Jaguarman - Ehime: I think she's at Dogo Onsen, which is one of the oldest in Japan
Nitocris - Tottori: Tottori sand dunes. Sand = desert = Egypt, I guess?
Celts - Shimane: I think it's Nishinoshima island
Murasaki - Okayama: Kurashiki City
Musashi - Kagawa: She's eating the local udon, I think
Lanling - Hiroshima: I think those are maple trees on Itsukushima
Atalanta - Tokushima: Mount Tsurugi. Atalanta was left on a mountainside as a baby, maybe that's the connection.
Kojiro - Yamaguchi: Ganryujima, which is where The Duel took place
Izou - Kochi: His home province

Murasaki is in Kurashiki City because the city has a grave claimed to be hers (but the grave actually believed to be hers is the one in Kyoto).
Lan Ling in the Momijidani Park was already explained enough by Otterswimm.
Nitocris in the Tottori Dunes, as far as I can tell, seems to be exactly what Asterism guessed.
The Irish in the Tsuutenkyou is a interesting one. Could be a geographic parallel between England x Ireland vs Oki Island x main land Shimane with emphasis on the similar grassland cliffs in Ireland and Oki, or a pun of Tsuutenkyou ("brigde to the skies") -> Scathach's Sligachan Bridge to Skye. Most likely the former because Scathach isn't there.
Kojirou in Ganryuu Island is self-explanatory.
Musashi in the Shoudoshima Olive Park is because Kagawa is, among all the lands who claim to be the homeland of udon, the one who takes their claims the most serious and makes the udon a big part of their local identity. Also meta joke with Kojirou in Ganryuu Island waiting for their next duel and Musashi really close completely ignoring him in favor of udon.
Atalante in Mt. Tsurugi is a surprisingly obscure connection. One day Atalante got extremely thirsty during a hunt, so she pierced a rock with her spear and fresh water started springing from it. And Mt. Tsurugi happens to have a rock that springs drinkable water from it too.
Jaguarman in the Dougo Hot Springs is probably a reference to the hot springs from the Tiger Dojo and the "Natsume Souseki -> Wagahai wa Neko de aru -> cat" connection, but here's a less realistic but much cooler theory: the manager of Melon Display branch in Ehime is a notorious Taiga fanboy and decorates his shop's Type-Moon corner after her, complete with his own Under the Same Sky fanart of Jaguarman in the Dougo Hot Springs, and DW wanted to make him right.
And Izou in Katsurahama is, of course, him in his hometown.

Well, Kansai is was pretty much all Japanese Servants in places obviously relevant to their lives, except Ana and the Mahabharata brothers.
Ana is in the old Kumano road, a place referenced Gonbe's Baby, a nursery rhyme where the titular Gonbe goes there to slay a snake.
The Indians are in the street in front of the Tsuutenkaku. It's a touristic tower built by the Glico corporation (the creators of Pocky, among others) and the 3rd floor contains a mini garden filled with Ganesha statues. Here's a photo taken by yours truly.
NEEThime's big expedition was into her own front garden
