Servant/Project Idea Thread, "The Womb"

Welcome to "The Womb". This is a thread dedicated to the ideas of things that have yet to be born.

Creativity knows no bounds, but execution and inspiration does. It is common to find interest in persons or concepts, but find no real drive to bring them to paper and make them even interesting enough in your eyes. Or perhaps you just need a helping hand? This place helps bring your visions to life with the help of others.

This Thread will be the place where you can show the ideas you have and know you will not touch anytime soon and hope that perhaps someone else might take it from there.
You might also use it to suggest a project for multiple sheets of an overarching plot that is shared between multiple people.
Depending on activity I will try to make a compilation of ideas from perhaps the various creators here, else the posts that gather them are overshadowed like the countless ones in the CaS threads.

If you were someone who already posted something like that in other threads feel free to link or copy paste them here, I even encourage you. If you can not find them, if you at least have some names you remember I can take it from there, search for them and repost them here for posterity.

I can not contribute much myself, but I just met this cool guy: Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus

Yes, seems like Cincinnati is named after him. A chill dude representing Roman/Civic Duty. He was offered absolute power as dictator in the young Roman Republic and oh wonder actually relinquished his power like he was supposed to. He then returned to a quite farmer life. He gained respect for this and one might say he is part of the reason why this experiment of a Republic gained traction later on.
So much respect even that one time a son of him stood trial for military incompetence and he was defended just by the question who would go to Concinnatus and tell him his son was convicted. It wasnt out of fear of his wrath, but fear to break the old man's heart.
I can imagine him having the new Crown of Abdication skill and is similar to Royd's recent Tiberius.
I dont think anyone has done him before. Hope someone takes interest in making a wholesome dude like him.

At one point I thought of combining Gugalanna the Bull of Heaven with Gugalanna, Ereshkigal's first husband. It wasn't going to be a super serious take on it, but one where the guy is completely confused about 'how people could have mistaken him for a bull', but that he appreciates the awesome power of the mightiest divine beast of Mesopotamia. It was gonna be a wholesome take on a character who is enjoying a second lease at life, is supportive of Eresh even after death and feels both fear and the need to challenge the King of Heroes and the Chain of Heaven.

Hoho, this sounds interesting.

During my early days here, I thought of a Rider/Avenger/Alter-Ego James Dean and Little Bastard, summoned as some sort of zombie Ghost Rider figure. One would assume that the Grail summoned Dean and merged him with the phantom spirit of the Little Bastard, a vehicle that killed all of its riders, but the twist is that it's the other way around; the curse of the Little Bastard is far more famous in the minds of occultists, mages, and conspiracy theorists that it overshadowed Dean himself, who'd normally just be a reaaally weak Servant if summoned on his own (what could a model/actor from the 1950s really do as a Servant, anyway? Even Elvis or Marilyn Monroe would probably have a greater chance of being summoned as legitimate Servants compared to this guy if it weren't for the supposed 'curse'), making Little Bastard the 'true' Servant manifesting in a situation similar to a Pseudo with Dean as his vessel.

Looking back, neither of them really seemed famous enough to justify being summoned as Servants, so I considered fusing them with phantoms of similar 'cursed/ghostly riders' such as the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow (though we already have Hessian in canon), possibly someone from the Wild Hunt, and/or other figures who met their end in driving/riding accidents. It'd be an interesting Halloween project, but I ultimately scrapped the idea since I couldn't decide on the other phantoms that would comprise his Saint Graph, not to mention writing his character, and how recent he is. Still, if anyone wants to pick up on this idea of 'an amalgamation of unlucky riders', they're welcome to do so.

Edit:

Second idea I have is Hermann Rorschach, as the fourth entry in my 'Psychologists' series after Freud, Skinner, and Mesmer. A Caster(?) that manifests shadow animals, people, and even monsters from ink blots, depending on his opponent's interpretation of said ink blots. It sounds like a cool NP in my head, but I have virtually nothing else to work with on the guy.

Glad to see my Crown of Abdication skill has made an impact.

Between Lovers, South American Servants, Portuguese Royalty Servants and my other experimental classes, I seem to be hitting quite a stride lately. Hope that other people make use of this chaotic alphabet soup I'm dumping on the forum.

Gosh, this is such a good idea. I hope the initiative sparks the creativity of some folks here. (And by "some folks" I also mean me, I need to feel alive again.)

Since I'm unable to offer any discarded ideas of my own (bold of u to assume I'd ever have this level of foresight), I suppose I can only offer assistance. Then again even as I offer my assistance I have to remind myself that I already have projects going on with some amazingly talented people here, so I might... Not... Be able... To take every opportunity... Head on...

I've been thinking about doing a Guillotine-based servant, because there really is some interesting stuff to do with it, like exploiting the fact that it was invented by doctors, or the urban legend that it was originally used for medical procedures (still haven't found sources for that fact but it may be real so I don't know), or even making a cool "King Slayer" stuff, with the obvious "death penalty" stuff potentially being addressed too ?

I don't really know, it's an idea for now, but I think it could be cool. If anyone wanna try, why not, I'm putting this idea here for now.

I had the idea of making a Rider class Avicenna. I forgot the details but it was because he said something like "the mind is riding the body" because he believed the body was something separated from the mind. I don't really have any other ideas than that for an Avicenna servant so I likely won't do much with this little idea. Feel free to make something out of it, it would be pretty cool.

I have an idea for a series of stories that would take place after FGO Lostbelts. With the world as uncertain today I feel that the story should touch on the fate of humanity and how it's heroes will be relevent to the masses in the future.

The idea is it would explore bad possible futures for humanity and preventing them. My vision is four chapters making about as long as the EoR which each one having a theme of one of the 4 horsemen.

1. Future America. Dystopian and being ruled by an authoritarian demigoge. The Horseman would be War as this world is locked in world war 3. Possible nuclear war.
Servants in this story would be, Gengis khan, and possibly a tank commander character. William Tweed is a major villain since he has many of the sterotypes of the evil bussinuss man

2. Mars. I always wanted a story is space and I like the old pulpy John Carter of mars books. This would look like 1950's sci fi with little green men on mars facing destruction and uncertainty. Horseman is Famine.
Servants, John Carter of Mars. Ray Bradberry, Neil Armstrong, Possibly an alien waifu servant.

3. Black Plauge. Location, maybe Italy or somewhere in europe. Would obviously focus on disease and how people refuse to take measures to prevent the spread. Heavy Medieval theme with plauge doctors and such. Horseman Pestilence
servants, Pale Rider, Typhoid Mary, Dr. Melange (Villian only), Florence Nightengle (Archer?, Assassin?)

4. Angel-Notes. The world is dead. This would elaborate on Nasu's short story and the setting he made as well as the circumstances that created it. Horsemen Death

Well that thread has already made a good start id like to say !

As this thread is also for some Servant Projects i like to present These two

At first i want to servantify as complete as possible the prominent figures of the civilwars that latre caused the foundation of the Roman Empire like i have already for Cicero and the Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa a concret form but i struggle as for some of the certain abbillities of Gaius Maecenas which has a Noblephantasm that lets him draw upon the Noblephantasm and certain skills of the early Roman poets he sponsored respectively the whole early Roman poets as he was the greatest art sponsor in that his Name were the word for the Sponsorship of art , but i Need for that ideas to Vergil ,Horace .

Also do i Need some start Points for a profile of Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus ,Mark Anthon ,Sulla(Lucius Cornellius Sulla Felix ) , and Marcus Aemillius Lepidus.

and the second is to make outo f the Roman Emporers also a as complete Servant Group as possible,though i m shurre not all especially the later more governor like Byzantinic Rulers are having potencial as Servant /heroic Spirit .

for both do i seek someone who participate in the two Projects or atleast if one could give me some of their ideas .

There were already one such servant in a contest do i remember . that was based on the Guillotine .
