Maybe it just will be Black Barrel. The only other thing I can think of is taking a hint from Achilles and ramming Lord Camelot into them.
If it's really Black Barrel, then she should be in her Ortenaus suit.
Her Last Arc might have her switch into the Ortenaus armor, who knows. We have no idea if she's a full-on servant, still a demi-servant, or something else entirely here, so they could probably justify different stuff depending on how they spin it.
Maybe she'll actually use the sword for once?

I think it will be Black Barrel, there is precedent in Mashu changing from Galahad Armor to Ortenaus in LB6, and the Big Fucking Gun is her biggest flashiest attack. Makes sense for it to be used.
The main deterrent to making it that way would be that it needs CS as ammo and Fujimaru Ritsuka would not be here to provide that.
But lore consistency has kinda been thrown out the window so who knows really.
The Winter addition should focus on Mahoyo for at least one character so that would mean A:E and probably Seifuku Aoko as the last two characters to be added.
I was hoping for Touko or Alice but I guess I can take that...?

My current guess is two of three between Archetype, Alice and Touko
I no longer expect things to be the way they should.
If anything, them using Mashu for marketing should reinforce the notion they would use Mahoyo characters for marketing.
French Bread was initially intended to make Type-Moon KOF anyway, Mahoyo characters are possible.
