So when will Hero introduce his idea on the giant sword drop? Or did we ever decide on how that'll be introduce: sword drop then swing? or simply drop it?

I dunno. I'll probably do it in the Garden of Time. I'm thinking that having Shirou near active Jewel Seeds is a bad idea. So logic (and Chrono) dictate that Shirou stays to help Chrono take out Golems.

Amusing. I'd think it's be amusing to let Shirou clear the first hall with the drop and swing.

Don't worry. Shirou will have an epic fight scene and probably ignore Chrono. Because he's reckless like that, and Jewel Seeds resonate and Shirou is kind of weak to suggestion.
Will he set the world on fire again?
I dunno. Probably not, that feels kinda copying Nanoha 1/2. Not to mention that manacle is there to prevent that. Will the manacle shock the crap out of Shirou as it cages the Jewel Seed in, probably.
In all honestly, I have no idea how i'm going to go through that scene anymore.

Well, lets cross that bridge when we get there yes?

Hmm, how about something like this:
SHirou joins the battle against the golems using the twin swords he got after his little stunt with Fate and Arf with the failed extraction, but as the resonance between the seeds increases he slowly starts slipping, and starts copying the weapons of the golems while copying their strength as a byproduct, damaging his body in the progress as his mind gets a little static noise. After Fate and Nanoha finish the guards he urges Nanoha and Chrono to go after Fate as he " doesn't want that girl to end up alone with those empty eyes again". He promises that he will be right behind them as he catches his breath.
in the end Precia and Fate have their confrontation, as Shirou arrives just before Precia makes her final stand as she falls into the dimensional sea. Fate doesn't move as the garden starts to collapse and Nanoha reaches out for her.
But then a huge shockwave trows everyone off balance, and Shirou, being pushed to his limits, loses his ground and falls down, only for both Fate and Nanoha to grab him, as Fate might be distraught enough over her own existence, but not to the point where she would let the boy die like that.
SHirou will probably give the two an adorkable smile, before he passes out again :P

I can see this clearly for some reason.

Well, Shirou is an adorkable force of nature Puns, I do that (from time to time)
Spoiler:
hmm, Shirou's relation with the Aces is not that of a Shining knight who comes to the distress of the ladies.
They are a group of friends who keep catching each other if one falls, as they slowly head towards their future.

That was the general idea for their relationship. I had created this on a whim, but later when I was forced to decide how to develop their relationships (after I started posting here and people started asking intelligent questions) I chose the idea of Chasing After one another.
I thought there should be that sort of dissonance with who was chasing who.
On one hand there is Shirou who feels powerless in the face of the magic that Fate, Nanoha and Hayate wield. This will be a lot more apparent in As when the opponents are basically untouchable for Shirou.
On the other hand, there is the Aces who see Shirou as this ideal chaser. He is the Hero in their eyes and they want to walk alongside him, but he is constantly moving forward towards something that is... well distorted or impossible.
I dunno if that explained anything at all. *Shrugs* It's hard to describe what I want, but hopefully I'll be able to capture that well.

How did I understand this?

I now have this Image of Shirou being depressed because he is the only one who can't fly on his own......

Either you are as crazy as I am, or you just see what I'm trying to go with because you're smart.
EDIT: And I dunno. I don't think Shirou will ever be really depressed that he can't fly. Will he be annoyed because it limits his capabilities, yes. Depressed, probably not.
Though there will be a flash back to Nanoha's recovery and Shirou having a heart to heart with her.
