Huh, rewatching the Nanoha episodes and I completely forgot about the thing above the Ocean. Crap, well at least I didn't get there yet so I just need to change my plan rather than rewrite.

Don't know if that's bad or good, but I can wait. Patience is needed for waiting for great stories.
Isn't Rank B EoM(true) limit is that you need a 1% chance of winning before turning it into a higher percentage? So wouldn't Rank A be something turning a 0.1% chance (or even lower) at winning into a higher chance?
Oh dear god....that means you become Simon the Digger if you had that....
It is basically saying that you can calmly and efficiently judge the situation. You find the way to victory (even if it's only a 1% or less chance, as long as it is possible, you find it) and plan out how to take advantage of that chance. Because you are planning for that chance the idea of that plan succeeding goes up. Not probability warping, but experience and a better word would be foresight or insight.
Not something Shirou'll be using anytime soon during an entire battle. I prefer the idea of Eye of the Mind (False) where it is basically a 'sixth sense' or intuition. Easier to write and its something I believe is possible for Shirou to use at almost any age.

How about Minds Eye True(H) a REALLY low version to show that he is accruing experience, but too low to offset his recklessness.
I'm with Heroslayer, that instinctive edge has a lot of fun possibilities behind it, both in and out of battle, like a clueless Shirou destroying everyone who plays against him in fighting games or cleaning out at a poker night or even getting that last pizza in the cafeteria, things requiring proper strategy however...things tend to end rather differently.
EotM (False) is a better representation of his recklessness than EotM (True) as the former does not require any thinking at all.

Truth
Mind's Eye False is probably closer to what a young Shirou would gain; the True version seems to be insight gained through accumulated experience while the False version is more akin to instinct gained through experience.
On another note, I hope Heroslayer makes the fight against the Defence Program more of a fight than the anime did. Could you really even call it a fight? I see it as closer to the characters unloading maximised spells onto it and winning.
If Heroslayer goes with the -Breaker route though it'd be cool if Shirou had one of his own...

As I do not remember said snippet and I grabbed the pic off google, no. I was referring to this.
Well, not that sized. Shirou does have swords and spears the size of a small house thanks to the golems in the Garden of Time. He doesn't really use them because, well, they're too large to use as swords and he can't really launch them yet. They're too big.

Shirou could barely hold onto Berserkers stone sword in HF route but still managed to use it to devastating effect.
Using Archer's arm, he can barely grasp enough of the club-sword just to hold it.
Striken out due to redundancy. Point is, the weapons size shouldn't matter.
But wasn't that Archer's arm doing the projection of Berserker's strength?
