I dunno, presumably an Admin's vote is worth a bit more than a Mod's.
On the other hand, let's say a Mod's vote is worth 2 User votes, and an Admin is worth 3 User voters… well, moot point the yeas are still far greater than the nays.

I joined two years too late...
He will probably do his utmost to get himself banned in 0,3 miliseconds, so it's kind of pointless to set up a bad precedent with that possibility on the table. My heart says yes but my brain asks why.
Granted iirc originally he acted that way to get banned because of school, so things may have changed.
Maybe just ask him?
