Enkidu was created cause Gil was unbearable king he had too much energy and no one could challenge him so he kept winning and excercised his right to leave no wife to her husband and no son to his father. The gods created Enkidu to well give Gil a friend so he would stop harrasing his subjects. Nasu might have changed a few things in the legend like Enkidu being a trap, but the general legend is still the same. If Gil hadn't done that the people wouldn't have pleaded to the gods to create something to distract Gil

Okay. Thought of a third outcome for that scenario. Theoretically, the happiest end.
But first, to keep everyone up to speed:
A third outcome. How about Vivio actually succeeds and (well not quite ressurect but....) manages to summon SAINT HERO Shirou Emiya. Granted the status of Heroic Spirit for his miraculous last stand on Mid-Childa that saved a countless amount lives. A miracle not possible, had that hero's fate not been twisted by the Jewel Seed he had grasped so long ago.Well, my idea was that an increasingly unstable Vivio goes rogue, raids TSAB containment storehouses for the Jewel Seeds and then uses them in an attempt to resurrect Shirou. This is made difficult since Shirou's remains were cremated and no known dna samples exist. But the Jewel Seeds make do and one of two outcomes happen.
Vivio's and Aces happy end START. Also badass Shirou is badass. His cooking is a noble phantasm.
And because Hero wants less grimdark, I give you something else.

Shirou dodged to the side as a blast of energy came at him, before deflecting the incoming orbs of energy descending down on him from above. He smiled to himself. His opponent was getting better. He projected a sword, and sent it flying towards his opponent, who just punched it away, shattering it. She then sent more blasts at him, zipping around the field as she did. He dodged the blasts, shooting more swords at her. She easily shattered them with a flurry of punches and kicks, before holding her fist back, charging a massive amount of energy into it. Shirou's eyebrow twitched. She's taking after her mother after all. Knowing that the blast from THAT would engulf him, he held his hand out, chanting his aria. The blast came at him, colliding into a large energy shield. Rho Aius met the mass destruction spell and blocked it, just barely. Of course, when Shirou tried to move, he felt a fist resting against his stomach. Looking in front of him, he saw she had managed to approach him. She looked at him with her green and red eyes, then smiled. "I think this one's mine." Shirou stared, then chuckled, patting the girl's head.
"Looks like it." He sighed. "Two for me, and two for you. Tiebreaker?" Vivio nodded, backing away as the simulator created another battlefield. In the viewing room, all the watchers sighed, as father and daughter began again, and bets were exchanged.

@Muramasa I thought Archer's cooking was already just a hidden noble phantasm no one thought to care about until they tasted his cooking?
As for the Grimdark, I still believe that a Vivio going back in time to witness the events of the Fuyuki City fire and watching Shirou going through the 5th grail war would be pretty epic in it's self. Especially if she accidentally went to the regular F/SN world where Kiritsugu never left for Uminari (Did I spell that right?) City and decided to stay in Fuyuki.

Seeing as original Shirou is pretty much a blank slate, getting someone who is dear to him but not in romantic sense would lead to an interesting development, in my opinion.
We need some mirrorverse crack..
The wolkenritter:
Zafira is a brutal close combat figher, who sees the world as ' things I' ve broken and thinks that I can still break' .
Shamal acts pretty much as a grown up Sajyou Manaka, who for some reason sees Shirou as her prince ( which results in Hayate blasting her in her face to often for getting close to ' her belongings' )
Signum is pretty Busujima Saeko turned up to eleven :P
Vita is the starscream, as in ' YES MISTRESS HAYATE! WHAT A GLORIOUS IDEA FROM OUR GREAT LEADER!!, while trying to plant an bomb on said master's back. It's a good thing Hayate can keep on reviving the traitorous knight time after time, because her plots to usurp power from her master are mostly doomed to fail from the start.
Besides, if she'd actually succeed she's still lose, as the book would just search for a new master.

When Hayate ( and later on Nonoha in the original timeline) was recovering from her lower body paralysis she tended to ride on Zafira's back to get around the house. After Shirou's back got stitched back by a miracle, ( read Avalon) he too will slowly regain his motor skills. but until then......

" Where's Shamal anyways? " Vita suddenly asked, as the other occupants in the room realized that the nurse was missing.
" She said something about helping Shirou by starting to make preparations for his dinner----" Signum started, before Shirou suddenly jumped onto the blue wolf's back, pure fear driving both males as the ran for the door.
" QUICKLY ZAFIRA RUN LIKE THE WIND! " The boy cried as his face was as pale as a sheet. " RUN AND SAVE MY DINNER!"
A blue blur shot trough the door, as it headed for the kitchen.

He tries too. Sadly to say is that Shirou is pretty much whipped by all the women in his life. They have him wrapped around their fingers. His personality just makes it too easy.
