    2022.

As for my next sheet, at the moment it's still in the same state it was October 2020. Waiting for the personality section spontaneously form itself in head, can take any amount of years.

    Source: Lupi Vulves

    Class: Caster
    Other Classes: N/A
    True Name: Mary Blair
    Alignment: Neutral Good
Place of Origin: America (20th Century)

    Parameters:

    STR: D
    END: D
    AGI: D
    MGI: B
    LCK: C
    NP: C

    Height: 150cm
    Weight: 70lbs
Likes: Bringing joy to people, painting
    Dislikes: People who like destruction
    Talent: Creating beautiful designs
    Natural Enemy: Mephistopholes
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Female, Humanoid, Weak to Enuma Elish
Armament: A wand made out of metal which opens to reveal a fancy paintbrush
    Catalyst: Her Disney Legends plaque

    Class Skills:

Item Creation C: She is capable of producing items from her work, from cake which make you shrink to powder which makes you fly.

Territory Creation C: SHe is capable of producing a "Studio" weaker then a Workshop, due to her use of a studio.

    Personal Skills:

Happiness Is Painting A: The sublimation of her core idea that "I paint, to express and to bring happiness to others", conceptualised in a skill. Any work of art which she creates in any form, whether it be a single scribble created in seconds or a huge titanic mural which took years to make, will hold an effect which causes anyone who sees it to become joyous, enjoying the moment, for just a short time before returning to their everyday life.

Contrasting Colors B: Her use of contrasting colors, sublimated into a skill. This permits her to cause colors around to contrast, glaringly and harshly, helping her allow things to be more seen or less seen as she contrasts and decontrasts the colors. In addition, she can also use this as her primary weapon, utilizing glaring colors as an "attack on the eyes".

Disney Animation Studions B: As one of the "Disney Legends", she gains this skill referencing her association with Disney animation studios. This permits her to do a few things. Firstly, she may ignore opposing Bounded Fields below this rank of B, for Disney Legends had lifetime access to all of the nine disney parks. Secondly, this also grants her a spark of magic. In her case, she has repurposed it to allow her to actually cast magic, which qualifies her for this class.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    It's A Small World
    My Wonderful, Whimsical Designs

    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank: C
    Range: 30 meters
    Max Targets: 100

The sublimation of her many, many murals, each painted for Disney Animation Studios. As a Noble Phantasm, when its true name is called, it manifests a titanic mural, floating in the air and encircling her. She controls it to her will, creating and moving around the pieces to constantly produce new feelings of happiness, but she can also use it as a "shell" or as an offensive tool.

Lore: Mary Blair was an american concept artist and mural creator who was a major player in Walt Disney Animation Studios. She was noted for her abstract and simplified designs that created many popular films. She was also noted for the many murals she created for Walt Disney's studio.

Personality: A cheerful and friendly person, she loves bringing joy to anyone she meets wherever. She loves teaching and entertaining children. She also loves meeting other artists, designers, and such things, and collaborating to bring joy to everyone who sees their works. Her wish is simply to be able to continue to work.

    Relationships:

Nursery Rhyme: "Wait, you're the embodiment of all the stories I adapted? That's so amazing!"

Jack the Ripper: "Jack the Ripper is a... kid? Okay, would you like me to show you some of my art?"

Elsa Schiaparelli: "I think collaborating would produce some lovely clothing. Would you like to?"

Teresa Teng: "I think my murals would work well with your singing, don't you?"

Mephistopholes: "Being a clown means bringing joy, not whatever you do."

Hans Christian Anderson: "...You really are interesting. Would you like to collab?"

    Shielder - Roberta Heinlein

    Shielder of Speculative Fiction

"May you never thirst... wait, that means something different now?"

    (Source)
    Civillian:

    True Name: RobertA Heinlein
Alternate Classes: Rider, Archer (Gunner), Caster (ironically, given it's her least favourite class), Berserker, Moon Cancer, Voyager, Foreigner, and Launcher. If this sounds like a lot, well generalisation over specialisation is Shielder's thing
    Source: History
    Region: USA
Catalyst: Written calculations on an Earth-Mars rocket orbit.
Armament: Her Power Armor provides her with enough strength to carry heavy artillery like they were pistols, and hand-to-hand packs more than a punch on its own.

Description: One of the 'Big Three' Science-Fiction authors of the mid-20th century, and the most fiery and controversial. Much of her inspiration came from her own scientific knowledge and experience as a naval gunner in WW2, along with a few of her views. She will single-handedly take the credit for having elevated Science-Fiction to a proper literary art form, conveniently ignoring her predecessors like Karel Capek, Olaf Stapledon, Robert W. Chambers, Margaret Cavendish, even H.G. Wells, though she'll at least acknowledge her contemporaries Asimov and Clarke.

Like Leonardo, Shielder may have been recorded in history as a man but has intentionally altered her own Saint Graph to be summoned as a woman, which may be less of a surprise if one has read books of hers like I Will Fear No Evil. Whenever asked, she'll fervently insist that she is simply experimenting and conducting research, compares herself to playing as a female avatar in one of these new video games, and will remind people that she still totally likes masculine things. That said, she does appear genuinely uncomfortable with the thought of ever returning back to her male body, at being some 'weak, gross old man' again.

She's also a massive flirt, assuming everyone will naturally be head-over-heels for her feminine form... only to get completely flustered whenever she gets turned down, going against her own assumptions on what being a woman would be like. She now has to twitch whenever she sees men acting the same way towards other women, as it makes her have to reflect on her own behaviour.

Shielder is also known for her wildly inconsistent political beliefs which varied from book to book, their only consistency being how hardline she was whichever perspective she adopted. She has at times been completely pro- or anti-government, all for war or peace, feminist or (now internalised) misogynist, self-obsessed or selfless, or all for or all against nuclear weapons. This even extends to her literary opinions, like whether she likes or hates 'pulp sci-fi'. Probably the only consolation is that even if she picks up a full-on dangerous belief, she'll probably have swapped it out before long, and she's shown to be more than capable of getting along with those of completely opposite beliefs, as shown in her correspondence with Arthur C. Clarke.

Unlike your average Author Servant, she's more than happy to fight in the Grail War, even considering it her own innate duty as a Heroic Spirit (especially compared to just sitting around in the Throne), that even if there was no offer of a Wish she'd still fight it anyway.

Alignment: True Neutral on average, given how much her own stance shifts
Likes: Hard Men making Hard Decisions while Hard, being horny on main, being a girl, the Philippines, cellphones, waterbeds, hard sci-fi (i.e. sci-fi she likes)
Dislikes: Specialists, Dirty Commies (er, except Arthur C. Clarke, ugh... look, it's complicated!), 'aspiring' authors, having to edit her works, soft sci-fi (i.e. sci-fi she doesn't like)
Wish: Given her on fluctuating beliefs, she's indecisive on what she even what to wish for. World-government, era of peace and free love, the beginning of a true Space Age, all of these are answers she's tossed out. Probably her only constant desire is to keep on being a girl
    Attribute: Star

    Relationships:
    • Mordred: "Ooh, we're quite alike, massive technological differences aside. I know, why don't you take off your armor, I could certainly give it a much-needed upgrade?"
    • Altera: "You're almost like a character I could've written! Probably my highest compliment..."
    • Leonardo: "A scientific genius who's realised the potential of the female form? You're after my own heart, aren't you?"
    • Babbage: "Seriously, you're still clinging to steam? Impressive armor though..."
    • Voyager: "A true scientific achievement! Although that's, er, not how I pictured any human form of you looking like..."
    • Andersen: Ugh, don't tell me this is what qualifies as a Servant of Literature. Run along with your fairytales why don't you? You want a happy ending, then you better be prepared to punch a poor soul in the face for it!"
    • Standard Foreigners: "Don't gimme your 'beyond comprehension' crap! Lemme at ya, alien bastards!"
    • Catherine Morland: "You think fiction is real? Of course it is, thanks to the Multiverse's infinite probabilities! Though pity in your case that includes Austen's works..."
    • Arthur C. Clarke: "C-Clarke, you godless commie bastard! Scientific genius~ Mystical weirdo! Brilliant author~ I hate you! Please don't leave me~"

Master: She's going to be drawn to anyone in a military profession, like Kuzuki, Kiritsugu, or Extra Rin. Would also love to be summoned in either the Moon Cell, Servantverse, or Grand Orders (which is probably why it's better not to)
Natural Enemy: Paul Verhoeven, Ursula K. LeGuin. Frenemies with both Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke

    Parameters

    Strength: ***** C (B)
    Endurance: ***** D (C)
    Agility: ***** C (D)
    Mana: ***** E
    Luck: ***** C
    Noble Phantasm: ***** C

    Class Skills

    Territory Defence

A power manifested to protect allies and ally territory. The higher the rank, the larger the defensive area.
    - Rank D: 'Pay it forward' Her Noble Phantasm projects a Bounded Field 'electro-magnetic forcefield' covering her immediate area, reducing allied damage from physical and energy attacks.

    Personal Skills

    All Kinds of Specialisations

The access and use of many professional skills.
    - Rank C: <<Competent Man>> In full: A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyse a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. Can be called a specialisation in generalisation. Skilled in writing, engineering, astrophysics, sailing, marksmanship, mathematics, linguistics, psychology, and interior design. Ranked two lower than the Hundred-Faced Hassan as Shielder has but a single body.

    Era Observation (Future)

The observation of the flow of eras and its incorporation into writing.
    - Rank B: 'Big Three of Science Fiction' Whereas normally this Skill is linked with historians and historical writers, this is an alternate version used by science-fiction writers to predict future eras. Shielder is credited with writing about computer-aided design, cellphones, the Space Race, 60s counterculture, and gender confirmation technology years before they became commonplace. Not that Shielder got eveerything right, like seriously overestimating the habitability of Mars.

    Eye of the Mind (True)

Heightened observational ability refined through experience.
    - Rank B: 'Grok' An ideal of Shielder's own invention that is hard to explain, but can be expressed as 'To comprehend completely'. Applied to war, it is the belief that one must fully embrace their foe's mindset, 'know thy enemy'. That said, Shielder's own stubbornness prevents her from using this skill to its fullest. Allows for calm analysis of battle conditions after considering all possible courses of action.

    Hard Workers Are Rewarded

A strongly internalised ideal of meritocracy and denial of inheritance.
    - Rank A: <<TANSTAAFL>>There ain't no such thing as a free lunch, one of Heinlein's most infamous phrases. Whenever within the area covered by Shielder's Territory Defence, all inherited Skills (e.g. Imperial Privilege) are lowered by one Rank, while any learned Skill is boosted by one Rank. One drawback to her though is that this Skill does not distinguish between ally and enemy, though said enemies would have to get dangerously close to her to even access it anyway.

(If summoned as other Classes, Heinlein could potentially possess the Skills Marksmanship, Galvanism, Voyager of the Storm, Voyager of the Stars, Human Observation, her Noble Phantasm could be reduced to the Mechanized Armor skill, and her Broken Phantasm to the Overload Skill)

    Noble Phantasms

    Power Armor
    Space Marine Full Plate

    Rank: B
    Type: Support

A machine exoskeleton that reimagines full plate armour for a hi-tech future world. While the idea existed before Shielder, with early designs attempted by Nicholas Yagin and Leslie C. Kelley around the turn of the Century, Shielder was one who cemented the concept in the public imagination and wrote in-detail about its functions. It is one of Shielder's two qualifications for the Class, the other being her general 'defend the nation' militarism.

Being the ur-suit of powered armor in the public imagination, Shielder's exoskeleton (which she has nicknamed 'the Lexington') possesses all the capabilities Power Armor is typically shown to possess in fiction, including rocket-boosted flight, forcefield barriers, targeting systems, energy absorption, and materialisation via a codeword of her choice rather than having to put it on manually. Her Strength and Endurance are raised by one Rank while in Power Armor, but at the cost of her Agility being ranked down.

    The World As Myth
    All Fiction is Fact

    Rank: B
    Type: Support

Shielder's later writings were dominated by the idea, with there being at least one dimension for every possibility within the Multiverse, that every fictional world did happen in at least one parallel reality. While Shielder would refuse to call it that, this idea is essentially Second Magic as applied specifically to fiction. She claims to be able to access up to (66)6*10,314,424,798,490,535,546,171,949,056 fictional worlds, though that number is clearly suspect.

In another Class like Caster or Voyager, this Noble Phantasm would become much more expansive. Summoned as Shielder though, Heinlein's World as Myth becomes limited to the armor and outfits she wears. It makes her able to freely swap out any part or the whole of her armor for any from another fictional world, both other sets of power armor but also dragon-mail, runic plate, cybernetic morphsuits, military Kevlar, form-hiding cowboy longcoats, and so on, all while recharging mana in a manner similar to the Jewelled Sword Zelretch (though working less efficiently due to Shielder being nowhere near Zelretch's level).

She'll usually stick to pulling from either her own works or public domain, likes of the works of Edgar Rice Burroughs or L. Frank Baum. The World As Myth isn't limited to these, but as an author she'd rather avoid the risk of a lawsuit all the same.

Notes: Had the idea for a genderbent Heinlein Servant for a while, but always thought they were a bit too recent (died in the 1980s). Then I saw LHotC's Arthur C. Clarke sheet and though 'Eh, might as well now'

Disclaimer-Show? another fairly jokey sheet, sorta in-between projects rn, I swear I've got like, actual, wholly original servants up next, not derivatives. Additionally, Merlin's confinement is played super fast and loose for the sake of premise and the bit, at least I think, I'm a bit confused on all that. So my apologies if it's fucked.

"ZZRT-ante. Bradamante! Hey, it's me, Merlin, speaking directly to you!"
The Lancer shot straight up from her reclined position in one of Chaldea's lounges, snapping awake from the drowsiness that had been settling upon her mere moments before. The excitable paladin frantically looked around for the source of the voice, but after a few swivels of her head, she realized- hey, duh, he just said he was speaking directly. Hopefully, he ah, wasn't watching her right at that moment.
"Aughh- Master Merlin! Hi! Hey! What's ah- what's happening? Is something wrong? Ooh, have you finally sighted Ruggiero somewhere?"
"No, nothing is wrong- and I'm afraid I haven't- HOWEVER! I have something of great importance! A Quest! A SPECIAL quest that only YOU can undertake, Bradamante!"
"A-a special one? Only for me? From you? I- I'm honored, but.... no! I can't refuse! I accept, no matter what it takes!"
"I knew I could count on you! Alright- I'm going to warp you to the tower now!"
    "You're gonna wha-"
    -VWIP-

    True Name: Bradamante
    Alignment: Lawful Good
    Place of Origin: France

"-at?.... Huh? Master Merlin! It's you! And is this-"
Bradamante had been rayshifted by the Grand Caster into his great white tower in the reverse side of the world- The Tower of Avalon. She gazed out for a moment, upon the flowered fields below- it was as those who had seen his Noble phantasm used had described: An utterly serene, beautiful expanse, that seemed to go on forever.
"-Is my tower, yes! You're one of the few to ever step inside! If my memory serves me correctly- I do believe the last one was Bedivere, before he ascended to the throne... but do excuse my musings, my fair lady. Your Quest!"
"My Quest! What's going on with it- do I need to slay a great beast? Represent you in a duel? Track down a powerful artifact? Ente-"
"I need you to watch the tower while I'm out on Business."
    "....huh?"
"It's very important! As my Number One Servant Ally , I'm sure you know- I can't actually leave the tower. Normally, it's just a projection of myself- and while technically I'll still be here, a part of me anyways, MOST of me will be elsewhere, for EXTREMELY important business- I wouldn't be asking you otherwise."
    "..What sorta-"
"It's super secret! It's a caster thing- you know how dastardly most of us mages are, ahaha."
...It was a Magi-Mari meetup. He'd treated himself to too much wine one night while streaming, and drunkenly promised that she was, "totally super real" and would have an in-person meetup somewhere in the servantverse... or was it somewhere with some of the remaining Dead Apostles? He forgot. Regardless, he had coordinates, and they were gonna be watching really carefully on the magical side of things, so he had to be CAREFUL-careful. Vtuber fans are RABBID.
"-But nevermind it! Because I've got to go with most of me, I have to find a bit of a workaround for the Tower's curse that keeps me here. However, if you would allow me to alter your saint graph into being a Pretender, pretending to be me- JUST for the week I'm gone! No longer! I'd neeeeever do that to my best friend!"
    "W-we're best friends?"
"...How can you not be! You're ahh... well, frankly, you're the only one who will give me the time of day, so yes!"
"Wow... but are you sure I'm the person for this? I don't even know the first thing about magecraft."
Merlin visibly grimaced with the next sentence
"...Again- only one who will ever even hear me out."
"Right... but I really don't think-"
"Oh c'mon! Think of how great it would be to be:"

    "Merlin, Magus of Flowers!"

"... I don't even look anything like you though, what if someone checks in?"
"Well I'm not going to leave you hanging- you'll actually be:"

    Bradamante-Myrddin
    Class: Pretender
    Other Classes: Lancer, Rider, Saber

"Well that's much better, but... can I at least get your kimono?"
"No, that's mine, it's ionic. Can't go without it!"
"That-... you know what, sure. Whatever. Just a week, right?"
"Only that, nothing more. I'll owe you one!"
    "...huh. Deal!"

    Parameters:
    STR: D
    END: D-
    AGI: C
    MGI: D
    LCK: D
    NP: C

    Height: 170 cm
    Weight: 55kg
    Likes: Fou
    Dislikes: Magicians

    Attribute: Earth
Traits: Brynhildr's Beloved, Female, Hominidae Servant, Humanoid, Servant, Weak to Enuma Elish
    Armament: "Staff" (Axe)
    Catalyst: Not properly summonable

    Class Skills:
    Dependent Manifestation D
    :
A skill received from taking on a small part of Merlin's spirit origin. It is functionally identical to Independent Manifestation, but is labeled as such due to the form being a creation of Merlin, and her being tied to his tower.
A special Skill that permits unsupported manifestation into reality, without necessity of energy cost or of summoning by a Master; effectively, the Skill serves as an enhanced version of Independent Action. This skill signifies a confirmed existence.
Regardless, she is persisting independently otherwise, the high mana cost required to keep her as such being fulfilled by the high density of it in The Reverse Side of The World, long enough to sustain her in good form for the week.

Camouflage D: A Skill that allows a Servant to disguise their Class and parameters.
A necessary skill for Bradamante to impersonate Merlin with, and fullfill the requirement of "Merlin being in the tower".
It's at such a low rank, because Merlin didn't put much effort in, and she's doing a terrible job. However, it would be even lower if not for Angelica Cathay.

Magic Resistance A: Nullifies Magecraft Spells ranked A or below. Modern Mages would not be able to wound Bradamante with their Magecraft. Bradamante's original Rank in the Magic Resistance Skill is C, but it is being increased considerably due to the effect of one of her Noble Phantasms.
It made it annoying to actually alter her saint graph

    Personal Skills:
    Cancellation of Magecraft C
    :
Cancels magical effects on oneself or one of their allies. If it is a Magecraft that is ranked B or below, it is automatically cancelled, but in order to cancel Magecraft that is Rank A or above, a Luck Check becomes necessary. It is a Skill originating from Bradamante’s Second Noble Phantasm

Knight of the White Feather -:
A skill she lost due to the quick, resisted work on her spirit origin

    Merit of Claremont B:
One's pride and mentality as a person who was born in the House of Clermont becoming a Skill. In order to catch up to her elder brother Rinaldo and his fierce swordsmanship techniques, Bradamante tried every single thing. Even if she was an ordinary person, even if what she was doing is liable to madness, and even if it was a gruesome battlefield, she will run past people from behind to move forward. Bradamante will not give up in any way, and she will catch hold of victory.
While she's learned she's hopeless with magecraft as she understands it, this mindset would cause her to seek unconventional workarounds.

    Mana-Discharge E:
A skill bestowed upon her that lets her discharge a small amount of stored mana- for a non-magecraft user like Bradamante, it is a vital skill to have for living in Merlin's magically aligned living space.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Angelica Cathay

    Rank C Barrier

This magical ring was once the property of the beautiful foreign princess Angelica, with whom the Paladins Roland and Rinaldo fell madly in love. It is thought to nullify any and all magecraft. Through various twists of fate Bradamante came to possess it, and made great use of its power in saving Ruggiero from the evil magician Atlantes. She owes both her A-rank Magic Resistance (originally C rank) and her Cancellation of Magecraft skill to the effect of this Noble Phantasm.
While in her normal manifestation, it is built into her spear, and thus isn't used for the purpose, but in this form, she can make use of it's ability to confer invisibility upon the wearer.

    A Call for Aid
    Rank D Summon

A premade one-time magic circle made for Bradamante in case something serious should happen. While he can return on his own, it is an emergency summoning spell to summon him back at a moment's notice. It comes with clear instructions, but it could be used to summon a related figure in a pinch.

    Lore:
"So all you need to do is stay safe, hang around in the tower, and lower the windows if it rains. If anything weird happens, or you accidentally bump into my stuff, just call me, alright? I gotta get going soon, I'm cutting things rather close"
"-Sure thing... wait, how do you do that?"
"Just ahh, hit the white button. Okseeyoubye!~"
And thus, the magus was gone.

Personality: Same as she ever was.

    Relationships:
Merlin- "Merlin is an exception to Bradamante's general distaste for magi by whose hands she had suffered greatly in life. During her adventures, she received the Grand Magician's counsel through the sorceress Melissa. To Bradamante, he is an object of veneration"
She's a touch frustrated with him at the moment though.

    Creator Notes:
Show?- I promise this actually goes somewhere, I swear- The "Proper" Pretender Bradamante is something that I'm working on, I just wanna finagle everyone else in the story first.
    - Purposely barebones, as she's JUST above being a wraith. Fun little creation detail, the design came from a partially-finished sketch of a different design entirely. Ultimately, it comes out looking like a half-finished, dollar store cosplay for some random Merlin knockoff in a Korean cashgrab gacha, which I think fits. Obviously, new one for the Proper Pretender version, but that's gonna be a little while.
    - Doing the Sorceress Melissa next, that'll have more info on the whole scenario

    Parameters:

    STR: C
    END: B
    AGI: B
    MGI: D
    LCK: C
    NP: B

    Height: 191cm
    Weight: 120lbs
    Likes: Human rights, aiding others
    Dislikes: Dictators
    Talent: Being First Lady
Natural Enemy: Christopher Columbus, Qin Shi Huang, Arjuna Alter, Ivan The Terrible
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Female, Humanoid, Weak to Enuma Elish
Armament: An elegant but simple bow. She shoots arrows with it as her primary weapon.
Catalyst: Her First Lady Gown, a copy of the International Human rights Declaration

    Class Skills:

God's Resolution C: She gains this skill as a Ruler class, which permits her to, in a standard Grail War, gain three command seals, which can be used on any other Servant of her choice.

Magic Resistance E: She never encountered magic in life and as such gains a minimal rank in this skill, only capable of resisting low-ranked spells.

True Name Discernment B: She is capable of easily finding out a target's True Name and parameters, though skills would take an additional Luck check.

    Personal Skills:

First Lady Of The World A: She was called the "First Lady Of The World" due to her incredible human rights achievements. As a skill, this permits her to utilize the earth itself to sense beings nearby her easily. In addition, this also grants her a Rank-Up to agility whenever she is going to aid anyone.

Spread the Word B: She was the first First Lady to hold press conferences, write a newspaper column, host a radio show, and speak at a Party convention. As a skill, this permits her to far more easily spread any message she states, having it echo throughout and be channeled so that everyone which she wishes to hear it can easily hear it.

Arthurdale D: The sublimation of the city of Arthurdale, a community she created to help those in need, which horribly failed due to the clash of accomodating those in need and making sure that it would be self-sufficient. As a skill, this permits her to create "communities" which heal those in need. However, they collapse after a short time.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Universal Declaration of Human Rights
All Individuals Have Inherent And Inalienable Rights

    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank: B
    Range: 100 meters
    Max Targets: Infinity

The sublimation of her creation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which played a major part in the laws of dozens of countries. As a Noble Phantasm, when activated, a wave of energy appears from her that declares the rights of all beings within the zone, no matter what or who they are, even including Heroic Spirits within. These rights include: A constant healing effect on all, symbolizing the Right to Healthcare. An immunity to anything which "traps within a place", the symbolization of the Right to Freedom of Movement. An immunity to forcible control, symbolizing the Right to Liberty. All damage taken by beings within the zone will be redirected up to a certain threshold, symbolizing the Right to Life. However, if one of them fails in the order they are written, then that effect will collapse, and so will all following it.

Lore: Eleanor Roosevelt was the First Lady of the United States for the longest duration of any sitting First Lady due to her husband FDR's four presidential terms. She was also a United States Ambassador to the United Nations for a long time, and helped draft the International Human Rights Decree.

Personality: A kind and helpful person who always wants to aid others who come nearby. She hates leaving people to not get the help they need, so always keeps a stockpile of supplies just incase. She dislikes entering battle, but will if she has to to stop more destruction. She abhors dictators and those who try to impress their will.

    Relationships:

Qin Shi Huang: "You impose your will on your people? You think you are a god? How utterly horrible in your behavior. Shame on you!"

Ivan The Terrible: "I understand you didn't intend to, but your decision destroyed your people."

Arjuna Alter: "Constantly purging? How dare you. How. Dare. You!"

Christopher Columbus: "A foul shadow blotting our past."

Abigail Williams: "How dare that eldritch being get its grasp on your mind!"

Geronimo: "I wish... we had supported your people. But... Although I couldn't help then.. I can now."

Billy the Kid: "All I see is a poor child, wishing to have been saved."

Alice Roosevelt: "Oh, Cousin! It's so wonderful to see you here! How have you been? .... And where did you get that katana?"

Lyudmila Pavlichenko: "How are you, dear Lyudmilla? ...No, no, no, now is a time of peace... shhh.."

    Saber - Emilie du Chatelet

    Saber of Physics

    (By Tanabe Kyou and Vofan)

    True Name: Emilie du Chatelet
    Alternate Classes: Rider, Caster
    Source: History
    Region: France
    Catalyst: Her happiness journal.
    Armament: 18th-century fencing sabre.

Description: One of the most accomplished female scientists of the Enlightenment, known for discovering the law of total energy conversation and her textbook Institutions de Physique. She has a somewhat twofold personality, becoming solemnly serious and determined whenever the topic of science is at hand, but then lightening up considerably and having fun outside of her research. Either way though, while usually cordial she can be furiously outspoken whenever others start acting up and behaving improperly.

She had associations with many likeminded thinkers, most notably her close but exasperating boyfriend Voltaire and Newton whose magnum opus she translated, but also Leibniz, Euler, Frederick the Great, Johann II Bernoulli, Maupertuis, Alexis Clairaut, and Immanuel Kant. At a time where most were split between Newton’s and Leibniz’s conceptions of the universe, Chatelet took the middle ground and was able to synthesise their ideas, made more impressive by her closeness to the massively anti-Leibniz Voltaire. Because of this and many other debates she got into in life, she does find the idea of Enlightenment as a polite and civil time rather quaint and tends to try and shut down arguments fast.

She has a strong belief in universal principles that could even be called moralistic, thinking reality would fall into chaos without them, where two and two could equal six. While she’s skeptical of Magecraft overall, she can find common ground in aspects of magic that reflect in belief in universal principles, such as Origins and Elements. While she’s eager to learn about new developments in science since her death, the notion of quantum physics makes her uneasy given how much it complicates and contradicts her beloved universal principles, and of course leads to even more arguments.

As a side-note, while Chatelet means 'gatehouse' or 'fort', it's pronounced close enough to 'Chat elle est' (Cat she is).

    Alignment: Neutral Good
Likes: Science, resolving disputes, pulling all-nighters, polygamy, meeting with likeminded people, teaching, universal principles, Voltaire usually
Dislikes: Petty squabbles, being defined mainly by the men in her life, barriers to education, being left out, depression, Voltaire’s shenanigans
Wish: For her and her daughter Stanislas-Adelaide to have survived their deaths.
    Attribute: Star

    Relationships:
    • Leibniz: “Ah, please don’t take anything Voltaire says to heart, he can be a bit volatile…”
    • Euler: “So good to see you again! Tell me, what progress have you made?”
    • Tesla & Edison: *sigh* “A pity such brilliant ideas went to such crooked, belligerent men…”
    • Heinlein: “I take that back; you may be more insufferable than Tesla and Edison combined.”
    • Goethe: “He may’ve made some mistakes early in life, but haven’t we all? A most talented thinker, shame I didn’t live long enough to interact with him.”
    • Hooke: “I’m… sorry for everything with Newton. With my connection to him, I can’t help but bear some of the blame for what he did.”
    • Goddard: “Oh, do persevere with what you’re doing. Just, ahem, watch where you point those things…”

Master: Could fit well with both Rin and Rani, interestingly enough.
Natural Enemy: John Locke, a certain Eldritch Colour

    Parameters

    Strength: ***** C
    Endurance: ***** C
    Agility: ***** C
    Magic: ***** D
    Luck: ***** C
    Noble Phantasms: ***** B

    Class Skills

    Magic Resistance

    A built-up immunity to magic.
    - Rank C: Cancels spells with a chant below two verses. As an exemplar of the Enlightenment, Saber lived during a downtime in the mortal world’s contact with magic, though her natural skepticism does help guard her from its effects.

    Riding

    Handling of mounts and vehicles.
    - Rank C: Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above average skill. While Saber was a trained equestrian, it’s not what she’s particularly noted for.

    Personal Skills

    All Kinds of Specialisations

Ability to use many professional skills.
    - Rank B: Talents include physics, mathematics, writing, translation, linguistics, swordplay, equestrianism, economics, gambling, acting, romance, opera singing, keyboard playing, dancing, religious studies, and philosophy. Can all be used with a proficiency of at least Rank C.

"You see, I have some leisure skills, ergo I do know how to have fun. Although I stress, not that science isn't fun"

    Mana Burst (Flames)

A variation of Mana Burst that infuses a flame effect.
    - Rank C: Can wreath weapons and objects in flames through her knowledge of heat energy and experiments into the properties of fire, having written a Dissertation on Fire. Able to make the flames burn stronger through her Single-Mindedness skill.

"How fascinating is thermodynamics! Just be careful not to, well, burn down a whole forest... Forget I said anything."

    Single-Mindedness

    A superhuman degree of focus.
    - Rank B: Saber was a tireless writer and researcher, working on from dusk till dawn even when her health declined before her death. In battle, this has the bonus effect of refining her swordplay.

"I know it's past midnight, but I have to keep writing! Huh? Oh there's no deadline, I'm doing this is my free time. Could use a coffee though..."

    Technique Elucidation

    Interpretation and restoration of formulas.
    - Rank A: Two of Saber’s most famous writings was the Institutions de Physique, which began as an instructional book for her thirteen-year-old son, and the still-standard French translation of Newton’s masterwork Principia Mathematica. Allows for rapid comprehension of concepts devised by fellow scientists and for her to instruct others in these concepts in turn.

"To you it may sound like simply a wall of words, but I assure you, it is a perfectly understandable concept once you break it down!"

    Noble Phantasms

    Conservation d’Energie
    First Law of Thermodynamics

    Rank: B
    Type: Support, Anti-Unit

"There is no creation or destruction, only transformation. Question is, can your minds even comprehend that? I am no notorious duelist, but... En Garde!"

What may have been Saber’s greatest scientific discovery, the scientific law that energy may be altered from form to form, but that total energy cannot be lost or diminished. An example is how when an apple is eaten, it is converted into consumed chemical energy as well the mechanical energy of the jaws. It was proven by an experiment conceived by Willem Gravesande but not attempted till Saber herself did so, where two balls were dropped from on high onto soft clay, the Law later reinforced by the algebraist Emmy Noether.

As a Saber, she can through calculations apply this law onto any sword she carries, transforming the standard mechanical energy of a thrust or swing into forms such as light and heat, turning her blade into a construct more like pure energy than steel.

However, due to the inherent differences between classical and quantum physics, this Noble Phantasm would not be able to convert itself to nuclear energy, with all its devastation. Even with access to the modern knowledge on physics granted by the Grail and then sought out first thing by Saber, it is unlikely she’d create her own nuclear sword even if she could, due to its obvious instability. Plus, well, she may have something of an aforementioned bone to pick with quantum physics.

If summoned as Rider, she could be able to apply this Phantasm instead to a horse or vehicle charge.

    Colour out of Space (Theoretical)
Nova Spectrum: Alien Light from Another Star

    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Army

"My mind has conceived sights and sensations you couldn't even dream of. Well, if it's come this... My Coup de Grace!"

Possibly the furthest-reaching scientific theory Saber ever came up with, especially for her time, was in her Dissertation on Fire. In the text she theorises about hypothetical colours emitted by sunlight from other stars, colours that can’t be seen on Earth. All almost two centuries before the definitive Cosmic Horror author would write about the same phenomenon.

Saber’s death is well-documented, preventing her from qualifying for her Foreigner Class. However, through this Noble Phantasm she can manifest a scientific phenomenon surprisingly like that of a certain ‘truly alien’ Horror, but through human rationalisation and calculation rather than the contradiction thereof.

Whenever channelling her Mana Burst (Flames) Skill through her sword, Saber’s calculations can have the flames take unearthly colours, through her approximations of what extra-terrestrial light could be. The obvious battlefield advantage is how disorientating suddenly seeing colours never seen on Earth would be to any enemy, but they also have an additional delirium inducement (a ‘roll for sanity’ you could say) via hypnosis. This may tie back in with Saber’s own psyche, her regularly feeling herself to be the most, if only, rational person in the room.

Also, while Saber’s death is undisputed, Voltaire’s on the other hand…

Eleanor Roosevelt: Pretty cool sheet for a more modern heroine. Your way of coming up with simple but creative Skills for figures with less obvious or flashy feats is impressive as always. Feels almost like she could be a Shielder with her mentality and that NP (the Universal Declaration of Human Rights being a "shield" that protects people from harm). I'd be curious how she'd react to my Alice Roosevelt and Lyudmila Pavlichenko sheets.

Hmm, I actually didn't consider that haha I was originally thinking ruler or archer, but you're right, shielder does make sense. I'll add it as an alternate class.

Alice Roosevelt: "Oh, Cousin! It's so wonderful to see you here! How have you been? .... And where did you get that katana?"

Lyudmila Pavlichenko: "How are you, dear Lyudmilla? ...No, no, no, now is a time of peace... shhh.."

    NP: B

    Height: 181cm

    Talent: Using the "little path"
    Natural Enemy: Sessyoin Kiara
    Attribute: Man
Traits: Female, Humanoid, Weak to Enuma Elish
    Armament: N/A
    Catalyst: Her relics and/or artifacts

    Class Skills:

God's Resolution B: She gains one command seal for each servant in the grail war, and can utilize them all, though she prefers not to.

Magic Resistance E++: She never encountered magic in life, and as such has a minimal rank in this. However, due to her status as a saint, this skill surges up to C whenever she isn't doing something which would "besmirch the honor of a saint" and all the way up to A against christian magecraft.

True Name Discernment C: She is capable of finding someone's true identity and parameters quickly. Skills will require a luck check, though.

    Personal Skills:

Three Mirrors B: The sublimation of her showing of the three mirrors, each one representing one of the Holy Trinity. As a skill, this allows her to manifest "mirrors" around and in front of her which allow her to reflect back at someone all their positive parts in a way which also allows them to view their negative parts.

Pray for Priests B: She believed that her vocation was to pray for the priests. As a skill, this manifests as the capability to "follow up", duplicating skills of her targets with a 1~2 rank drop for a short time, though she will generally only use this skill on skills that bring joy or healing.

The Little Way A: She believed the main way which she could be of help was "the little way", a path she utilized which talked about doing small acts of kindness as much as you can. She envisioned them as flowers. As a skill, this allows her to manifest flowers, trailing down from her hands and from her step. Each flower is the sublimation of a small act of kindness, rejuvenating and healing whomever touches it next.

Saint N/A: She has voluntarily sealed this skill, for she does not believe she is worthy of being declared a saint. If she had this skill, it would allow for "production of a holy shroud" or high-level automatic HP recovery.

    Noble Phantasm(s):

    Merciful Love
    Aflame, I Entrust Myself

    Type: Support
    Rank: B
    Range: 100 meters
    Max Targets: Anyone

The sublimation of her beliefs in merciful love and giving herself as a sacrifice to the merciful love. This has fused with the anecdote in which a curtain she was standing at caught fire while she was acting in a play as Jeanne D'Arc. This noble phantasm allows her to manifest balls of flame, which each heal, rejuvenate, and reassure anyone caught in them. When its true name is called, another titanic fireball appears, consuming her spiritual core while spreading a wave of joy.

Lore: Therese of Lisieux was a Discalced Carmelite nun and Saint who has been widely venerated in the modern day as a result of her simple and practical approach to the spiritual life, with her home even becoming one of the most popular places to go on a pilgrimage to, after Lourdes. She felt a call to nunhood when she was young, and after facing trials, became a nun. Eighteen months before her death, she faced a crisis of faith combined with her new tuberculosis, which she died from eighteen months later.

Personality: A kind and calm individual. She absolutely adores peace, and will do whatever she can to stop fights, no matter what or who will get harmed. She refuses her title of Sainthood because she feels she wasn't worthy, for when she was young she wanted to be a Saint. She has no wish for the grail, as she is a Ruler Class.

    Relationships:

Jeanne D'Arc: "Oh, Ms. D'Arc! My goodness, what a pleasure to meet you! You were one of my inspirations."

Martha: "...You don't have to hide who you really are. I know you're a good person."

David: "...Bathsheba? Really?... but I understand, you did your best."

Georgios: "Hmm, those photographs are absolutely beautiful."

Amakusa Shirou: "What do you mean, you're the closest thing to a Japanese saint? There are a lot of Japanese Saints."

Sessyoin Kiara: "You... why do you want to lead people astray?"

    Berserker - C.S. Lewis

Brought this idea up in The Womb, my delusional British Berserker of unrealistic novels with a world-warping NP. Er, no, the other one:

    Berserker of Childhood Fantasy

    (Artist: Aquariumtama)

    True Name:
    Clive Staples Lewis
Alternate Classes: Caster of Truth, Archer of Lies, Shielder of the Blitz, Faker (in the guise of the ‘Prodigal Son’), Voyager of Perelandra
    Source: History
Region: England, Ireland, and the world over
Catalyst: A stone from Northern Ireland’s Mourne Mountains, or a preserved piece of Turkish Delight.
    Armament: WWI machine-gun

Description: The author of the foundational Children’s Fantasy series The Chronicles of Narnia, among other works such as The Cosmic Trilogy, The Screwtape Letters, The Great Divorce, and several academic and religious writings. If anything, all his writings are religious writings, with him being infamous for use of his Christian allegory (even ‘allegory’ may be a generous term at times), having been born again into the Anglian Church.

He served in both World Wars, though as an Oxford Home Guard in the second, and supported the Blitz evacuation. He was close friends with fellow author and academic JRR Tolkien (who incidentally almost got a Sealing Designation put on him when his Rune Magic research became increasingly public), despite their completely opposite views on allegory. He died around the same time as both JFK and Aldous Huxley, two men who he feels odd in the company of.

Like another author Servant, he has been summoned in the form of his child self as a Servant. Unlike said Servant however, this seems to have been both foreseen and intended on Berserker’s part, due to his belief that an embrace of childhood is a sign of true adulthood and idealisation of childhood innocence.

    Attribute: Sky
    Alignment: Lawful Insane
Likes: Anglicanism, fairy tales, mythology, blatant metaphors, Oxford, children at heart
Dislikes: Atheism, sectarian conflict, animal cruelty, the Ministry of Information, those who strive for ‘adulthood’
Wish: To grant salvation to all ‘children of heart’, and damnation to all those who’ve strayed from ‘childhood wonder’. His Wish would likely be more reasonable summoned in any other Class.

    Relationships:
    • Andersen: ‘John the Baptist’
    • Shakespeare: ‘Wise King of Old’
    • Shikibu: ‘Lilith’
    • Dumas: ‘Non-canonical Epistler’
    • Baudelaire: ‘False Messiah’
    • Goethe: ‘Redeemed St. Paul’
    • Kafka: ‘Jezebel’
    • Heinlein: ‘False Prophet’
    • Master: He may be a natural fit if any child displaced by the Grail War summoned their own Servant. Or at least he’d fit any academic Mage more sympathetic to the Church. More worryingly, his second Phantasm may be of interest to one Ryuunosuke Uryuu.
    • Natural Enemy: William Blake, Olaf Stapledon, Philip Pullman.

    Parameters

    Strength: ***** D
    Endurance: ***** D
    Agility: ***** E
    Magic: ***** C
    Luck: ***** C
    Noble Phantasm: ***** C

    Class Skills

    Mad Enhancement

Increased power in exchange for loss of sanity.
    - Rank EX: Berserker’s madness takes on an alternate form to the typical battle-rage. Instead, Berserker becomes incapable of seeing anything outside of the lens of Christianity, with anything and everything somehow representative of God or Satan to him, forming the basis for his Noble Phantasm. This can be compared to the Protection of the Faith Skill, though Berserker does not qualify for that as he never ‘sacrificed’ himself for faith due to lack of opportunity.

    Territory Defence

A power manifested to protect allies and ally territory. The higher the rank, the larger the defensive area.
    - Rank D: Normally the Shielder Class Skill, Berserker’s WW2 involvement in the Home Guard and taking in Blitz evacuees has granted him a basic Rank.

    Personal Skills

    Demon of Rationality

Value of logic and rationality above all, becoming able to nullify fate, theology, and mental interference at the cost of one’s own human nature.
    - Rank D>E: Rank reduced under Mad Enhancement. While a born-again Christian, Berserker still employed rational arguments as his go-to method of Apologetics, though the actual effectiveness of his arguments is questionable. Effects of the Divine and Demonic are reduced if from a pagan source, but no protection is granted towards Christian Sacraments.

    Inkling

Membership in the Oxford Literary Circle that focused on and promoted fantasy fiction.
    - Rank A: The most famous Inkling along with J.R.R. Tolkien. Allows the use of the Skills Appreciation of the Arts and Era Observation as applied to accounts and artifacts from the Age of Gods, including Rune Magic.

    Overshadowed Death

The circumstances to have one’s death go unnoticed due to simultaneous deaths.
    - Rank B: Berserker died in 1963, the same year as fellow writer Aldous Huxley and, most sensationally of all, President John F Kennedy. While his death wasn’t entirely unnoticed, this did lead to it getting drowned out in the news. Whenever Berserker is brought near death, the enemy Servant with the greatest Fame will receive a Rank down to Luck and Endurance.

    Trilemma

The argument from belief that there can be no morally good pretenders to Divinity.
    - Rank A: One of Berserker’s Christian apologetics, which he did not come up with yet popularised anyway, arguing against any favourable atheistic opinion towards Jesus. If one claims to be Divine but isn’t, then either they are a liar or a madman. Allows Berserker to inflict an equivalent Rank of his own Mad Enhancement on any pagan target with a rank in Divinity.

    Noble Phantasms

    Friend of Narnia
    Everyone is Jesus in Purgatory

    Rank: E~B
    Type: Anti-Fortress
    Range: Line of Sight

The crystallisation of Berserker’s ever-present use of Christian allegory, when not Christianity outright, in all his writings. Like a Christian-specific use of the Enchant Skill increased to the level of a Noble Phantasm, Berserker can imbue anything with the slightest similarity to a Biblical character, object, or event with all the qualities of such, imbuing them with Divinity or Demonic Mutation or at least reducing the Target’s Luck as their fate becomes intertwined with a Christian event or character.

As examples of this, anyone noble and sacrificial can be granted a ‘Jesus’ enchantment, bestowing Divinity and a one-time Resurrection, a kinslayer or anyone suspected to have the potential to be one can be granted the aspect of ‘Cain’, anyone who suffers can become ‘Job’ and hence continue to be fated to suffer, and anyone particularly tempting can be imbued with the aspect of ‘Satan’ and gain Demonic energy. This can apply to locations to, like a tranquil garden can become ‘Eden’, or a sturdy vehicle can become ‘Noah’s Arc’. Of most concern, this Phantasm could risk a Holy Grail becoming the actual Cup of Christ, or at least becoming much closer in nature to it. As all of these are born from Berserker’s delusions though, they can only receive half the power of the Biblical original at most.

One would assume Berserker would use this Phantasm to become like Jesus or another great Biblical hero, but he would see doing so as blasphemy. Instead, he synchronises himself to the character of the Prodigal Son, with the effect of granting a Luck boost upon asking for forgiveness.

    Operation Pied Piper
    From One War to Another

    Rank: C
    Type: Support
    Range: Self-Field Territory

The name given to the initiative to evacuate children from the London Blitz. Berserker was but participant among many in this effort, yet the Blitz evacuation becoming the subsequent inciting incident in The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe has forever linked him with the evacuation effort in the public imagination.

Though while Berserker’s involvement may have given the Blitz evacuation a rosy image, in reality the Operation was often mishandled and a cause of controversy and even protest. Let’s just say that most children weren’t taken in by anyone nearly as kindly as Professor Kirke. Whereas summoned as Shielder this Phantasm may fit the idealised image of the Blitz evacuation, as Berserker it embodies the evacuation’s false promises, which were arguably reflected in Lewis’ writings (though he may disagree) as the Pevensies being evacuated from WW1 only led them to be drafted into the Narnian war.

This upgrades Berserker’s Territory Defence Skill to summon the Wraiths of children who died in the Blitz within said territory, evacuating them out of WW2 and this time into the Grail War. Obviously confused children make terrible soldiers, and while a sane Lewis would agree with that, under Mad Enhancement his instinct is to see the Blitz children as prophesised heroes a la his Pevensies. While not the tactic Berserker has in mind, there's at least the obvious psychological effect on enemies of sending children out to fight.

A strategy only a Berserker would think is a good idea, a Noble Phantasm with its Prototype in The Children’s Crusade

Huh, no comment on me giving Kafka tits last page?

And hey, Heinlein brought this on himself, there was actually a repeated interest in genderbending in his works (most notably I Will Fear No Evil)

Anyway, to quickly comment on the other sheets:

Guinevere: Sheesh, I remember how much difficulty I had guessing such a well-known character. I'm also one of those who imagine Fate-Guinevere looking like a female Shirou, though it dawned on me that the Rinoa faceclaim does make sense when you think about which animal squall and Arturia are both associated with. I do think more could've been done with her NP-wise than an army summon, but everything else is good

Mary Blair: I've actually known about her for a while, her own concept art is actually a lot more striking than Silver Age Disney's usual style (something Walt himself noted). I do like the idea of the wand that opens into a brush

Merlin-Bradamante: Yeah, guess I'd need to wait and see the eventual proper sheet to know what to think.

Eleanor Roosevelt: Great faceclaim, and someone I once considered writing up myself. With how accomplished she was though, I do feel a little more could've been worked into her profile

St Therese: The Joan of Arc connection is interesting, and it's rare to see a more recent Saint Servant

Thanks for your comments And that Lewis is really awesome, especially the first NP and that Overshadowed Death skill

I didn't have any concrete idea, but I know one of the more mystical interpretations of Guinevere is that she's said to symbolically embody the 'land of the Britons itself', Arthur's marriage to her being like a mystical marriage to the land. It's something I think tends to be phased out in later versions of the Mythos though

This could also tie back with her Giant heritage, given Britain and surrounds being said by Geoffrey of Monmouth to be inhabited by giants pre-Brutus

Edit: On another topic, about Lewis' second NP. I knew I wanted to give him at least something associated with the Blitz evacuation, since TLTW&TW is how most people are introduced to it these days, and he was part of the effort. I struggled for a while coming up with what the NP would even do, and especially how it'd still fit the Berserker class. What I came up with was more meant as 'story fuel' than anything designed to be a useful NP

    Gatekeeper - 'Video Game Boss'

So here's an idea that would've been perfect for the Unusual Summons Contest... had I not only just thought of it after I submitted two sheets and entries closed anyway

I Gatekeeper of Video Gaming IEr, don't take that out of context

    (Artist: Twai)

"Game Start, Master. Tell me, is this your first time playing the Holy Grail War?"

    True Name: 'Video Game Boss'
Alternate Classes: Shielder, Berserker, Rider, Watcher, MoonCancer (as a glitch), Saver
    Source: Videogames
Region: America (though has roots in Hong Kong cinema), worldwide
Catalyst: Source code from the 1974 game dnd
Armament: Multiple depending on the situation, but notable ones include oversized swords, qi-charged fists, dragon claws, alien tendrils, advanced robotics, and captured monsters.

Description: Based on the memetic concept of the 'videogame boss fight', Gatekeeper is a gestalt Servant composed of the code of collective videogame bosses who otherwise would barely be able to qualify as Wraiths (or if they could be Servants, e.g. Dracula, it'd be for reasons completely separate).

Gatekeeper's whole mindset is geared toward acting as an obstacle and providing a challenge for other Servants, not caring so much about actually 'winning' as for not going down without a fight. They hence spend a lot of time wondering about how to perform as the best obstacle they can be, even consulting guides and lectures on Boss design. The thought that there is a 'real world' not constructed from code, where people aren't naturally designed to be challenges, player vessels, or NPCs, is genuinely unnerving to them.

Actually holding a conservation with Gatekeeper can get awkward fast, as they seem to speak entirely in 'Boss Banter'. This tends to be a mixture of fighting taunts, mockery, special move incantations, long philosophical diatribes if it's getting near the end of the War, and vague hints about their weak point towards Servants who still don't get it.

    Attribute: Beast
Alignment: Lawful Evil, but more in function than personality
Likes: Optimised code, fitting music, elaborate titles, tripping up speedrunners, providing a challenge
Dislikes: Save-scumming, shoddy programming, dodge-rolling, button mashers, walkthroughs
Wish: Gatekeeper has no idea or has even considered this. They have been 'programmed' not to necessarily win, but act as a test of strength and obstacle to winning the Grail War.
Master: Going by similarity, they'd have to be someone who want to obstruct or intervene in the Grail war, but not necessarily win.
    Natural Enemy: Richard Garriott

    Parameters

Vary to their Ultimate One (Fake) Skill, but Gatekeeper's default stats upon summoning are:

    Strength: ***** C+
    Endurance: ***** C+
    Agility: ***** C+
    Magic: ***** C+
    Luck: ***** E
    Noble Phantasm: ***** B

    Class Skills

    Territory Creation

    The generation of advantageous territory.
    - Rank A: Creation of a 'Dungeon', a lair suited to a boss character or monster. Haunted castles, mad science labs, alien spaceships, ancient ruins, and stranger locales like places made out of food or the insides of giant beasts, all can be created by Gatekeeper, who you'd better hope doesn't make a Water Level.

"So adventurer, you have made it this far..."

    Territory Defence

A power manifested to protect allies and ally territory. The higher the rank, the larger the defensive area.
    - Rank B: Gatekeeper is designed to limit progress until they are defeated. Their allies, or 'boss minions', are also empowered.

"You know what they say, the more the merrier!"

    Personal Skills

    Golden Rule

    Talent to acquire wealth.
    - Rank B: Bosses almost always have loot to reward victorious players with. Nullified when their second NP is in effect.

"Alright, as promised, here's the Grail Badge. You've earned it, Trainer Servant."

Protection of the Music God (Fake)

A recognition of supreme musical skill, gained through personal accomplishment rather than divine favour. Makes possible to distinguish all kinds of sounds and play a masterful music performance.
    - Rank B: Bosses are beloved for their theme music, with players often disappointed when a boss theme is lacking.

"Nothing beats the sweet music of a hundred players rage-quitting in unison!"

    Shapeshift

    Transformation and possession.
    - Rank A: Bosses are infamous for shifting to another form after seemingly being defeated, further amplified by Gatekeeper's gestalt nature. As gods, demons, robots, aliens, and especially dragons make for common bosses, gatekeeper can use this Skill to grant themselves Divinity, Demonic Mutation, Mechanised Armour, Existence Outside the Domain, or Factor of the Dragon at Rank B.

"Did you think that was all it would take to defeat me?"

    Ultimate One (Fake)

An imitation of the Ultimate One Skill in which one's Parameters are always higher than one's opponent, but through other means than receiving reinforcement from the Planet.
    - Rank D~A: Entirely programmed to act as a check of how well a 'player' has mastered the 'game', Gatekeeper's stats will update their code to be slightly more advanced than their opponent.

"Get serious! Show me your moves!"

    Noble Phantasms

    Boss Mode
    Tailored to Fit the Game

    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Unit

    "Servant Gatekeeper
    Round 1, Fight!"

What exactly is needed to work as a videogame boss changes depending on what genre of game they are designed for. This Noble Phantasm takes the form of an almost total invincibility with one notable weak spot, with said weak spot altering itself according to the current 'genre' Gatekeeper is in, based on their analysis of the current enemy Servant and what game they are the 'player' of.

For example, the average Saber will be judged to be the 'player' of an RPG, making Gatekeeper vulnerable to certain classical elements and invulnerable to 'out of turn' attacks. The average Archer will be judged the player of an FPS, rendering Gatekeeper immune to all non-projectiles, the average Lancer a Platformer player where the weak point is shifted to Gatekeeper's head, the average Rider the player of a Racing Game where Gatekeeper's weak point will be placed away at a certain 'finish line'.

Going into specifics, unarmed Servants will be judged '2D Fighter' players, making gatekeeper invulnerable from the sides and only able to be attacked from the front, the back, below, or above. A Servant famed for military command will be judged an RTS player, giving an Anti-Army attribute to Gatekeeper's attacks, a Servant with Skills related to Territory a 'City Sim' or 'Tower Defence' player, giving an Anti-Fortress attribute to Gatekeeper's attacks. Servants famed for their musical ability 'Rhythm Game' players that must keep on the beat to Gatekeeper's theme, and Servants whose most prominent Skills are social-based the player of a 'dating sim' that must defeat Gatekeeper by saying the right answers and giving the right items.

An oddly specific form accessed by this Phantasm is the 'Unwinnable Boss', wherein gatekeeper gains complete invincibility... but only for his first time encountering an enemy Servant, being unusable in subsequent fights.

    Final Boss
It's All Come Down To This

    Rank: A+
    Type: Anti-World

"The Grail is the means by which all is revealed... Can't fret over every egg."

Another mode accessibly through their first Phantasm, but one so powerful and distinct that it qualifies as its own Phantasm. It can only be accessed by Gatekeeper if they make it to the Grail war's endgame as one of the last two Servants left, where they assume the title of the Final Boss of the Holy Grail War.

As Final Boss, all of Gatekeeper's Stats and Skills except Luck are increased to Rank A, they gain access to all the defeated Servants' Noble Phantasms as part of a 'Final Exam Boss Rush', and they gain the ability to resurrect themselves upon defeat twice, as having three Forms is usually the standard for Final Bosses.

Given the propensity for the Final Bosses being gods, if not God, if summoned as Saver it's likely Gatekeeper would be able to automatically assume this form.
Also, contrary to what one might assume, this isn't even Gatekeeper's most powerful form. If summoned as Watcher, they'd have access to Secret Boss mode, where all their Ranks would be raised to A+++, but where they'd also not be needed to be defeated in order for the Grail to complete itself and the War to end.
