Ariel in Spider is CG in recent episodes because apparently the CG and 2D sections of the anime are done by different people, so when she switches to CG that's an scene done by the CG team in charge of Kumoko's story. Probably not knowing how to integrate her 2D self to interact with CG Kumoko and CG Mother
Personally, I prefer the CG to the 2D in Kumo. Goddamn, is the 2D a mess when it needs to do any movement more complex than talking and walking

Like the sequence of them fleeing from the castle? That was so badly done I had to pause it so I didn't choke on my drink while laughing.

In terms of the Shaman King reboot, I've matured enough to appreciate Faust more... To say nothing of the fact that I'm watching a purer version than the 4Kids one that I was stuck with when I was younger.
Zombieland Saga: Revenge of the Baka Zonbis:
Well, that sure was a convenient way to get rid of 20 million yen of debt. Fun episode, but we still don't know shit about the who, how or why of the LEGENDARY YAMADA TAE. And it all felt pretty phoned in, tbh.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
86 Episode 2-5: It's been pretty cool so far. I didn't like that they had Theo make that rant and not have Raiden telling him to stop it in the exact same episode and not show exactly what happened to Kaie besides like a short clip. But I did really like how they showed how Shin's ability works and the effect that it had on Lena. Even after turning off the Para-RAID, she could still hear the echoes of the dead in her mind. Oh, and the ending with Shin finally showing off his scar and the cracked glass going over it in his reflection was cool too.
My Hero Academia Episode 93: Wow, it actually took Eraserhead six years to master using the binding wrap? I guess that's what it takes to use something like that in the field. I chuckled when one of them said, "I'll take Bakugo." Like you're going to take him on?
I can’t believe Kurioro was able to take control of Dark Shadow like that. Like even if he could have gone inside of him, it was a risky thing to do in general. He has a pretty cool Quirk though.
Anyway, this episode had Hawks make a appearance in flashback. I just like the little system they have at his agency. Since Hawks is so fast, he takes down the bad guys and just leaves the rest to his sidekicks. It's just funny watching his feathers just do all of his work. Like when he was with Endeavor last season, he stopped a streaker and did a whole bunch of other things without even batting a eye. He makes it all look so simple and easy, it's hilarious.
Of course, Tokoyami expected things to be a lot different since he was one of the top ranked heroes. But it turns out he was only called on mostly for information about the league and his performance at the sports festival, and that really frustrated him.
But the other reason was that Hawks saw him as a kindred spirit. I don't think of Hawks of being the type of person to teach, but he decided to give Tokoyami some advice about his Quirk and now he can fly and seeing him use Dark Shadow like that was the best moment this episode.
I'm wondering what are those mushrooms going to do though? Just being annoying?

Iruma-kun: Decent episode, but next week is the Evil Iruma arc. I can't wait.

I'm so disappointed with Mugendramon
This weeks 86 episode literally adapted only a couple pages from the novel, lol. Rest was either anime original or from side stories Asato published online. Volume 1 was originally an entry to a contest and as such had a length limit so she was forced to trim it down, which is why shes been writing extra content set during events of vol 1. I'm glad that stuff is making it into the anime.
Another week, another great episode. P.S. Bandai bring 86 to SRW pls.
86 is amusing cause people will hear the author going on about garter belts and assume she's a man but when they hear that she's not they go "Oh yeah, Shin sounds like a woman's brand of fantasy" and I'm never sure what to make of either take lol.
But for today's episode, oof, poor Daiya, he got rawest deal this episode. I'm also increasingly feeling bad for Lena because she can't straightforwardly say the truth or Shin will be in danger but all her attempts to get help are being brushed off because as far as they're concerned, getting wiped out is the 86's problem which just. Lol. Lmao.
I can kind of vibe with Shin X Lena and I also can't lol. She's obviously sheltered, so his consistently calm and caring personality as well as their connected past does give them a decent starting point, but because Shin is still stuck neck deep in 10 layers of PTSD and they haven't known eachother for long it's still a bit odd. I'd sooner believe her chemistry with Raiden in comparison. But we'll see
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"
