolutely vile monster
My thirst for Antonio grows by the second.

Having just read The Saber that Serves Tomorrow, I have Two things to say
    1) Really interesting sheet, I'm not used to seeing Arthurian sheets from any era other than Artoria's in my time lurking here
    2) There's a discord for Create a Servant?...what would one need to do to join said Discord, I've been trying to quit lurking and begin making sheets of my own here and would be interested in having a place to talk about that...

    Talent: Bringing people to enlightenment
    Natural Enemy: Sessyoin Kiara
    Attribute: Star
    Traits: Female, Humanoid, Buddhist, Enlightened
Armament: Her bare hands and flowers
Catalyst: A mango tree planted in a Buddhist monastery

    Class Skills:

True Name Discernment A+: As one who has remained on earth merely to spread the true enlightenment to all around, the names of those she encounters are almost effortless for her to track down.

"How do I know your name? People whisper~ Specifically, Arhats whisper. In particular that monk there."

Magic Resistance N/A: Incorporated within Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig.

Bodhisatva's Command B: The command of one who has reached an enlightened level. One's spirits tug at them as if resisting the true way if they ever disobey Ruler's commands. Weakens against Chaotic or Evil enemies.

"I know the path. I am not the only one, but I am the only one here who does."

    Personal Skills:

Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig A: The enlightenment possessed by one who saw the true truth of the universe. A nigh-absolute resistance to the harms of the universe and an ignorance of mana's need, ranked down by Ruler's vow to not truly ascend into a bodhisatva until all others have at least heard a whisper of the true truth. Still, it is capable of taking on almost anything humanity can offer without a scratch.

"I know all humans can do. I know what they can do~ They tell me~ The greatest of humanity. And the least."

Nagarvadhu B: Ruler's status as the Nagarvadhu, the "bride of the city", ceremonially blessed by and protected by the city. An effect that transforms the entire city of the Grail War into her effective "home base", with automatic regeneration applied there in addition to even more protections against mental attacks.

"The city is my home. No, the world is. I will save the souls of the world~ One dinner at a time. But.. firstly, I must prioritize this city."

Blessing of the Mango Grove B: The blessed mango grove that Ruler owned for her entire life, blessed by the Buddha himself. An aromatic mango fragrance embracing all those around her in a protection. Healing for those around her. The aura itself can also be semi-solidified, used as a tool for long-ranged movement as a replacement for her prefered method of levitation.

"Ah. The sweet scent of mangos. The one pleasure of earth I still indulge in."

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Amrapali
    Dance of Enlightenment

    Type: Anti-Desire
    Rank: A+
    Range: 100 meters
    Max Targets: Infinite

The maximal activation of her strategy for bringing others to enlightenment. Passively, her mere presence weakens madness enhancement and other skills. When the true name of this Noble Phantasm is called, the desire in the hearts of all around is transmuted into enlightenment in a 1-1 ratio. That enlightenment is also known as a low rank of Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig, increasing based on quantity of desire.

"Desire is the first step to enlightenment. Acknowledge your desire, then it can be moved past."

    Ajashatru
    The Inferno Of Knowledge

    Type: Defensive
    Rank: C
    Range: One Target
    Max Targets: 1 target

A noble phantasm which is purely defesive, and which Ruler hates. As such, naturally she has set it to only activate if on some weird instance something got through her Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig. Fire instantly blases from her. This is the opposite of her desire, as this fire consumes knowledge and enlightenment. Thus, Ruler avoids this.

"Nope. No other noble phantasms, Master~ Now come, we planned to visit the grove, did we not?"

Lore: Amrapali, the Arhat of Desire, was one of the 18 Arhats and a close friend of Gautama Buddha. She was a courtesan by job, and the Nagarvadhu of her home city, the bride of the city. After her meeting Buddha, in life she continued to serve as a courtesan. Then during the encounter, she would grant those people enlightenment. It is said that she would ascend into a Bodhisatva when her purpose has been completed.

Personality: A flirty and highly charismatic person. She holds a deep devotion to the truth and to enlightenment, andd will tend to use her seductive tactics to draw it towards those topics. She is a deep fan, as well as a dear friend, of Buddha, and would love it if he arrived. She holds no wish, as it has been eradicated, but doesn't begrudge others theirs.

    Relationships:

Buddha: "Gautama. How wonderful to see you once again. Care to head to the mango grove~? It's been a while since we've visited it together."

Xuanzang: "..A bodhisatva? Me? How flattering~ I'm merely an arhat, however."

Sessyoin: "I must say, your desires are... strange. Meet me in the garden and we can discuss it~"

Ikkyu: "Wrong gender? Shame~ Still, you're so close to enlightenment."

    The Half-Eaten Mango

That one day, my life changed.
    Buddha... no, Gautama.
    He came to see me.
Because he saw potential in me.
    That for enlightenment.
Even when I couldn't see it for myself.
So now... I shall carry on the favor.
    Until I'm no longer needed.
Now, Master, enough with these topics.
    Take a bite~
