Digimon Adventure Episode 7: Pretty good episode. Gomamon is as precious as always whilst Joe is...well, Joe. Mimi not completely giving up on her queen shtick pleases me greatly. I forgot to mention it last week but I'm really liking the greater emphasis on tactics and teamwork here.

Also next episode has all six kids finally coming together. I'm so hyped!

Fire Force: Inca's just a sociopathic Fem!Emiya isn't she? Survived a massive fire, probably an orphan, determined to keep living no mater what, can smell magic, gets attacked by a tan giant. She's basically the fanfic version of Shirou Kotomine, before that became Amakusa.

Muhyo and Roji Season 2 Episode 3: I always thought of Yuuri as being purple or pink, I didn't think of him green. That scene with the mother and the daughter being reunited was so sweet. This was a good episode.

I'm always amazed how adorable hair down Kuroko is, right up until she starts going full "Onee-sama!!!!".

I know Im late and shit but I love how Kawahara apolgized for his use rape in the first part of Alicization and then has Leafs get tentacled for the flimsiest of reasons. And as a bonus with how ridiculous the scene is, it almost looks like pigman is going to join the the rape too.

I was just expecting Vassago to jump in and knife someone, but mindbreaking the ANITJAPANESE GAMERS into combat is way more impressive. Wonder how he's gonna go down.

Subtilizer's entrance was pretty rad too with the dramatic organs and rising from the mud to traumatize Sinon's sweet soul again.

I've read through this shit (up to the previous season) and I still don't want to watch it in anime form. Second season was a fine place to stop, imo.

Digimon Adventure Episode 9: Really good episode. The return of "cool guy" Yamato was cool, now we just need Koushirou and we'll have the group together at last. The siege on the fortress was awesome with everyone helping out. Mimi continues to be best girl and the anime is already teasing Sora/Yamato.

Was that a Re:Zero poster in the corner of Subaru's room? I understand having all the other popular light novel anime there, like chivalry of a failed knight, but a poster for the show you're watching? Even through the terrible fading effects it's really weird.

Sort of like how God of Highschool has Crunchyroll sponsorships everywhere over the anime. Only not as funny.

Edit: Deca-Dance is such a trip. It's like Enders Game from the perspective of one of the soldiers.
