How canon is Melty Blood to KnK?

Sry for normie question, but do the Aozaki sisters just casually hop into different timelines then? Touko is in KnK, and Aoko is in MB. Aoko is also mentioned in KnK. There's Mahoyo too where they both appear in the flesh.

They don't do any hopping, they're just born into all of them, just like every other regular person.

Nah. Timelines vary like that sometimes. Iirc, FGO only happens in a timeline where a certain magus lives instead of dies, for example.

Nasu compartmentalized KnK off a long time ago. He kind of wrote himself into a corner by making Ryougi effectively god.

All Ryougi guest appearances should probably be treated just as fan service. You can probably treat them as "other" Ryougi but not "the" Ryougi.
