I started to farm Kukaniloko since it's apparently the best spot for Gil bucks and Imagination points, but I guess I just don't have an efficient team at the moment to try and maximize the Point bonuses while trying to deal with a Zerker node. :|

Is there a list anywhere of all the... Sub-quests, I suppose? for the additional costumes and similar? Or will the game display them all?

They'll eventually show up in the game nodes as your points go up; basically just mindlessly farm until you have all of them at about 500K and most things should be unlocked to do at that point.
