TsudaKen delivers his opening bark to Roa with so much hatred. It's perfect.
He's a low HP desperation apparently.

It's sad that Nero won't show up but whoa.. Vlov is pretty cool
..and as a bonus he has one of the most famous and recognizable voice actors too.
