Fire Force Episode 17: Nataku's situation at home, what Rekka did, and the experiments with Haijima all caused him snap. He had way too much pressure put on him. I can't believe he had enough power to nuke the city. It was surprising a good thing that Charon was there to redirect the blast to outer space lol. What's even more shocking is that Kurono might be the best person to watch over Nataku since he doesn't expect anything out of him, that's messed up. And in the end, it turned out that the White-Clad didn't have big ties to Haijima. Haijima just wants an Adolla Burst to make another Amaterasu for the money. But now they're supporting Company 8, since Vulcan said he make another source of power without having to sacrifice anyone.

I had this conversation the other day, but it's so sad that Inuyasha's the one to get a sequel. Ranma 1/2 would be so much better. Imagine Ranma and his daughter (it's always a daughter now a days) traveling on the road meeting all the children of the other couples, stealing their techniques and dodging whatever debt collectors coming for what Genma owes. I miss that strange mix of romance, shounen battle, and zany comedy that Ramna was. Remember the time Ranma got pressurepointed into girl form so he learned how to throw a tornado-dragon at people?

Only seen the first ep so far but I'd consider it more fantasy/psychological horror. Most people's slice-of-life doesn't involve being chased through a school by cackling CGI gremlins.

So, I don't think I've ever had a "this asshole is our protagonist?!" moment as strong as Jobless reincarnation. As true to life as a NEET skipping his parents funeral to fap to hentai is, it really makes me hate him even more. They try to make him sympathetic with all the high school abuse, but his personality barely reflects any of it instead going straight to horny (thirty)five year old. If that's supposed to be the joke, I get the feeling that no-one told the anime creators because it looks like it's played 100% serious. It kind of sucks because if you cut out the isekai, it could be a decent show.


Edit: wow, I might not like how loli and shota heavy Kemono Jihen is, but that OP is a bop.

Wait, they're 14? it's always odd to see shows where 14 year olds look ten, and in the next you've got 16 year olds who like they're 25. Oh anime, never change. No wait, definitely change. This is weird, and I'm a fan of a series where a permanently 14 yr old futa King Arthur is a major plot point.
