Is Gilgamesh CCC multiversal?

Hello, I am kind of new to Fate Stay stuff and I enjoy debating in fictional verses on forums.
I have a question regarding Fate Extra CCC, I know that Gilgamesh was a villain and died because of the cliche stuff, but in the game Fate/Extra CCC apparently he's incredibly strong and from what I have read here from this respect thread about Gilgamesh in Fate Extra CCC is it true that his Ea destroyed "two multiverses infinite in size" and also "he was faster than the concept of time itself"

and is Arcueid in Fate/Extra really nigh-omnipotent because she treats the Moon Cell (i think it is called) like a Reality Marble and that she can use BB's feats that can manipulate truth/false and also her Ten Crowns, Gilgamesh is platonic and etc...
I appreciate if someone can answer my inquiry.

but i heard from a friend that Ea can and counter force is not instantaneous Ea is before Age of God's therefore they can.
