People need to learn to milk your historical figures more.
    Think about it.
Why make a a sheet with 5 different noble phantasms, when you could just write 5 different sheets with increasingly dumb terms added to the original servant.
You could've had like Rider Yi Sun-Shi Santa Faker

    Fate Grand/Order ID: 102947414/GreenBob
JetKinen's tries very poorly to translate a brazilian book

and five NP! That is a Koga amount of Np. some are pretty vague. they could have parts of other skills with their anecdotes being explained as a positive modifier.
they are also pretty long but you have no need for lore in return. decent sheet.
Thank you for the advice! It was very difficult to come to an ultimate conclusion on his Skills due to various factors. Yi Sun-sin's campaigns were characterized by an absolute familiarity with the extremely treacherous terrain of the Korean Peninsula's seas akin to a home-field advantage. In addition, your suggestion raises the question of "If Horatio Nelson were to be made a Servant, would he also have this variant Voyager of the Warring Seas?" That's the level of historical significance being compared, and I like taking these kinds of things in mind when developing Skill. In addition, Voyager of the Storm is itself a unique-enough Skill (of which it's very key to understand is not a pirate-exclusive Skill!) that I didn't feel comfortable trying to make some even more unique variant. It almost feels like going "LoOk HoW aWeSoMe My SeRvAnT iS!" Outside of these reasons, I also felt that Yi Sun-sin's contributions outside of battle in order to guarantee victory to be significant enough to warrant being a separate Skill.

I do apologize about the lore walls. I like to try and justify my decisions as much as possible. I will definitely try to keep walling to a minimum in the future. Thank you for your attention!

The ultimate fortress NP could be a secondary function of the turtle ship NP (think True Name release or something), and I'm not entirely sold on the Crane Wing Formation NP being necessary.
I will say, the fluff on all his skills and NPs are good, and I'm always a sucker for defiant to the end types. Just needs a bit of tidying, I think.
You're not being unkind at all! I do admit that you're most likely correct: the swords as an NP should be removed and reserved for a Saber Class Container. When I initially drafted it, I thought in my head that the current effects listed are the Rider version of effects, and that Saber would be much stronger, taking inspiration from how other Classes could also have sword Noble Phantasms. That said, it's fairly obvious that having the swords in addition to the other Noble Phantasms is probably something reserved to scenarios where he receives a Fame Boost.

The Crane Wing formation, when compared to Zhuge Liang's Unreturning Formation (of whom Yi is actually notably compared to!), is something that I am very solidly confident is also a Noble Phantasm. Where the tactician used it for one battle and it was made an NP, Yi Sun-sin used the Crane's Wings for at least 5 battles where it was utterly deadly. I can see the reasoning for why it might be a Skill or made part of another Skill, I just don't agree.

Something I don't think you understood, and this is probably my fault for wording it as "the last turtle ship", is that there were zero turtle ships at the Battle of Myeongnyang. I had intended it to mean more spiritually the last turtle ship rather than literally. The anecdote of Myeongnyang is entirely separated from the anecdote of the Turtle Ships, which is why it's a separate Noble Phantasm.

Thank you all again for your kind advice! As it stands, I don't have plans to be editing any of the sheets I post to this site because this is not where I store them primarily. If I make edits, it will be to my personal copies for my own use. That said, I will take all your words to heart as I make more sheets and try to make a better reading experience. Thank you again!

At least he didn’t get his saints graph hijacked by a sister THAT DOESN’T FUCKING EXIST so they can turn him into a waifu without erasing his status as Alexander’s (possible) boy toy.

    Servant Sheet

    Assassin of the Nile

    True Name: Sobek
Aliases: The Lord of the Nile, The Crocodile God, The Lord of Faiyum
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Gender Male
    Region: Egypt/Burundi
Height & Length: 296 cm tall when bipedal. 600 cm long when quadrupedal
    Weight: 907 kg
Other Qualifiable Classes: Berserker, Rider, Avenger
    Wish for the Grail: None
Likes: The Nile river, flesh especially human flesh, the young (not as food!), devout worshippers, crocodilians, sunbathing
Dislikes: Any damages to the Nile, being powerless, YHWH and His Prophet(Moses), humiliation
    Talents: Hunting, controlling water, sunbathing
    Armaments: His was-sceptre, his body

    Parameters:
    Strength: B
    Endurance: C
    Agility: C (A if he’s swimming)
    Mana: A
    Luck: B
    NP: A

    Class Skill(s)
    Presence Concealment: E (A)
Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. The rank of Presence Concealment drops considerably when preparing to attack. Due to the sheer size of his host, Sobek could not hide at all while on land. However, should he ever get into a body of water deep enough to submerge him, the Rank would jump up to A due to how crocodilians hunt.

    Personal Skills
Divine Core of the Nile’s Lord: B
A Divine Core that represents his status as a god of the Nile river itself, a composite skill that naturally comprises Divinity of the same Rank of B and also two other Skills of the same Rank:
Mana Burst (Water): A variant of the Skill, Mana Burst, where the imbued Magical Energy manifests as the element of water. These waters can be used as a potent weapon or like the Nile's floods, bringing fertility to barren lands.
Protection from Water: A Skill that protects the user from the element of water like Protection from Wind protects its’ users from the wind. Fighting a River god with water will only be a invite for futility and death.
Due to being a Pseudo-Servant, the Rank is lowered.

    Information Erasure: C
This Skill came from not Sobek but from Sobek’s host, Gustave, due to how much of an enigma he is compared to other man-eaters. The things that is certain about Gustave is his appearance, his species and gender, his territory, and that he’s feared by the locales. He has never been caught except on camera, his size and weight are estimated, his age the same, his current status is unknown, and even the reason for his infamy, his high kill count that reaches the 300s, is only a rumour at best. The Skill removes all information regarding Sobek’s True Name and abilities from all records and memories of eyewitnesses, even those of the opponent, following the conclusion of an engagement but do not affect the eyewitnesses' memories of his appearance.

    Sobek-Ra: C
The Skill refers to the time during Egypt's Middle Kingdom when Sobek merged with the sun god and one of the Chief Gods of Egypt, Ra, to become Sobek-Ra by the priests of the time which managed to last past the end of the Ptolemaic dynasty. While this didn’t cause the two gods to truly merge into one entity, it was enough to give Sobek parts of Ra’s Authorities. Unfortunately, due to the constraints of the Assassin Class Container, the Skill’s Rank is lowered significantly, leaving only the ability to recover a small amount of Sobek’s Magical Energy by absorbing sunlight. Devices that emit UV light works too, just not as effective. This Skill would be at its' strongest if Sobek were to be summoned as a Rider.

    Beastly Instinct: A
A variation of the Instinct Skill that is possessed only by beasts or sapients with a beast-like mind that represent their superior hunting/survival instincts. For Sobeck, a predator, this drastically boost his lethality whenever he goes "hunting".

    Man-Eater: A+++
Refers to the status as being labelled as a killer and consumer of humans by humanity. This Skill is like a combination of the Skills Aptitude for Slaughter as it deals massive extra damage to humans or human-like creatures like homunculi and Bloodsucking where the possessor of the Skill can replenish their supply of Magical Energy but by eating flesh instead of drinking blood. Another Skill that came from Gustave instead of Sobek due to while Sobek has eaten his share of humans, he’s never as well known for it as Gustave is, thought to have killed and consumed over 300 people which is an astounding kill count for a beast. There are even some who would state that Gustave would kill dozens of people in a day not to eat them but just for the sake of it. While these legends have never been verified and it’s more likely that Gustave’s kill count is “only” in the dozens, Sobek still received the second-highest Rank for this Skill, surpassed only by the Champawat Tiger with an estimated kill count of 436 victims should she become a Servant.

    Noble Phantasm(s)

The Dark Waters Before the First Dawn
    Arkhaios Ogeanos-Nu

    Rank: A
    Type: Anti-Army
    Range: 1-90
    Maximum number of targets: 300

After Sobek’s merge with Ra, some of his worshippers proposed it was he who created the
    Egypt
    World
from the logic that since Ra was a creator god, Sobek who has merged with the falcon-headed god would naturally be a creator god too, right? Thus was born the myth, where in the beginning, there were only primordial chaotic waters of Nu, an example of the Celestial Ocean motif found in many mythologies across the globe and darkness as light has yet to exist and Sobek under the waters, he eventually rose out of Nu and created the
    Egypt
    World
by laying eggs that became the world. This assuredly didn’t happen as Sobek is neither old enough nor powerful enough to be a creation deity but this relatively obscure myth is important enough for Sobek’s mythology to become his Noble Phantasm in all of his Class Container. In the Assassin Class, when its True Name is invoked Sobek summons the
    Nu
    primordial waters
he supposedly rose out of and the
    Kek
    darkness
that accompanied Nu by striking the ground with his sceptre. The summoned waters and darkness will then rush out to fill the surrounding area until it reaches its maximum range where it’ll be stopped as if there’s an invisible barrier blocking it, completely flooding and darkening the area to create a Pseudo-Reality Marble. From the outside, it looks like it’s a massive black dome that can’t be seen into, a glimpse of how it was before creation.
It is in this flooded, pitch dark area that Sobek can do what all predators do best, hunting. Upon invoking this Noble Phantasm, it also changes Sobek’s Mana Burst (Water) to Mana Burst (Water/Primordial) and the ability to allow him to sense the location of his prey within the set area allowing him via the Integumentary Sensory organs on his body to use his Presence Concealment and Beastly Instinct to its maximum effect. Finally, the waters of Nu itself have an effect where they slowly return everything it touches back into the chaos before creation, as in it unmakes them, including Servants. Those who have Magic Resistance, a conceptual defence, or if they also have a connection to the primordial waters are resistant against this unmaking while Sobek himself is immune to it. However, this has a few weaknesses with it naturally being quite a drain on Sobek’s Magical Energy supply so he has to hunt down and kill his prey fast, it also does not discriminate between friend or foe so Sobek should never use it in the presence of his master or allies lest they die and due to it being only a Pseudo-Reality Marble, the invisible barrier keeping the water and darkness in can not prevent people can entering or escaping the area. Finally, creation deities would have a natural conceptual advantage against the summoned waters due to their myth of creating the world from Chaos.

    Lore & Background
Sobek is a god of Ancient Egypt most known for being a man with a head of a Nile crocodile, said to share hold dominion over the Nile river, fertility, pharaonic powers and military prowess and one of the gods the Egyptians, the common and royal alike, pray to for protection. His popularity and worship would last from the Old Kingdoms to the Roman rule of Egypt, a testament to his personality to never lose worship for so long. Born from the goddess of war and weaving and one of the deities who might have created the world, Neith, and Khnum, god of the Nile’s source though in some versions, Sobek’s father is Set, most famous for his murder of his brother Osiris but this is only a myth. Shortly after his birth, he along with his father and another god, Hapi, would create the river that would later become the lifeline of the Egyptian civilization in the future, the Nile River. An achievement that he still remembers fondly to this day and is part of the reasons why he values the river so much. This was also when the first Nile crocodile was created in his image to be his attendant.

However, disaster soon struck with the arrival of the
    Sefar
    White Titan
. There was nothing Sobek or even his entire pantheon could do against the alien invader and he could only watch as the Titan reduced him and his fellow gods into Divine Spirits. That was the first time Sobek has ever been powerless against a foe. He always knew that despite being a god, he’s not the strongest nor will he ever be as proven by the existence of his parents and the various Chief Gods but even then the chance of him winning or at least surviving them was never completely 0% like how it was with the White Titan. This revelation completely shook Sobek up and would continue to plague his mind until the reign of Montuhotep II of the 11th dynasty of the Middle Kingdom where his priests merged him with a Chief God of Egypt, the sun god Ra, forming Sobek-Ra. While the two deities didn’t merge, it did become widespread enough to grant him some of Ra’s Authority. And, this wouldn’t be the last time Sobek would merge with the other gods, during the reign of Amenemhat II of the 12th dynasty, he go on and merge with the god, Horus, gaining parts of his Authority too. From then he would become known as Sobek of Shedet-Ra-Horus whose worship had spread to 52 towns, several pharaohs all make Sobek’s name part of their own-Sobekhotep-and some even thought that it was him who created the World, not his mother, not Ra or Amun, but him. This newfound popularity and importance made Sobek forget about his traumas and made him prideful, arrogant even. Naturally, he encouraged his worshippers to continue spreading these even when the other gods objected, Horus the most, as these myths give him reprieve from the traumas Sefar gave him for the first time.

This reprieve however didn’t last as during the Second Dynasty of the New Kingdoms, the reign of Ozymandias, did his trauma came rushing back. When Moses, the Prophet of the Hebrew people, unleashed the Ten Plagues upon Egypt to free his people from slavery, the Nile river was the first to be targeted. When his precious river turned to blood, he could not reverse it not even with all his new powers, not even when he and his rival Hapi put down their pride and worked together. All of his Authority yet it could not turn even a single drop of his river back into water again against the might of the God of the Hebrews. He could not even curse Moses for this humiliation for he has YHWH’s protection. For the second time in his life, Sobek felt powerlessness. However, unlike last time, there was a new emotion that flared up within Sobek: Wrath. Sobek was always known to be a temperamental god for he did not gain the epithet of the “The Rager” for being calm but this was a whole new level of anger for him. He made an oath that he would destroy all who is related to the Hebrew God as vengeance for this humiliation but to add insult to injury, it is an oath that he rarely had the chance to fulfill before he had to leave for the Reverse Side of the World when the Age of the Gods ended.

Whenever Sobek is manifested as Servant, whether as another help to Chaldea against Beast I or the Alien God to restore the Nile, in a Singularity/Lostbelt or as a miraculous impossible summon in a "normal" Holy Grail war, expect him to possess the body of Gustave. As to why, the god would say that it was because who else would be worthy of him other than the reptile who is not just the most infamous Nile crocodile in the world, but the most infamous crocodilian in the world. He is a little disappointed that Gustave’s rise to infamy is only due to a rumour.

    Personality
The first notable trait of Sobek is that he’s prideful, incredibly so as you would expect from someone who has merged with two kings of the gods and is thought to be a creator deity. He would demand the best treatment for any mortals he comes across and will expect to be worshipped by them. However, this pride is not quite on the level of arrogance like during the height of his power, not after having been humiliated twice before by two superior beings. He has learned the lesson of there will always be a bigger fish quite painfully to ever possibly forget it again. Combine that with the influences from Gustave (the personality composition is 70% Sobek and 30% Gustave), how he’s currently in his weakest conventual Class, and most importantly wanting to avoid his trauma, he is willing to use less than savoury tactics should he ever find it necessary to achieve victory.
Sobek was also known to be an avid follower of his
    Id
    base instincts
before and possessing Gustave did not help the matter. As such, he loves to consume flesh particularly human flesh due to Gustave’s legends, mating with a worthy mate, and sunbathing the most. Before he never needed to sunbathe as he was a god but after having the body of a mortal crocodile, it quickly became his favourite thing to do during the day. Interestingly, these base desires also include the instinct of caring for young children even if they are not crocodilian hatchlings. He would not lay harm to a child under most circumstances and would be surprisingly tender to them, acting as a parent figure to them (well, as parental as a crocodile god who doesn’t know much about how humans raise their kids can be that is). This instinct was why Sobek saved Horus’ four kids from drowning despite his rocky relationship with the sky god. Sobek is worshiped as a protection god after all though adults would only be offered his protection if they prove worthy of it. Naturally, due to these instincts, Sobek can easily be angered which can be used against him. This anger would come forth even faster alongside hatred if he ever meet anyone or thing that is related to YHWH like his worshippers or a church and will stop at almost nothing to destroy them especially if it’s Moses himself for what he and his God has done to him and his river that he considers being his territory and more importantly, the first thing that he created and is proud over akin to that of a project someone have done when they were a child with their dad and friend/rival and is immensely proud of as everyone who saw the thing complimented it for its quality. He also hates Sefar too just to a lesser extent as she never despoiled his river. So do not remind him of the pollution or any other damages to the Nile or how many people worship YHWH there are in Egypt while he’s only remembered in the country’s history for one’s health.

However, without a doubt, Sobek’s strongest personality trait is how much he despises being powerless against something. It is his trauma, his inner demon that has been tormenting him for tens of thousands of years and the one thing that he wants to avoid repeating no matter the cost. Normally hidden away, it is the sole thing that can make him override his pride, his instincts, his hatred of Sefar and YHWH, and even his love for his river, though for the last one he will hesitate a bit for, all to make sure he will not experience the traumatic experience again.

    Relationships
    To his master:
At first, the relationship between Sobek and his master would nearly always start with the relationship being reversed due to the Crocodile God’s pride. One should expect to be treated by the god as his caretaker and worshipper and be looked down upon. Refusing any of his demands would certainly result in Sobek’s anger so tread lightly around him as one would around the King of Heroes. However, should the master prove themselves worthy in his eyes through great feats or if they are just a child, Sobek’s demeanour will soften and his protective side will come out and start being parental around his master, showering them with plenty of tough love.

    To Petsuchos:
“Come hatchling, today, we’re going hunting. There will be plenty to teach you.”
Their relationship can be described as a single father and his daughter. They can often be found hunting and sunbathing together, during which he can often be found teaching Petsuchos. Sometimes to his embarrassment if seen, Sobek will often let Petsuchos cuddle with him when they sleep. How adorably wholesome. The only shame he has is that she’s too big to fit in his mouth to be carried like how a proper crocodilian parent carries their hatchlings. However, there is one worry he has about his new daughter, who is this “Sobek-Ra” that made her into a Servant? It certainly wasn’t him that’s for sure.

    To Altera:
“This scent… White Titan?! Wait no, this is only a Cerebral Corpus. Haha, oh how I will enjoy killing you. Send a message to the real you on the Throne, I will be coming for you.”
Should they ever meet, a fight is all but guaranteed to occur, one that will not end until one of them is dead. You should evacuate the area or get your Command Seals ready.

    To Moses:
“YOU!!! You dare show yourself to me after what you have done?! Send your last prayers, prophet, for not even your God can save your dammed life from a fate that makes even being having your soul devoured by Ammit preferable!”
The moment they meet, Sobek’s wrath will surely erupt with enough passion to rival his Berserker self and there’s nothing he’ll not do to have his vengeance fulfilled for the First Plague, even if he dies in the process. This time, he will surpass his trauma. You should really evacuate the area or get your Command Seals ready.

    To all worshippers of YHWH:
    “Dogs of YHWH, DIE!!!”
Will attack upon recognition, very much like how he will react to Moses except it won’t be as strong though that’s not saying much as nothing is as strong as his hatred for Moses.

    To all pharaohs:
“Do not worry, you will still have my protection even in this life… As long you still prove you’re worthy of it that is”
As the god of pharaonic power, he naturally respects the rulers of Egypt’s mortals and will be their patron to the end as long as they haven’t slacked off since dying and entering the Throne.

    To Canaan/Nekhbet & Ra:
“What do you mean that the
    Apophis
    Serpent
    was actually
    Wadjet
    Old Ra’s Eye
?! Wait I’m born from one of
    Osiris
    mummyhead’s
    dismembered parts?!”
To say Sobek’s surprised and confused by the history of this Egyptian pantheon would be an understatement. They are recognizable in some areas yet so different than the ones in his memories. Still, their relationship is a continuation of the relationship they had when they last left off so overall not much has changed despite these changes.

    To Alphard Alshua:
“I thought they were lying, how is there a mortal compatible with Chaos Serpent? I thought it was impossible, even with how many Parallel Worlds there are.”
Sobek is unusually nervous around her as he knows for a fact how dangerous Apophis is even if the Serpent is currently a Pseudo Serpent, especially since his Noble Phantasm would not be able to work on her while her Noble Phantasms would so he avoids her mostly. Will only fight her if he has no choice.

To Servants with the child trait:
“Careful not to fall off. Sigh, no, I can’t turn my back smooth for it to become a slide for you hatchlings.”
Whenever Sobek is around kids, he is very tender with them, letting them climb on him and doing his best not to hurt them. Still, it’s best to supervise him so that he won’t the kids should not be carried in his mouth like in the wild lest another person who walks in and get a heart attack from seeing the scene and make one of the kids cry again. Please.

    Author Note
Hello everyone, I'm the newest kid on the block and this is my first online Servant sheet and OH MY GOD, how do you people do this?! I feel exhausted after writing the sheet. Please fire constructive criticisms at me, especially at the Lore, Personalty, and the Relationships part. I have little experience writing those things. Oh and for those who is a expert in Egyptian Mythology, please point out any mistakes I have made in the sheet. Lastly, a thank you to Random, Koga, and Ismail2002 for helping me with the NP; RoydGolden for telling me the functions of the ruby tags; Koga again and DelRey for their welcoming attitude on the Womb thread and for teaching me formatting. Now excuse me while I go relax as my head is hurting from writing so much.

As per usual, that's not how it happened.
Hephaestion never got "hijacked", his sister simply runs by the same name when she has to give a name because she has none in the first place.
She doesn't exist in irl history, but it was the fucking funniest shit that the contradiction between history books and reality (Heterochromatic, short, and lithe vs ENORMOUS MOUNTAIN) got that explanation it's the absolute best.

I need to do a Hephaestion sheet sometime. I remember kicking around the idea a bit while working on Iskandar Alter, so why not?

    Saber of the New Granary
    -- Iron-Fisted Opportunist --

"Indeed, your honoured guest has arrived. Let this alliance be a vigorous and mutually beneficial one. You should be prepared to do your part in granting that much. I've had enough grovelling subjects already."

"Servant Saber. True Name: Gildo. Its meaning: king. My dreadful family has made more blunders than I can count, but choosing that name isn't one of them."

    Class: Saber
    True Name: Gildo
    Alignment: Neutral Evil
    Source: Historical facts and rumours
    Region: Africa (Roman province)
    Attribute: Human
    Natural Enemy: Firmus, Stilicho, Mascezel
    Armament: Sword

    ParametresSTR | C
    END | C
    AGI | A
    MGI | C
    LCK | B-
    NP | EX

    Class SkillsMagic Resistance | C (A+)
Practically untouchable by modern mages, and especially effective against magecraft of the Church. At its baseline, Saber's Rank in this Skill would be C, only allowing her to cancel spells with two or less verses and providing no defence against greater magecraft and Greater Rituals. However, it's raised by one of her Noble Phantasms, which incorporates a fragment of the True Cross.

    Riding | B-
Capable of handling most animals and vehicles with above average skill, even those that didn't exist during her lifetime. However, a few require additional mana expenditure, and Phantasmal Species are excluded. According to Saber, in life she habitually mounted not just horses, but elephants and lions as well. There is a suspicious lack of records on the matter, though...

    Personal SkillsCharisma | E
Leadership skills increase, but the morale of troops significantly decreases. A Rank befitting a dreadful tyrant who ruled with an iron fist and let nothing escape her sight, let nothing move without her knowledge. It's said that her defeat at the hands of Mascezel was in no small part determined by defections from her side to his during the heat of battle.

    Opportunist | B
This Servant is able to execute 'attacks of opportunity' against those attempting to put distance between themselves and her. These attacks are launched automatically, regardless of her reaction time and status. Moreover, they can't be blocked or dodged on purpose through AGI, only involuntarily through LCK. However, they aren't triggered by teleportation, and Servants with the Disengage Skill or any of its variants have a lower chance of triggering this Skill as well. The origin of this Skill is self-explanatory. She stayed loyal through multiple rebellions and killed her brother Firmus without remorse, without lending an ear to any of his denunciations of injustices on the Romans' part. Yet she acted as a de facto independent ruler as soon as she snatched his spot, and eventually switched allegiances for profit taking advantage of the new geopolitical relevance that had been thrusted upon Africa with the new splitting of the Empire.

Puppeteer at the End of Life | C
The ability to completely control every action of people that have next to no chance of survival left. No joint or muscle is left unaffected. Derived from her forcing her brother Firmus to suicide against his will. Would synergise with her low-ranked Charisma Skill when facing enemies that will not spare her underlings even if they were to defect, but that was not the case during her life. At this Rank, the amount of people that can be affected at once is still somewhat limited.

    Noble Phantasm(s)
    Nova Horrea
    The New Granary

A large granary that defies physics, containing more food than it could possibly be expected to fit. Invoking this Noble Phantasm's True Name causes it to manifest around Gildo: it can afterwards be made to disappear at any point, and calling its True Name once again will resummon it. It's a representation of the role that Africa came to have with the split between the Western and Eastern sides of the Roman Empire, and of the importance that played within Gildo's legend. Her parametres are raised by one Rank within the granary, and the supplies within, constantly refilled at the break of dawn, are able to feed many millions of people each day. Though it can be used to sustain a population, it can also be employed to trap opponents. However, she can't bring others within the granary without entering it herself.

    Verae Crucis Gladio E Rusguniae
Insincere Sword of the True Cross

Her father Nubel brought a fragment of the True Cross to Rusguniae and built a basilica to house it. Gildo, however, had no problem removing the relic from that place and incorporating it in her preferred weapon. It grants extremely high magic resistance, especially towards magecraft used by the church: effectively, the Rank of Gildo's Magic Resistance is raised to A+. Moreover, it also grants its wielder the capability to stay in the world without a Master for three days and an enhanced resistance to instant death and time manipulation effects. Once this Noble Phantasm's True Name is invoked, it prompts a temporary Class Change to Saver and the momentary acquisition of the Counter Hero Class Skill at B Rank, lowering all opponents' parametres by two Ranks, except for anti-heroes, whose parametres are diminished only by one Rank. Its true power most likely goes much beyond that, but with such an unfitting wielder, that's all that can be expected. It seems the relic found its way back to the basilica after her death somehow.

DescriptionLikes: "Money. Influence. Power. They aren't as bad as they all say, you know?"
Dislikes: "Lacking information. Incorrect information. Both all too deadly. I sought to control what went on in Africa that closely for a reason. Anything that happened without me knowing might have killed me. I also dislike useless families. I'm sure you understand why."
Wish for the Grail: "Tch. If that Eutropius hadn't been so pushy, the rebellion could've been better timed and actually successful. All we needed to do was wait for more pressure on other fronts on that Stilicho. Oh, but if I had to pick something visceral, I'd wipe the rest of my family off the face of this godforsaken Earth. None of them were worth a damn except me anyway."
Her personality is simple, and her being blunt about her nature doesn't change who she is. Pragmatic and opportunistic to the point of cruelty. She holds disdain for her siblings and for families in general outside of the scope within which she can exploit them. She's always on the lookout for profit and for means to garner more influence. Moreover, she won't let anything pass without her coming to know of it. A complete control freak. Not a trustworthy Servant by any means. Her Master would do well to watch their own back half as well as she watches hers.

LoreThe situation in the Roman province of Africa in the late fourth century was complicated. A Berber royal called Nubel had authority over it as an officer of the Empire. He was a pious man whose main personal claim to fame became bringing a fragment of the True Cross to Rusguniae and building a basilica to house it. However, this is not his story. Zammac, Firmus, Gildo, Mazuca, Mascezel, Dius, Cyra. These are the known names of his children. And this is the story of what came to pass after Nubel's death.

At first, the succession seemed to go smoothly. Zammac took over his father's position, without a hitch. However, he was passive in exerting his authority, and preferred to leave everything up to the Count of Africa, a Roman called Romanus. On the other hand, Firmus continued to grow more and more tired and angered by the second-class treatment Romans reserved to the people of that province. Eventually, his exasperation exploded, and he murdered Zammac, took his position and wealth for himself, forced Romanus to flee for his life, and openly declared war against Emperor Valentinian.

In his mind, Firmus was continuing independentist efforts from past centuries, such as Tacfarinas's revolts, and fighting to better the way of life of his people. However, he felt strongly convinced that, without the Romans to oppress them, his people would be able to tolerate any kind of suffering as long as they were free. And, unfortunately, his belief in this was so strong that he chose to continuously test it. He himself imposed harsh restrictions on his subjects that made his reign extremely unpopular. The people, initially enthused by his fight for freedom, didn't understand the meaning behind his actions, and concluded that he must've been a power-hungry liar all along. Only his siblings could understand that it was his idealism that made him into a tyrant.

Count Theodosius the Elder, father of the future Emperor Theodosius the Great, was dispatched to Africa to quell Firmus's rebellion. Gildo and Mascezel both supported him in battle against their brother. In fact, when Firmus's defeat was nearly total, in secret, Gildo personally guided the noose over Firmus's neck with Firmus's own hands without remorse, forcing him to kill himself.

After Firmus's death, Gildo became the ruler of Africa. Where Firmus had been a tyrant forged by idealism, Gildo was simply a pragmatic opportunist. From the onset, she acted like a king whose allegiance to Rome was not a guarantee, but unlike Firmus, she didn't start a war at the time. Why would she need to? To satisfy some empty national pride? Ridiculous. She was simply aiming to exploit the internal weaknesses of the Roman Empire for profit and to get away with doing all that she wished. Money, power, influence were her goals, and she lacked any scruples that might get in the way of her pursuit. Therefore, everyone thought of her as just as cruel as her older brother had been, if not more than him. Mascezel quarreled with her over her cruel rule, and had to flee for his life to Italy.

Things underwent a major shake-up with the death of Emperor Theodosius the Great. The Empire split into Western and Eastern halves once again, and the role of 'granary of Rome', which usually belonged to Egypt, was shifted to Africa for the Western half when Egypt was assigned to the Eastern half. This greatly enhanced Africa's geopolitical importance. A eunuch named Eutropius conducted covert negotiations with Gildo on behalf of the Eastern Roman Emperor, Arcadius, offering a preposterous amount of riches on the condition that Africa switched allegiance to the Eastern half of the Empire as well. Gildo lengthened the negotiations for a while to wring out more out of them and to find a better timing for the announcement, but had already chosen to accept to begin with, and that wasn't just because of the reward. A very important motivation was that she was now rapidly approaching in territorial and military power the regent of the Western half, the general Stilicho. And, given the changed circumstances, Stilicho would probably not carry on behaving as the previous Emperors had with Gildo anyway, and instead soon quit turning a blind eye to the way she ruled Africa, whether Gildo accepted Eutropius's deal or not.

Eventually, sooner than she would've actually preferred, Gildo declared that Africa belonged to the Eastern Roman Empire, and Stilicho, caught by surprise, sent her brother Mascezel at the head of an army meant to depose her. The siblings and their followers clashed on the battlefield. However, due to Gildo's behaviour, many of her troops deserted her. In the end, Mascezel became the new ruler of Africa and returned to Rome triumphant. Far more acclaimed than Stilicho had been for his recent Gaulish campaign, in fact. The mere presence of a new massively charismatic general threatened to complicate the situation of Rome. Luckily for Stilicho, Mascezel was soon found drowned, in mysterious circumstances.

Oh! So that's what you meant. How unexpected. There's some resemblance in appearance, after all! But I can count a number of differences. For instance... My roots are clearly darker, you see? Not that I'd let just anyone get close enough to my hair to confirm it.
...I can't believe I have to- Ugh! Back off, the both of you..."

    Firmus
"Idiot. As if there's any difference between you breaking a Berber's back and a Roman doing it. Not only that, but you expected sincere praise from breaking back after back to try and prove a point over and over. All that you did was seek attention and validation from your own victims. I guarantee you there is not a single person in all of human history that has ever genuinely thought of you as smart."

    Flavius Stilicho
"If circumstances hadn't rushed me, you would've had no chance against me. Indeed, all that I needed was more time. It's plain to see for the both of us, isn't it? But to think you'd rely on that two-bit brother of mine rather than taking me on yourself... The nerve!"

Ok so there was an April Fools' joke about getting a Saberface for each continent and I remembered a certain figure that I came across while doing the Stilicho sheet and. Yeah lol.

If I ever do a Firmus and/or Mascezel sheet I might just straight up copy-paste the lore, their stories are entertwined to the point that it'd feel justifiable.

    Grand Lancer

"Though it may be the dead of night, the sun shines upon this place.
Rejoice! Your prayers have been answered by the gods!
My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings.
Look upon my works and despair!"

    Servant Lancer

    Art by Saka Nagiya
    Stats
    Strength: B
    Endurance: D
    Agility: B
    Mana: EX
    Luck: EX
    Noble Phantasm: EX

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
    Lore 1
    Origin: Historical Egypt
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Attribute: Star

The great God-King of Egypt. Of all the Pharaoh's to rule the Nile, he is surely the most revered.

This time he has been summoned as a Lancer and his attribute has been changed to Star. However, his nature and personality have pretty much stayed the same.

"I am the Great Pharaoh, Ozymandias. In my boundless generosity I shall grant your wish- you will be mine, like my dog or my horse or my falcon. Yes, that is surely your wish..."
    Lore 2
Lancer brought an era of prosperity to Egypt through conquest of other nations. However, his greatest contributions were achieved through means of diplomacy. After defeating the Hittites and the Sea People, he integrated them into his society. Many of these people were even brought into his personal army and their strategies were crucial to future battles within Egypt.

Despite being the Pharaoh, Lancer is the one who best understands the pleas of the common people. Or perhaps it is because he is the Pharaoh- the bridge between Earth and Heaven- that he is capable of such.

"I am the God-King, Ozymandias. Sekhmet and Thoth are my eyes. Anubis and Osiris are at my side. The great Atem rests within my lance. To fight me is to war against all of Egypt; to ally with me is to have Egypt at your side."
    Skills 1
    Magic Resistance EX
The ability to negate enemy magecraft.
Due to the numerous divine blessings within his body, it is nearly impossible for enemy magecraft to affect him. It is possible to bypass this resistance with the combined effort of a pantheon of gods equivalent to his own.
    Charisma B+
One's natural charm and ability to lead an army. Provides a boost to soldiers under Lancer's command.
In Lancer's case, it has the additional effects of "persuasion" and "integration". Once defeated, even bitter enemies may develop loyalty towards Lancer and his purpose.
    Brilliance of Ma'at A
The power of the gods who combat the demon Apophis.
Apophis is chaos, darkness, confusion, and ignorance. Each night he is revived, and each dawn he attempts to consume the light of the sun. However, the sun overcomes and rises each day, and the gods slay the demon, returning it to hell until the following night.
A skill representing perseverance. To succeed once is to succeed a thousand times. Should Lancer decisively defeat an enemy, they will never again pose a threat to him.
    God-King's Privilege C
The state of Lancer's body containing the Authorities of various gods. A state similar to that of a Berserker of another timeline.
Lancer is considered someone who is identical to and synonymous with every god in Egypt. It is not a case of being an incarnation or a bunrei, but simply that he is a god walking on Earth. As such, he is capable of wielding the Authorities of the gods he represents.
The Authorities afforded to him include "Blessings of the Sun", "Blessings of the Moon", "Immortality", "Revival of the Dead", "Manipulation of One's Body", etc. However, as such divine abilities are not permitted in the current era, each Authority's rank has been lowered considerably.
    Skills 2
    Thoth
    Mystic Eye of Horus
    Rank: A+++
    Classification: Jewel
Lancer's left eye. The eye of Horus representing restoration and hidden knowledge. The god of wisdom, Thoth, and the moon are both considered to be manifestations of this eye.

During Egypt's founding, the gods Horus and Set engaged in many battles over rulership of the new kingdom. In one exchange, Set took the shape of a boar and gouged out Horus's left eye, hoping to gain Horus's power for himself. The god, Thoth, was born from this eye, and mediated a peace between Horus and Set before restoring the eye to its former state. Later the eye was sacrificed to Osiris as he departed for the underworld, before it was finally placed in the sky. The emptying and filling of the moon is said to be the cyclical destruction and restoration of the eye of Horus.

By covering his right eye Lancer can restore the target of his gaze. It is not a case of healing, but rather, a reversal of the target to a former state. A mystic eye equivalent to a Noble Phantasm.

    Sekhmet
    Mystic Eye of Ra
    Rank: A
    Classification: Jewel
Lancer's right eye. The eye of Ra represented by the goddesses Sekhmet, Hathor, and Bastet.

The eye of Ra is the sun itself. It embodies destruction, as the sun's rays on the desert of Egypt, like arrows piercing one's enemies. But it also represents illumination, bringing both clarity and life to the world.

By covering his left eye, Lancer can become as the sun itself. A blinding light erupts from him, shining through even the deepest darkness. By concentrating the light into a single beam, he can create an intense ray of heat on par with a Noble Phantasm.
    Lore 3
Egypt is a civilization considered equal to India and ancient Babylonia. A cradle of civilization in which gods first appeared to man. But like the other cradles, the gods of Egypt recognized that their era would someday come to an end. The Indians incarnated as humans and the Babylonians created a keystone. The Egyptians took a different approach. "The creation of Heaven on Earth."

The bold Pharaoh declared himself not only king of Egypt, but king of the gods themselves. As such, the gods too were his people. Thus he took on the role of his own volition.

The Pharaoh is not an incarnation of a god, nor is he a bunrei. He is a mortal man born of mortals, and yet still possesses a divinity on par with a divine spirit. A being who followed the rules of mankind while still managing to be divine. Just the same, he would create a paradise fit for the gods.

He created a nation of peace and prosperity. He erected monuments and even rebuilt structures of former kings in his own image. In a time of global hardship his kingdom alone was prosperous. In this way he turned Egypt into the land of the gods.
    Skill 3
Divine Core of the Chief God EX
The essence of the one who rules the gods.
As Lancer recognizes himself as king of the gods, it is only natural that he would have such a skill. Its rank is considered "exceptional" due to the fact that he possesses this skill despite being entirely human.
    Protection of World's End E-
The ability granted to those who wield a Holy Spear.
A blessing afforded to those who defend a texture. Lancer receives rank up in all parameters so long as he is in an area designated as "Egypt". Furthermore, is regarded as the complete ruler of such an area.
At least, that's how it should be. However...
    Noble Phantasm

    Ramesseum Tekhenu
    As Above, So Below

    Rank: EX
    Classification: Anti-Unit
    Range: 1-50
Maximum number of targets: 4 million

A shadow of the divine pillar which holds the Egyptian texture in place. Its true name is "Benben", the tower which rose from the primordial sea upon which the creator deity rested. Naturally Lancer would have something like this in his possession. It takes the form of an obelisk- a pillar connecting the world of Earth and the world of Heaven. So long as Lancer wields this spear, the logic of Egypt's Age of Gods will be preserved wherever he places it.

At least, that's how it should be. However, running around brandishing the treasures of ancient kings would against everything Lancer is. He would never use such an unsightly tactic.

A Noble Phantasm which replicates Lancer's inner world onto his current location. In other words, it's fundamentally the same as the Noble Phantasm he possesses while in the Rider class.

While similar to a Reality Marble in effect, the fundamental mechanisms are different. While a Reality Marble imposes one's inner rules onto the world itself, Lancer recreates a paradise while abiding by the rules of whatever world he is in. The embodiment of the concept of "Heaven on Earth". As there are no contradictions between Lancer's works and the world around him, there is no pressure from the world attempting to destroy these works. Likewise, Lancer can deploy this ability even while in another Reality Marble. It is because of this that Lancer, a true god, can manifest as a Servant.

The obelisk contains the essences of the numerous gods of Egypt. While Lancer is afforded several blessings and Divine Beasts while within the bounded field created by the pillar, striking an enemy directly with the pillar itself is the most powerful offensive technique available in this form. It is due to this that it is considered Anti-Unit.
    Author's Notes

Grand Lancer, designed specifically to counter my previously posted Beast VI Ozymandias famously fought off the Sea People, and his mention of them is one of the earliest references to them. It's fitting that he'd be the one to counter a Beast based off of them.

This one was actually kind of hard because everyone already knows about Ozy since he's a canon character. I couldn't just give a history lesson this time. I probably focused too much on his skills rather than his lore, but I'm bad at this so cut me some slack.

By the way, if you couldn't tell, the Servant's true name is Ozymandias.

great grand sheet. When i dived into egyptian lore last year I made the Feather of Ma'at the Pillar of Time because i concentrated on conceptual textures. But making Benben the texture of egypt itself is just so smart and logical.
I have my qualms about the Divine Core skill tho. You need to compare this sheet to Romulus-Quirinius and Arjuna Alter. RQ has the Core skill because he actually became the god of the romans. Arjuna absorbed a whole pantheon and he still only had Divinity EX. I think Arjuna is the closest thing here because Ozy did not ascend to dwell among the gods as an actual divine spirit.
