I don't think it's incomplete so much as it doesn't have much content to it in the first place. Which is on par for a Pokemon game, really.

At first I raised an eyebrow, but then I realized that entry hazards as they are don't make sense with Legends' gameplay.
Hisui is perfectly pronounced though.

Dub's wrong too, simple as that. Unlike other Pokémon, Arceus was meant to retain its name from the Jap so... ball was dropped. again...

Pokemon names get localized, their localized names are official within the language they are used in. If this sudden revelation bothers you I have other terrifying news.
As an aside, Jap is racist vocabulary. If you really want to shorten the word, just say JP, it's even less keystrokes.

See also Silvally's RKS System ability being a pun on Arceus' name. Wouldnt work if Arceus wasn't pronounced with the hard sound in English.
TomPen is still right in a sense because the way the Japanese is written does specify a soft c sound, and I think some official material was initially marketed this way until around the Jewel of Life era?
The very first dub trailer for the movie used a soft c, and I THINK the Wii Stadium game did too (if he was even programmed into that), but nothing since. English media has been pretty consistent about it being pronounced with the hard c since like 2009 or whenever that movie came out. I don't know why they chose to change it from the Japanese pronunciation when most legendaries share names in all languages, but it's a pronunciation that's been around for ages.
