Realist Hero done. While it was rushed at points, I still like it and find it interesting. Will watch part 2 in winter

Night Head 2041 done. Great show and really well done CG. Hidden gem with great characters, plot and easily the best CG of the year so far. The ending was very well done. And this is one of those shows you stick with until the end. Great stuff

Higurashi Sotsu over. I don't know what to think. I do think this whole sequel didn't need to exist. And I won't blame anyone who hates it. It's a mess. Answer arcs were unnecessary since the solution was already basically stated in Gou (Satoko giving people L5 HS), so it feels like a recap with few new worthwile scenes. And I don't think the conclusion was well done. What a dissapointment

Sonny Boy done. Weird artsy show. Pretty unique and well done in terms of direction, animation, and art style. I like it, but it's not for everyone. Still, don't regret watching this show

D_Cide Traumerei over. Pretty decent show. Most episodic plots were good, charaacters were fun and the overarching storyline decent even if it ends with a teaser to get people to play the gacha. Also the CG animation was great. Sanzigen did an amazing job as they always do

Edens Zero over for now, There's a tease for more, but noting confirmed yet. Great show. Good animation, decent plot, cool characters and a nice dose of fanservice,. Love it. Will look foward to more. Rip Yuji Suzuki, he did a good job as director (Died on september 9th, his death was announced today after EZ last episode). He also worked, not as director though, in Tsukimichi, another show I love from this summer. May he rest in peace

My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 111: So Re-Destro's Quirk lets him turn his stress in power, I know a lot of people would want that. I just like that the Doctor just decided to let Gigantomachia out early just right when the League was being overwhelmed.

It's tragic what to Nana Shimura's family. Her son that she left behind to fight All for One hated her for leaving, just like Ed hated his father. She even left him a letter that he kept for years, but he still became a abusive parent that hated heroes. And his son just happened to have a Quirk like...that. I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't more stories/incidents of the Quirks of kids just manifesting for the first time and someone getting hurt because it. What happened in Shigaraki's past was just the worst example of that. That last scene of his father remembering his mother's words from that letter wishing him happiness was just horrible.

What's happening with Shigaraki, or the some of members of the League in general is very interesting/strange to me. Them getting visible stronger through "training" or stress, those aren't things that happen with villains normally. Villains are the ones that hold back their power against their enemies, and stuff like that in these shows. They're already strong enough. Training and stuff like that are things that just the good guys do. The series has shown Quirk enhancing drugs being used by villains, yet the members of the League of Villains are getting more powerful on their own without them. It's just something I had to point out.

Finally finished off the Summer Anime (except Fena and Idaten where I'm super far behind)

Uramichi taking the piss out of season finales was great.

Oh, Sonny Boy is about indecision on leaving school! And LSD. Lots of LSD.

I kind of wanted Re-Main to end with Minato crushed, when the whole other team guarded him so his teammates did literally everything with no help from him.

    Opera Girls: Season 2 WHEN?!

Black Company actually avoided doing a KonoSuba ending and have everything fall apart once they succeed.

Love Live: Not actually over yet, due to Olympics. Still fun.

    Remake Our Life: See above.

MHA: So next season is going to be Miruko I guess.

In the end, Opera Girls was AOTS for me. All the fun idiots of a Love Live, but with actual drama and not the same plot for the 4th time. Lots of low key surprises this season though. Nothing blow you socks off amazing but a bunch of things doing strange little things that manage to keep interest. Re-Main is probably the most interesting sports show I've seen in a while, even if the sport is the worst thing about the show. Both Uramichi and Black Company sounded like they were going to be misery porn, but ended up being solid comedies.
Binged All Of Gundam In 4 Years, 1 Week and All I Got Was This Stupid Mask

FF XIV: Walked to the End

Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.

My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 112-113:
    Spoiler:
I decided to watch the last episode finally.
    Spoiler:
Shigaraki himself caused that big crater, with what I knew at the time, I didn't see that happening, but now...
Yeah, doing that might make a lot of people stop what they're doing and listen to you. Even Gigantomachia is under his command now, he really just pushed his problems together and came out of it.

Imagine being this leader of a huge "army", and having that all taken away from them so fast by like a few people. Re-Destro's is just like a servant now to Shigaraki, it's so funny. He was made to be this big deal, and just ends up without his legs taking orders from the guy who did that to him, that's just sad.
And with that the two groups actually merged and made a new name, The Paranormal Liberation Front.

It's just a name. They're not going to liberate crap, they just want to do whatever they want.

All for One's last name is actually is Shigaraki and he gave it to the young man who would be his successor. I wonder what his first name is then?

That's still something I don't really get. All for One is more like a sophisticated villain if that's the word for it. Shigaraki isn't, he just wants to destroy everything. You'd think he'd want someone just like him to be his successor, but it seems like he just wanted to unleash something terrible on society if something happened to him.
Despite how powerful his Quirk has become, he still wants even more power. Even if he does get it, if it's going to be like when All for One showed up, he's just going to do the thing and everything else won't be as crazy as that animation wise. Which is another thing I'll get into later.

There are other things that are kind of inconsistent like Toga's eyepatch not being shown before this arc or any of their injuries which was pretty weird.

Hawks just being there for the whole announcement was interesting. He obviously didn't the kill the man, all he had to do was get was get some clothes and a body to fake it, but they bought it.

I liked how everyone improved over the work-studies not just Bakugo, Midoriya, and Todoroki. Stuff like Acidman, Tokoyami's improved moves, the beam blade form Aoyama, it was really cool.

So Midoriya can only maintain Blackwhip for a like a second, but he's able to move it pretty well enough to wrap something up. I guess he was lucky with the cars then.

It reminds me of when Ichigo could only maintain his hollowfication for 11 seconds at the beginning.

I didn't think All Might would be able to gather all that info about the past wielders so fast, but it's a really good thing. It's better than having a random Quirk manifest again. With this Midoriya has something to work towards. The next power to manifest being the Quirk of All Might's master, Float.

So much for a good transition to their second year if that ending to the season is before that though, that sucks.

The first half of this season was good, but I didn't like the second half. It had it's moments, but I liked the last season more than this one. The opening music was fine, but not the openings themselves unlike the endings which are pretty good.

People were talking about how good MVA was going to be, but it was okay to me. So I would hope that Bones kicks things up a notch so the fights are more like the ones in the earlier seasons or their past shows since there is going to be a war, right? I can't say that I'm excited for a war to happen in this show, but we'll see.
