Grand Carnival is on Crunchyroll now with western blu-ray release in October. Includes a dub, which is surprising.

But otherwise I'm more miffed that they really do not advertise when they are dubbing a product and when. They will definitely advertise the Japanese version but they half-ass it when it comes to the English version for some reason.
I'm not miffed enough to get stupidly petty over it, just miffed in disappointed.
This is grate news though I wish they release the first Carnival as well. Can't wait to finally have a dub voice to go with Tamamo.
