I think Nanaya is pretty fair game and Nero really really depends on if he's gonna appear in the VN or not in any significant role. I agree that the others aren't coming before Red Garden or proper Melty sequel but at this point I can see them introducing Sion as just a non canon cameo (specially after teasing her) but not really putting Tataria or Ries in just yet. White Len obviously aint happening when the real Len doesnt even exist yet and Mech Hisui would be whatever the opposite of hype is for a season pass.

Overall for returning I think it's between Nanaya, Len, Ryougi and Archetype with a maybe for Sion and Nero

Mech is actually a really cool character. It sucks that she was never very good. Though I don't know if I want to play a melty game where mech is top tier, considering what H-Kohamech plays like.
