I guess my lack of human interaction over the past four years has made it harder to write conversations or something, but I was really gunning to get it posted by this time yesterday, and it's looking more like this time tomorrow at best.

So I have a profile for Zaroff, from The Most Dangerous Game (can be read here), nearly done, but was wondering if it'd fit better in standard CaS or Modern Fiction? The story he's from is from after 1900, however it is now in the public domain

In y'all's opinion, is there any listed Knight of The Round Table that SHOULDN'T be able to manifest out of lack of legend, or are they all in by proxy, due to their membership?

That... depends. Define "Knight of the Round Table". Are we talking about the canonical 13 of Type-Moon, some other set of 13, any of the hundreds of knights called "Knights of the Round Table" in general?

^ FWIW, there aren't just 13 Knights. As far back as Tristan's Interlude established that the Seats held by the Thirteen aren't permanant and when someone dies, another person fills the Seat - for example Bors was "next in line to be the 11th Seat" which although not confirmed, is presumably Lancelot's.

You have a point. There are a lot of them, and they are all quite lively bastards, from what we know of them from Type-Moon so far.

Oh, actually, from what I remember, the Enforcement Knights from the Sixth Singularity were a bunch of Heroic Spirit-tier Camelot knights who didn't make it into legend... So presumably, there are at least some​, but who knows whether they're supposed to be anyone specific.

Well I mean, you don't have to do the Knights per say. You could always do their support cast instead, i.e. spouses, squires, magicians, rivals, other royalty from that time period, etc.

Certainly not everyone, but you could justify a somewhat decent turnover of knights in the 10+ years the Round Table existed using methods other than death. For example, Yvain (who Mats confirm existed in the Nasuverse) has the whole gimmick of trying to retire from the Round Table only for Gawain to keep showing up with "one last job", then you have Percival's mentor Gurnemanz who could be "promoted" from Round Table Knight to one of the Grail Knights upon which Percival gets his Seat, and also there's Pelleas who left after seeing the corruption growing amongst his fellow knights.

Of course there's also knights you can flat out strike off the list as unlikely to exist in the Nasuverse like Mordred's sons for example.

Just out of curiosity, has anybody here ever heard of Cinque Canti/Five Cantos? Apparently it begun as a sequel to Orlando Furioso by the same author Ludovico Ariosto so one or two new ideas might spark from whoever reads it. And on a similar note I was just going through some older Grand Order material and was just wondering how much interest is there in doing some of the Paladins' other enemies like King Agramante or Demogorgon (mentioned in the same line as Morgan as sworn enemies of said Paladins)?
