The problem is that Shirou's entire personality is based on his history. The Fuyuki Fire. Without it, Shirou could have almost any kind of personality, unless there is new information on Pre-Fire Shirou, he's pretty much a blank slate.

So unless Clone Shirou has memories of the fire, we have no idea what kind of personality he'll have.

Project F. datas. Jail has worked with Precia, so he know or has access to equipment of the Project F, and with his 'hidden' connections with the TSAB can use them to 'acuire' a copy of Shirou's memories.
Imcomplete, fragmented and/or corrupted, but he can.
So... Clone!Shirou will have many, many mental problems...

Shirou, Chrono, Yuuno (and Zafira after As) playing football during the afternoon: Who scores the most points?

Zafira. Chrono and Yuuno don't know the rules well enough to play, and Shirou can't match their physical abilities because his Reinforcement sucks (without projections) compared to the Mana enhancement that the others use. Zafira on the other hand grasped the rules pretty quickly and is larger and stronger than all of them. Then magic started to be used and it quickly devolved from there.

And in the end, Nanoha won.

Except for the explosions, artillery, swords, and the terrified shrieks(it's usually incoherent shrieking from the audience) that sounds like normal American football.

They wouldn't need to clean the field much if they don't blow it up in the first place. Shirou, Chrono, and Yuuno are pretty responsible for kids. They wouldn't just ignore any mess they left.
