If any of the Servants get cut I think it will be the event ones like Prisma. But maybe they still will be shown. Regardless it's not like their role is huge.
If this is more than a single OVA/movie, I assume they'll be animating stuff from Singularities 1-5 to fill in time and contextualize what's going on.
Remember, the anime is shit if it doesn't show Astolfo getting tentacled by a Demon Pillar.

Besides the Fou scene what I want most out of this is to see how some of the weirder NPs look animated, so spend as much time and money as you want animating the big fight scenes, Cloverworks.

Illya and Kuro are important to stablish Prillya as canon and not some weird "black sheep" that people can ignore because it has elements that makes them uncomfortable. People need to know Nasu is fine with Hiroyama and Silver Link's loli lewding antics. And make peace with that.
Jokes aside: I'm just desperate, man. Manga too slow and Prisma Phantasm wasn't enough. I want to see my girls animated again. I find them to be legit fun characters for reasons beyond fanservice

I mean, Prisma's nature is so different in various ways to any other spinoff that before Solomon, it was considered not actual part of the nasuverse. Somewhat more separate than stuff like Apocrypha (as reflected by some old tweets from Hiroyama himself saying to think of Prisma as a "doujin derivative work", rather than something more official) And then Solomon places it in the same "canon status" than said other spinoffs. So, I wouldn't want the validation of Prisma's existence as part of the nasuverse (Prillya's characters in Solomon) to be cut from the anime
