    I'm part of the Yelan club now too, though I got greedy and tried to get her C1 as well which just ended up handing me a Diluc instead. Not Keqing or C2 Jean, but his gameplay is fun so I'll try to build him. Yelan's C1 is really tempting though because her E looks so cool and it's super handy. And her C2......

    Yes. They have a name based on that, then a title (i.e Doctor, Knave, Childe...etc), and their real name (such as Childe's real name is Ajax). Still not as many as the Archons where they have a Goetia name, a mundane name, a god's title base on the concept they governs, the title based on the elements they govern, respectful titles by their people.
