Fire Force: So they have to beat down God, huh? So standard anime plot 5b.
God of Highschool: Man they flubbed Mira's powers reveal. They should have had the actual sword be nothing special and the power with her, rather than she randomly has Lu Bu's artifact for the last decade and never noticed. And then next episode, crazy dude breaks the friends leg, and then all the guy does for revenge is punch him repeatedly? Break both the fuckers legs. And his arms for good measure.
Railgun: Wow, Frankenstein's plan is just the same one from Worm. "I have no idea how to fix this, so I'll randomly generate events in the populace hoping one of them stumbles ass backwards into a solution somehow, without telling them there's a problem in the first place".
Binged All Of Gundam In 4 Years, 1 Week and All I Got Was This Stupid Mask
FF XIV: Walked to the End
Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
Muhyo and Roji Season 2 Episode 10:Goryo's been dragged down. His group headquarters has been destroyed and now he, an Executor, the highest title a Magic Law Practitioner can be given, is undergoing spectralization. Despite all that and how he's been up to then, there's still someone that truly cares about him and is willing to risk everything to save him. With the way this is going, I don't think we'll reach Volume 7 like I thought. This season will probably end right before that.

The Millionaire Detective - Balance: UNLIMITED Episode 9:So that's why Cho stayed behind when he could have ran. He sacrificed his life to put the receiver in Shigemaru's suit. Also, the gun being fake along with Haru shooting that woman being the reason why he can't shoot anymore, is just so sad. There's no way he could have known. And it hurts even more now where he needs to do something to help Daisuke. I think my favorite part was when Daisuke found out his grandmother knew his father was alive, and she's like, "It's natural for a parent to protect their child." And then he says, "If so, don't you think it's natural for a child whose mother was murdered to have a grudge against that murderer?"

Spoiler:
It was such a good episode. Makes me sad that it'll be another 10 years before we get another season.
Do they not have enough chapters or volumes to animate?
Spoiler:
They have, but they were alluding to the fact that there was a long pause beetween Raildex seasons after their respective 2nd seasons, even when they had enough material for years.

Checked out the first ep of Great Pretender today. Not sure where the show is going to go from here, but I had a great time watching a bunch of loveable scumbag scam-artists con the shit out of each other.
Also, hoo boy I see this is what people mean when they talk about anime "showing instead of telling". I had to rewatch parts of the ep a few times to figure out everything that happened in the last couple minutes with Laurent's "fake drug-deal" scam. I called that Edamura faked his drug-induced freakout and Abigail was working for Laurent the whole time, but I didn't get the significance of the shared watches at all right away, nor everything that happened back at Japan. Holy crap, so Laurent actually paid off all those people just to rope Edamura into coming to LA with him. Guy's a lunatic genius.

Watched episode 9 of Fire Force S2 this afternoon. Damn, that animation for Ogun's "Flamy Ink" super-mode was jawdropping. I wonder, were those ORAORA and MUDAMUDA's (technically DAMUDAMU's but past the first syllable it's basically pronounced the same way) in the manga too or an anime-only addition? It's just a funny coincidence in any case since this anime got made by David Productions, which were most famous for adapting JoJo's. Also Tempe in this ep basically shows the advantages and disadvantages of playing a tank-build. He gets knocked around by basically everyone, but you just can't put the guy down.
The moment Lady in Black said she could only give Shinra Grace for one second, I just knew he was going to flash one of his signature grins. That moment was so badass. I guess next ep Shinra is going to curbstomp Tempe by going lightspeed (not many ways a fight can be evenly matched when it only lasts one second) and then we're going to get the wrap-up of this arc?
Muhyo and Roji Season 2 Episode 11: It's amazing that the association unknowingly let a criminal like Tomas teach. He seemed like such a nice man before. I don't remember Ark being around for so long either. One more episode left, I'm excited to see what happens.
