Create-A-Servant 3

if some of you posted servants form "non-mainstream" regions, please look if I ordered them correctly
also Wyvern, pls check if the (Lostbelt) denotions are right

Now that Lambda is in a position of power, here some suggestions for the compilation in of itself:
Expand Egypt to Egypt & North Africa
Merge Spain and Portugal to Iberian Peninsula or just Spain & Portugal
Merge France and Netherlands and expand to France & Benelux (this now includes Luxemburg and Belgium)
Expand Finland to Finland & Baltikum (may ask those who are from this general region, but I feel like the Baltic States have more in common with the Finnic than with the Slavs, Balto-Finnic Language is a thing, so thats my thought) OR
Merge Scandinavia and Finland to Northern Europe (Scandinavian, Balto-Finnic)
Merge Indochina and Maritime-Southeast Asia to Indochina & Southeast Asia
Merge Australia and Polynesia to Australia & Pacific Isles (this technically expands to Micro- and Melanesia as well)
Merge Persia, Middle East and Arabic Mythology and History to Middle Eastern Mythology and History (Persia, Arabia, etc.) (there is technically the overlap with Ancient Mesopotamia, but I think for most the difference there is clear, perhaps clearer when Ancient Mesopotamia is renamed Mesopotamia (Ancient) so they are close to each other, showing the difference to readers)

I think that would everything clearer where Servants belong, there are less collapses with only 2-3 servants and in some cases expands the regions that were previously not listed. If they are approved I obviously will help with the rearrangement process.

And as a suggestion and plea to others who are more talented in stuff like that, I think it would be a big QoL thing if there is a Map that shows which region belongs to which part on a map. So a big world map with different colors indicating okay here are the Germanic People, thats central Asia, which is not part of the Slavic People etc.

Hmm...3/4rd of my entries from the last 50 pages were Arthurian. That'll soon change now that I've sworn them off after LB6.

Anyway, only one sheet this time. I kinda feel a little disappointed in myself now.

Well, seems like I'm the king of South America. Damn, it really puts it into perspective how much work I've been putting into this project. Probably not very healthy, but I definetely feel proud of making so many sheets. Really, I can tell how my sheets evolved over time because of the Monthly Contest and how I swapped formats partway through.

All in all, I'm really satisfied with how things are going on my end. Here's hoping to 1 South American servant per class!

Yes Wyvern single handidly carried the South American part here
another surprise was how Boktai just dominated Britain
the whole new meta made me consider to even split Britain and Arthurian Mythos into seperate categories, because it is just so much stuff. It is like a Rome and Post-Classic Italy situation

Oh and btw, people, the thread is moving pretty fast, because we had several discussions here, several new faces joined, so it is not unusual to have less Servants. Page 200 started end of may, 150 end of april and 100 start of January. We move faster now

i am against the combi of persian and Arabic part as they are different regions and cultures . arabic and near east is okay .

Instead Mesopothamia i suggest Levante(Ancient) as that would include ancient Akkadia ,Urartu , caanan civilisations . like also on wikipedia and other sites and sources its withhin this ancient region .

How can you be against combining Persia and Arabia, but say Arabia and Middle East is okay. Middle East is basically modern Persia. And the amount of Servants that are produced in either of them is not that high. So I think a combination is okay.

Levante is just the small part of the region that is basically the East coast of the Mediterranean Sea. And most of those Servants are absorbed by the Christian Section.

To play the devils advocate, even though Mesopotamia and Iraq are the same region (correct me if im wrong), they are in no way the same. So i can see combining Middle East and Arabia if their cultures are similar, but not Persia and Arabia. Of course, im just playing devils advocate.

Thankfully most sheets directly say where to put them, only few I had to google a bit. Sadly there were two that posted two sheets at once (looking and Skull and Kamerad), that annoyed me a bit

and I am nervous when it comes to fakers, future pretenders and other weird cases that completely switch classes or identity. My own Lover/Avenger Munch bit me there.

What can I say? I knew I had to get Uther and Vortigern out as fast as possible since one or both were likely to show up in LB6.

Okay, so, here's my proposed format for the new Servant Contest we got going on.

Namely, the idea being to post a Prompt here in this thread. And then have a second thread set up where those participating can repost their sheets. Obviously, the sheets participating have to be already posted. So you can't make a new sheet. With the promp being simple categories like classes, region, time period, etc.

I imagine we won't have as much trouble with entries on this contest because it involves past sheets. But of course, if the person doesn't have a sheet that fits the prompt, they can't post a new one.

We can probably run this Heroic Spirit Showcase a on and off every month sorta contest. Maybe have it run in parallel with Monthly Create a Servant.

How do you guys find these rules?

i think allowing the revamping or modernizing of sheets should be allowed. This gives people a reason the overhaul them.
As a fringe rule, if somebody already made a sheet elsewhere, like reddit, amino or spacebattles or what its called, then they can do that one too. I guess. If they have have completely different names tho is starts getting weird.

my concern or wish would be the generation that stopped making sheets. How we entice them to come again and compete

when the voting starts i post a compilation in the contest thread and in theory on page 1 here is a compilation per prompt as well. wasnt updates for few months now. When this one ends I forward my contest comps to Leftovers so they can update that.
