I'm not finding any You post about it. Anyways, the Iceland thing is very clearly nothing.
- Mario needs to go to Souya to negotiate with Roa, but he obviously can't tell anyone that's what's he's doing
- Mario wrote in the paperwork that he's investigating some whatever in Iceland and booked a ticket to Japan instead
- Ciel saw Mario, went to check what he was doing there, and found an obviously false assignment
- Mario gives Ciel orders she doesn't want to follow, so she calls Mario out on lying to the Church and claims she would be justified in assuming he was a Dead Apostle impersonating the "real Mario in Iceland" and getting rid of him
That's all. They're in the middle of an exchange of threats, and from the tone and contents of it, there's no reason to interpret it as either character believing a second Mario exists in Iceland.
Knowing Nasu there is probably some important database on Iceland with some lore implications, but yes, the actual intent is just a convenient way for Ciel to disobey orders.
Another important lore revelation is that Roa likes tarantella.
I'm not memeing.八本もの長い長い脚がキラキラとうごめいている。
Those eight long, long legs click and crawl.
ピアノの鍵盤を叩く指のように、めまぐるしくも美しい<舞曲|タランテラ>。
Like fingers playing the keys of a piano—a hectic but beautiful tarantella.
The Spider-DA (who we've all pegged as Arach, anyways) is described as playing a tarantella.
When I see a spider in my room I clap and kneel to Nasu
Wasn't Tarantella his body's name in the Dantes CD?

Idea Guillotine sounds cool.
Wonder how well Riesbyfe and Mario would get along
He'll be fine. Given the gay subtext between Arc and Ciel, 3p is inevitable here.
A long history of Dio references + the thematic would suggest this.
Calvaria has unique cut scenes on certain characters.
Panda for DLC pls.
Everyone has something different basically. Though most are minor variants of just being squished. Noel is covering her head like the sky is falling, Saber's Excal is revealed, Nanaya tanks the hit for Miyako, Kohaku writes a book(multiple different messages), I think those were the notable ones.
Kohaku's dying message variants are:
- "Why done it". Written in English, as you might have seen somewhere.
- "The criminal must be mentioned in the early part of the story". Knox's first commandment.
- "Didn't even take 3 minutes...". 3-minute instant curry joke.
- "Curry did it". Generic dying message naming the culprit.
- "Steer the wheel to the right". 1996 meme that somehow still keeps appearing in games to this day.
- "Cardamon, cumi". Cardamon and cumin are spices used to make curry.
