    Heh, that would be something.

But I think that would be something that applies more to Shirou than Nanoha. Shirou's magic is inherently lethal and dangerous. A Divine Buster will knock the shit out of you, but a sword to the head or heart will kill you. That's why I can see Shirou heading down a darker path than the Aces, because he has the ability and because he'd do it so that no one else would have to.

Wouldn't it be Eye of the Mind (Pink)?

    How in the world would it apply to Shirou? Your comment doesn't seem related to what you quoted...as far as I can see or reason. ^^;

Ah, sorry, I meant that people would be more prone to developing Eye of the Mind False when fighting Shirou since I'd imagine him to be more aggressive and lethal than Nanoha. Or if not aggressive, than much more roundabout and sideways rather than direct.

Also, Eye of the Mind (Pink) sounds nasty cause the first thing that came to mind was pink eye.

I imagine fuyu is right but not just because SHirou is more lethal Shirou (normal adult SHriou) has a lot of fighting styles because of that you are more likely to develop the eye of the mind if you fight him.

I don't think Shirou is capable of actually developping Mind's Eye (Fake) without absorbing it from EMIYA, as he has to think in combat. But whatever, it's not like he hadn't done the impossible before.

Mind you, isn't this Shirou supposedly gets trained by Nanoha's parents/siblings? Don't they actually have a sword style that's meant to kill, so wouldn't Shirou pick up the ability to 'sense killing intent' sooner or later? It probably won't do anything in regards tactics but it'll help right?

If the Takamachi's got serious with the training.

    Friendship Sensor?
Then how did EMIYA develop his considering he didn't have an equivalent figure to sponge off? And remember EMIYA was different from Shirou here in that his battles started at a later age. He wasn't fighting at age 9.

He developed Mind's Eye (True), which can not be absorbed and can only be created through battle experience. And even if he didn't start fighting at 9, he had at least a few years of constant battling to get that.

EMIYA developed Eye of the Mind TRUE through the many battles he had in life; and he had apparantly had alot of battles and enough experience and skill to be contracted as a CG. That's quite a feat as he basically became a heroic spirit in modern times, something that is probably magnitudes harder than it was in ancient times.

Because EMIYA had centuries of battle since he's outside of time as a cleaner for Gaia or earth or the collective human will or whatever.

To be honest, his duty as part of Counter Force is pretty much being a mobile dispenser for UBW, and he doesn't even take a tangible form for that.
His experience from heck only knows how many 5th Heaven's Feel's, on the other hand...

    Going on that thought...

Geez, how much experience do you need to achieve a rank greater than 'B'? Archer had 'eternities' and the best he can manage is a 'B'?

Actually, I think that 'B' is simply the highest rank one can have in this skill normally, with it now being 'A' because of the fact that without skill and experience the whole ability isn't that useful.

We all know the answer. That guy will even troll us on his funeral (if he ever gets one, instead of trolling death when it comes for him).

A rank in Eye of the Mind True would probably mean large scale battle. It's hard to calculate things like that in one on one fights, it's a nightmare to do it in large scale battles.
