The most classy Chinese girl we have is Yang Guifei, at least her last Ascension isn't the most iconic one.
Qin Liangyu is also quite well-dressed. Jing Ke has a good wardrobe but loses class points for her personality.
I agree on Jing Ke but I don't know about Liangyu... bodysuits are a Lancer's favorite but not what I'd call classy.
It really doesn't make me feel better, we could've had this cool as shit, ice cold empress, but then we get big forehead fuckin loli because nippon lolicon banzai and all that.

Serious Chacha actually sounds great! We need Avenger Lady Yodo.
Not to harp on the comparisons, but much like Chacha there's a specific reason she's NOT manifested as an adult.
Though I guess I'm in a minority where her attire just doesn't bother me. It's not even as bad as Shuten Douji (which nobody really seems to mind) or Jack's thong (which is definitely
inappropriate considering she does behave like a child).
Could she have been better designed- sure, just look at Benienma. Is this a dealbreaker- well, not for me at least.

And while I like the justification for her being a child, I still think it exists in detriment of her character (unlike Chacha). Instead of an empress whose threat of torture is legitimately scary (aka better Carmilla) she's a try-hard kid I don't take seriously.
