Blood Spilled as One
Khewn Durrani
"What's the matter? Afraid of taking a few necessary sacrifices? This is why you are weak and I am not. Please don't pay them any mind. Your only target is me, yes? Then try your hardest to kill me. These people are ready to lay down their lives for my sake. The least you can do is give them a death worth celebrating."

A constantly active Noble Phantasm that protects Binder from all harm. No matter how powerful the attack that struck him, he will be able to emerge unscathed... or so it may seem. One might wonder if it's a form of causality manipulation or conceptual invincibility, but the truth is much simpler than that.
Any damage he receives is automatically redirected to his followers, who bore the black mark from
Tyrant's Doctrine of Love. After all, "to attack Binder is to spill his blood", and following his own philosophy of "assimilating into a greater whole", his followers serve as "the blood of the Durrani empire". Therefore, the more he is allowed to spread his influence, the more he entrenches himself in the world in which he is summoned in, the more formidable he becomes. Meanwhile, his enemies are forced to indirectly butcher dozens upon dozens of "hostages" just to inflict even the tiniest amount of damage to him. This is made even worse due to the effects of
Tyrant's Doctrine of Love, creating a feedback loop that makes them even more frenzied and fanatically devoted to their master the more pain they receive.
There are only two ways to circumvent this; the first is to nullify the effects of
Tyrant's Doctrine of Love, freeing his "subjects" from the brainwashing effect and erasing the black marks. The second is to damage him using an ability that conceptually isolates him from the rest of his "kingdom", akin to crushing a person's heart while leaving the rest of their body perfectly intact.
Lightless Jewel of Thousandfold Misfortune
Koh-i-Noor
"
Enough. With this, I bestow upon you the honor of witnessing the true might of the Durrani empire. Like this pitch-black diamond on my wrist, you are all of priceless value to me. Now, let us become one. There will be neither resentment nor discord. Entrust your all to me. Hehe... HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

The fabled "Mountain of Light". One of the most cursed jewels in all of history, said to bring death, despair and misfortunes abound to all who owned it. While Binder was but one of its many wielders, he was the first to wield the stone as a symbol of power, wearing it in public as a bracelet, representing his right to rule. Simply put, he "assimilated" the stone into himself, treating it as an extension of himself in order to legitimize his own power. This is no different from the way he treated his own subjects; mere extensions to his own will. Their strengths are his own. Their voices are his own. Every part of their beings are his own, to fight and to break at his whims. Thus, this Noble Phantasm takes this wared mindset into its extreme conclusion.
Upon its activation, Binder's bracelet shines an ominous purple, before releasing a dark, sticky liquid at every direction. At the same time, any "marked" organs within his surroundings are brutally severed from their owners and gruesomely "stitched" into Binder's own body using this liquid. Both the courtiers he mutilated in life, and the followers he amassed throughout his summoning, their organs- eyes, ears, mouths, and limbs, among others, as well as their armaments in some cases- are incorporated into his body, making him a true "Binder" in the most literal, most grotesque sense of the word. Thus, the Durrani Emir is reborn in a new form.
Eyes that grant him also zero blind spots. Ears that would not miss the slightest sound. Mouths that allow him to mimic the voices of their original owners, as well as project these voices from different directions to confuse and disorient his prey. Arms equipped with different armaments, ready to crush any foe. Should he manage to assimilate an enemy Servant or mage using the same technique, he would also gain access to some of their Skills or abilities. Binder can modify his appearance in this form to a certain extent, though given how much different essences and bodily organs he's absorbed, the end results would probably be just as inhumanly unsettling.
An active Noble Phantasm that exchanges Binder's damage-redirecting Noble Phantasm for a temporary state of "complete assimilation". It shuts off every other instinct in this patchwork monster but Binder's own. However, that is also where this Noble Phantasm's greatest weakness lies. The longer he maintains this form, the more these organs would regain their individuality. And they all reject him,
hard. As each organ regains their individuality, the more his control over them would weaken. He would suffer increasingly worse effects of complete sensory overload, while some of the limbs of his old retainers would go so far as to stab the main body repeatedly in a frantic attempt to sabotage him using any means necessary.
Ultimately, an utterly terrifying, yet double-edged blade that grows sharper and more dangerous the longer he maintains it.
