My guess is we get 2-3 main servants from each singularity. The Protagonist, The Antagonist, and either another 5* or Waifu bait if that fails. Of all low tiers I give Blackbeard the best chance of showing up since he's the antagonist for a decent part of Okanos. Or maybe Hassan as a group shot with the others.

I don’t remember any event Servants showing up for the fight at the Temple of Time. But I can almost guarantee that Illya and Kuro won’t be included. If anything, we’ll get the London, Camelot and Babylonia casts and the main Servants from the other singularities, so Cu, Nero, Drake and… Rama, I guess? Nero will only be there because she gets everything, since everyone seems to want to forget Septem exists.
