Honestly? Possibly, but probably not. It looks like there's an ahoge in that pic beside the ear, and in the same color as the ear, so it's possible. However that bar implies it's a crossover of some sort, so we may indeed be seeing something related. The color and combo of that ahoge and the cat ear makes me think what we're about to see is in some way this:

Also it's a TM board, not a dedicated Fate board, it would make sense that a lot would want more TM material especially outside of just Fate

Tsukihime fans have been dead, in hibernation and/or in denial for the past five years at least, this board has become a fate board in all but name.
Which is not to say that such fans as still exist are not justified in wanting more Tsukihime, just that actually seeing that sentiment expressed is rarer than a snowball in May nowadays, so Laserman's reaction is not unwarranted.

I can understand the popularity for fate but yea I dunno, going by this thread and looking in the general section of this forum and what not, there's still fans of TM other works and in the TM subreddit too.

I even posted how the subreddit on how they felt about fate popularity and a lot responded being fans of other TM works besides fate

Basically. There's actually still a pretty solid fanbase for Tsukihime. Between the original and fandiscs, the mangas, the thing that doesn't exist, and Melty Blood, as well as Carnival Phantasm and even EXTRA, it's easily got some of highest exposure outside of Fate. The only thing that really rivals it in that regard is KnK, and it still has fans as well. Considering that the much of this board joined in ye olden days and remember this shit, and the noobs have exposure to it through the lore and non-core content, there's probably quite a large number of people who would actually be interested in RE.
