Spoiler:An infamous pirate and the last real pirate of the era that followed the example of past pirates. While he had some adventures sailing, those were put to an end when the War for Independence began believing in the idea of an independent America. However he got a crazy idea and ran with it, taking his flagship and two other vessels to britain to raid it for the rest of the war. This act, while insane, paid off as he not only received a pardon after liberating Whitehaven, his acts also encouraged the Dutch and French to intervene in the war. However, despite his liberation of Whitehaven and the entry of the Dutch and French into the war, he was not satisfied. He would go on to terrorize britain for quite a few years until the end of the war. With his duty fulfilled, he’d then join the russian navy and serve until his death in Paris in 1792. He published his memoirs, which other writers who had association with him would corroborate his accounts on various claims made within such as his incredible bravery and keen mind for tactics, which lead to his final victory against the british that sank his flagship, the Bonhomme Richard.

He never associated with or dealt with magus in life and magecraft was a widely kept secret at this point. The only reason he has this skill is due to being qualified for it due to his class container. At this rank, magical damage is reduced somewhat but it cannot cancel magecraft.
Riding: C+
Cannot ride phantasmals and requires some training to ride modern vehicles, however he inherently knows how to operate and sail any and all forms of watercraft even though this rank normally would require training for modern watercraft. While he prefers vintage galleons he will operate warships with equal efficiency.
Presence Concealment: C
While he can hide his presence easily and spy as well, his concealment drops considerably when he prepares to attack. Normally would be lower but his exploits of terrorizing the britain in their own waters and never getting caught grant him this skill at a higher rank.
Personal Skills

While he cannot lead a nation even as a commander, he can easily demand the loyalty of a crew. This is due to his skills as a captain being integral to the success of his campaign. However there are allegations of allowing a mutiny to brew and so this skill has a negative modifier that makes the skills usefulness fluctuate between below average and average.
Double Summon: B
A skill that denotes the servant has an extra class attached. This skill imparts the Assassin class container on top of the Rider class container onto John Paul Jones. He always has this personal skill imparting either the Rider, Assassin, or Berserker class containers onto him unless he is summoned as a Voyager.
Honor of Pirates: B
He is noted in his career as being courageous and his liberation of Whitehaven is a testament to that. He not only entered a land battle, of which pirates are rarely ever recorded engaging in, he then proceeded to continue to harass the British on the seas, their specialty at the time having the largest and most powerful navy in the world. At this rank and for him he receives the benefits of Valor, Mental Pollution, and Independent Action at D rank. However should he ever capitulate his morals then he loses the benefits of this skill.
Personality
Spoiler:A very rambunctious servant, he lacks a lot of common sense. Things that normally would tie a servant to the master do not matter to him and puts most masters at a disadvantage when regarding him especially since he often finds masters reprehensible for trying to control him. While command spells can bind him, this will simply make his hatred burn and pushing him too far will bring him to even throwing the war instead of serving their master. However should a master show proper respect and approach him as an individual, then he will often be amicable to an even partnership. This is likely the more desirable as John Paul Jones in this particular summon is crafty and resourceful and so can be a very difficult enemy to contend with as he will exploit any and all loopholes in commands given. Despite his love of freedom he does not hold command spells in contempt; rather he views it as a tool a captain or general might use to keep their subordinates in line and a handy power boost if needed. Despite his rough exterior there are a few things one can do to break through this; first and foremost exploit his love of piracy. He will watch and read anything related to pirates and gifts relating to these are generally good ideas. Secondly, while he styles himself as a gentlemanly ladies man he does more than put on airs, he will do his best to be a gentleman irregardless of cultural norms. Finally while he is a freedom fighter he has a respect for the order of things and simply hates monarchies. This is why if summoned in a nation that still practices Monarchy government one needs to take care to keep him distracted with pirate gifts and alcohol.

Noble Phantasms

The flagship of the pirate that tormented the british during the War for Independence, the Bonhomme Richard, it returns as his noble phantasm. However it does so in a very unorthodox fashion. He does not summon the legendary galleon from nothing, instead he must find and claim a vessel of his own. This is done by summoning his flag and hoisting it onto a vessel. The vessel that flies his flag becomes the ‘Bonhomme Richard’. From there, he can summon and maintain two additional vessels of equal or smaller size and power. The main flag burns prana equivalent to a three verse spell and the sub flags equal to single-verse spells. Maintaining this phase of the Noble Phantasm requires no True Name Activation. However its true terror is activated with both its true name being used and being fully operated by crews. First, all armaments on the vessels become D-rank, C-rank, or B-rank armaments dependent on the type of weapon it is (Sword, Gun, or Cannon respectively). Secondly each crew member becomes infused with prana and gain a skill at C-rank. Further all communication between himself and his crew becomes unimpeded. They understand the intentions conveyed even is misspeaking. To be frank, it’s only flaw is that he can only command a fleet of 3 ships at any time and any attempt to command more require use of other skills rather than this Noble Phantasm. Further those extra vessels will be vulnerable whereas his vessels have protections befitting a Noble Phantasm. As a note, to damage this vessel D-ranked noble phantasms are required at least.

A crystallization of his flagships final moments, this Noble Phantasm is perhaps his strongest trump card. It requires three things to be activated and can only be true name activated to be used. First, he must have a store of explosives onboard that have fallen under the latter effect of My Vessel is my Soul. Secondly, he requires an adversary that has some skill that renders invincibility, immortality, regeneration, or some skill akin to that (Like, for example, Battle Continuation). Finally, he must be engaged with them while on his Flagship. Once these conditions are met he choose to ‘Break’ his Noble Phantasm. When he does he continually draws in mana into the ships until they reach a breaking point. After this he detonates all explosives present on each ship. Upon this occurring, the ships and all the prana within violently explode and become equivalent to A-ranked noble phantasm attacks. He is not required to be on the vessel and so is not necessarily a suicidal attack. However, he generally is very hesitant to do this as the use of this Noble Phantasm renders him incapable of utilizing the first in any way. Essentially, once used this Noble Phantasm seals use of the first indefinitely with no known way of unsealing it.
There it is. A very basic servant but he was fun to write. I mean at the end of the day he's a generic pirate servant that has only two things setting him apart; being one of the most modern old style pirates (to my knowledge) and the fact he fought the nation that had one of the strongest navy's around and basically throttled them into submission at their own game on home turf. That's kind of incredible to me.
