Noel calls her Principle 「望郷の鐘」(Bell of Nostalgia). The DA Noel stage that we see is actually a part of her abilities. At first, Aoko mistakes it for a Reality Marble but quickly corrects herself. It is a dream world, that's spilling out onto reality.

Roa thinks Aoko has sussed out his plans and has come from the future to stop him. He spills some vague and strange details about what he's trying to do. See my previous post. "The Cosmic Egg! The atomic composition of creation! The canal converges, and emptiness is enshrined in heaven!"

Arach's special injection is called an Idea Matrix, so obviously it has something to do with Idea Blood and Principles. That said, it seems fairly certain at this point that even if Idea Blood is endemic to only the DAA, that Principles themselves are something anyone can acquire, and not a feature of the DAA.

El-Malloi is translated from ニ世クン, so they clearly know who the character is. It's proofreading that's that hard.

Speaking of Len, I can see her being added at some point and Nasu saying "Since she has no place in the original anymore and her Ten Nights are no more, I decided to write a scenario for her in Melty Blood, the only place she can get her own story" or something like that.

My chief puzzle right now is why is Aoko's Last Arc no longer Retroflow. Her new Retrogalaxy/Light-Year Genesis is only one kanji away from from Goetia's Retroflow and she surrounds herself with the FGO part 1 sky circle to use it, so the connections absolutely aren't gone, so what's the change for?

Examples of Retroflow seems to be related to the planet. Going back into a Servant to reach an origin that counters the Earth Mother's Authority, the Celestial Egg, becoming the planet itself.
Retrogalaxy/Light-Year Gensis is explicitly galactic in scale, so extrapolating, it'd be going back to the genesis of the galaxy (compared to Retroflow/Light-Year which is going back to the beginning of the planet). The Astronomy aspect of Aoko is emphasized, and there might be links to how Fantasy Trees also have a simulated galaxy within them. Perhaps Aoko will have a role to play in the endgame of GO.
