Just making sure you got your fill of Melty before playing the Seiba you bought the game for.

Inb4 it actually is to prevent steam refunds by locking Seiba away for a bit

lmao if you choose Saber as the announcer she sounds like she's eating while saying French Bread's name in the opening titles.
I wonder who's to blame that everyones color 10 is Jeanne Alter pallete
ngl it's pretty weird seeing the game in Steam's Top Seller category, but it's cool to see it doing well.
Is it actually known what the exact amount of copies a game needs to sell is in order to get into that category?
the game using the same engine as mbaacc
i'm now trying to find something interesting inside

DA Noel
The dialogue would be interesting, altought this game dont seem to have specific interactions outside story mode and that match is unlikely in story mode for obvious reasons
Make your bets, will be saber the only guest or...?

Should probably spoiler that, just in case.
It's weird how the translation's terms are inconsistent with the FGO translation. Like majutsu being magic instead of magecraft. Or maryoku also being "magic" instead of magical energy or even mana, which feels more like a straight up error.
Aniplex did the TL on this right? You'd think they'd want to keep it consistent.
Did they? I thought it was just production. Admittedly it would make sense if they also translated, but there is the possibility that an entirely different team translated Melty and they didn't have a "translation bible" to work with.
On another topic, I messed with the game for a bit, and by that I mean I spent some time with the tutorial since I am trash at fighting games, and something bothered me while I was doing it. It may be because I'm pretty new to fighting games, but I really don't see a reason why anyone would guard instead of shield. Would someone care to enlighten me about why you'd do one instead of the other?
So my initial character impressions:
Arc: pretty basic. Still fun.
Ciel: To much Vega bullshit for me
Akiha: All her specials feel like they lack impact. Do like the Fuck You boot though. What's up with that command grab though?
Hisui: traps traps traps
Kohaku: Really like the way the broom feels.
Shiki: Just feels lacking
Kouma: Why is his command grab a rear Shoryu?
Noel: Dat reach. Also limited keys is cool. Does it refresh between rounds?
Vlov: Hey a range character! Too bad he's not as fun as Hilda bouncing you around the stage.
Roa: Feels squirelly in the way Shiki isn't
Miyako: Christ she's tiny. Practising on Kouma and she right at dick height. Fun stuff though.
Red Arc: Like the Reppukans, but I really hate characters who have an entire move devoted to teleportation and fake outs
Seiba: Pretty straight forward, nice dive kick.
Noel is real fun, Miyako is all about mix ups, and Kohaku is Saber with a few more surprises. If I had to choose between the Arcs I'd say vanilla is more fun.
